Dealt with service center multiple times for various issues. Not once was the staff courteous or willing to help with kindness. I always received the attitude of what can you do for me, rather than what can I do for you. Not how “service” should be handled to achieve repeat business and maintain good customer satisfaction. They honestly just don’t care about the customer. I’ll be going elsewhere.

You don't even deserve 1 star. First I don't care what my problem on car was. You told me I needed a 200.00 battery and my battery was new. People should be able stay with their car watch what mechanics do to their cars. I bought a new battery in December. I told the lady how start the car when I dropped it off. No one listens to woman. Ford sold a car they knew had transmission problems. Now my car won't move. Instead filling landfills with junk make better vehicles. Hire less people. And make better cars. Battery test good.

Beverly Lang saved you guys for us. I actually was not super happy with my initial service. They rebuilt my clutch and because they knew we were in a bit of a bind. They reused old parts without asking. I definitely would’ve rather have paid a few hundred more dollars with such an expensive job as it was then save a few hundred dollars. Although, I will say that they had good intentions. However, we had to get a copy of the invoice and they operator Beverly Lang went above and beyond to help us out. Even learning her way around to help us herself when everyone else was busy. She checked into make sure we were all set after and I just really appreciated it.

Between scheduling an appointment for earliest available time slot (2 weeks out) to then waiting over 3 weeks for a transmission to be repaired, this was highly frustrating experience. While it was "free" due to warranty, I still was out nearly $2,000 for a rental car for over a month.

Best service department Fors has in a dealer. Call serive directly. If you call and select to schedule, you get a mother working from home with her crying kids in the background trying to schedule and giving you incomplete answers because she's not at the dealership and has no idea what is going on.

Bought a used F150. Sales department was great, especially Bryan Parsell, so I liked that. I would definitely NOT use the service department though. I took the F150 back there three times to have an issue with the parking break sticking fixed. At the end of my third visit, I walked out to the truck, which they had supposedly just fixed, & the parking break stuck again the very first time I applied it, while I was still sitting on their lot. To make matters worse, they told me I'd have to pay another $210+ on top of what I had already paid them to fix the same problem. I don't think they had even correctly diagnosed the problem, but they wanted me to pay more & more money to fix it. Go to a private mechanic or the service department at a different Ford dealership, but do not have repairs made here.

We needed recall work done. To make matters worse the actual problem that the recall would fix occurred (our door would not stay closed). Our local Ford dealer wanted to schedule us a week out. We couldn't wait this long so we called Kings Ford. They got us in the same day with no hassles. A loaner car was provided as well. The following day we got our car back without any further delay. Thank you Kings Ford!
