Do not go to them. lady on the phone was really rude. wouldnt neven let me explain the issues I was having and cut me off by saying sorry we cant take your job go some place else. never going to them. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

I was in town for my dad’s funeral when my car started to act up. Fox Plaza Auto went out of their way to work me into their schedule and fixed my car in record time. Fantastic customer service!!

Although they put a brand new engine this time with 0 miliage.I think I was bn overcharged for a high pressure fuel pump for 1000 dollars which included labor.The Kia dealer only charge 600 for the pump.So I took it elsewhere and having it done for 800.You wanted to charge me to replace a motor mount for 162 plus labor,even the old engine was out of the way. I was out of 1138 for the engine labor which I am ok with,200 more than another shop I contacted. The used engine they put in last year,I was told to bring back for1st oil change.They charged me 150 for;really. They know their job,but just overcharges for the work.

I've been a customer of Fox Plaza Tire & Auto for over 20 years and a personal friend of the owner for 35 years. I learned early on that Ed was a stand-up guy, one who wouldn't take advantage of his customers or friends. He is honest and a professional owner. I am so thankful that he has a car & tire service business to take my car to. Tracey is service manager was just as professional and trusting. I made an appointment, took my car in and within a couple of hours, my car was perfect. they were kind and explained the issues of what needed to be done. I am in my car a lot and knew I needed to have it looked at. I needed to know I was safe. And Fox Plaza Tire & Auto Service always makes me feel safe that my car is in stellar condition. I will always go there for my car needs. There's no other that even compares. You should call them with your service/tire needs, I KNOW you won't be disappointed. I never am.
