Really nice staff. But failed to properly diagnose and fix my vehicle. Came in for a loud suspension pop on turns and a squealing noise. A few hundred dollars later, I left with the same issues. They told me the pop was the steering stops, even though it does it at half turn before making contact with the stops. And the squealing was an exhaust leak. 🤔

I needed my truck looked at due to the battery discharging. They addressed the issue immediately and allowed the truck to sit on their property until l could return to SC for no fee. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE 👌

Was on vacation Myrtle Beach, as I’m leaving town check engine light came..called my uncle and told me about this shop, took it there and scanned my dodge nitro. Luckily it wasn’t anything major (down stream o2 sensor) but they were nice guys and were more than willing to help me out in a pinch!!! As a mechanic myself those are the type of people you would want repairing your car, definitely recommended!!!!

Today is Friday! Website said they were open 8:30 I stop by 8:45 Talk with someone in their office! Told them my needs Answer was; Sorry! We are closed right now until Tuesday because of Memorial weekend! Why close on Friday? Were they closed really? Or they didn't like my accent? I can understand closing Saturday, Sunday and Memorial weekend Monday but Friday? Anyway! I believe they might also get too much unnecessary PPP loan to not work for pleasure...

We just moved here from Michigan. We had an appointment at another shop to get our brakes looked at. We were talked into going to 4 mile auto instead. So we dropped it off at 4 mile. $475 later for just front brakes and a sensor. They did it fast BUT it was very expensive compared to other shops. I understand that good work and honesty are hard to find . But high prices are enough to keep me away. Sorry 4Mile, just not happy with your pricing.
