Recently started taking our vehicles here and have really appreciated the way they do business. Simple and easy to schedule an appointment online. Clear breakdown of proposed services and their corresponding prices to where you can approve or decline each one, and friendly service. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for an honest, dependable mechanic in Knoxville.

Took my car here for a problem that I had been unable to diagnosis correctly. Their recommendation was to replace a part that I had already replaced but they said using Honda parts instead would fix it. I told them I didn't think that would make a difference but the office guy said "he was firm on the it needed to be honda parts and thinks that is still the cause. $700 dollars later and it's still having the same problem. I'm leaving 3 stars because I haven't talked to them since picking up the car(due to Christmas busy). I will adjust up or down once I see how they stand behind their service.

Man at front desk was super nice. However, the quotes I got were astronomical they wanted to charge almost $500 to replace my battery and needed a new alternator. Took my car to Atkins auto they charged me $189 for battery and install with a warranty and said I did not in fact need an alternator. I would say overall, the shop is misleading.

You keep bugging me for a review so I'll give it. The guy at the front desk hollers at you from behind his computer as he's looking at it instead of you. I called for an appointment for two issues and whomever took the call said he'd note it. When I took the car in the second issue was not on the docket so he typed something on his computer. I expected a call to let me know what it was and the cost of repair, but no one called me until 5:00 when the work was completed. Too late to have the driver, who had already ended his day, to come get me. I asked what had been done and the reply was the initial issue only, not the second issue. When I told him I had requested to have it looked at twice he talked to the guy who worked on my car. The answer was Oh yeah, the springs are old and you might think about replacing. Say what??? Then the day I drove the car the next day, the engine light came on. I was told by the office that it was a new issue and not caused by their previous work. When I took my car to my regular service man, he said different. I'm not saying you do bad work, I'm saying your attention to details, the customer and the car's issues are mediocre and I won't be returning. The gentleman who drove the van to take me to and from was a delight, and I thank him for his service.

I took my 79 Chevy to them to fix my starter and fly wheel,they had to replace the fly wheel twice,had to replace the starter two times then my starter went out again,they refused to help me,I h as d to put a starter in myself on there property,they refused to check numbers that would identity my motor,they failed all the way around,I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

I have been using their services through Repair Pal . They are always knowledgeable, helpful with clear diagnosis and communication. I received updates with the maintenance the car needs. They offer shuttle service that is great for me. The Auto Clinic is a First class customer service.
