I came in for an oil change and had to return a month later because they forgot to reset my vehicle and I was getting a message saying Oil Change Required. I had barely driven 500 miles on my oil change. I had to get up early on my day off to get it reset. This is the second time this has happened after an oil change. One other time they didn't get the dust cover underneath put back on secure and it fell down on one side. The Service Manager acted as if it wasn't a big deal even after I explained to him that this wasn't the first time I had an incident with them. He didn't offer an apology for my inconvenience or anything. I am seriously thinking about taking my vehicle to another dealer after this morning.

The service manager was great to work with. Got m car right in on time. As soon as it was finished they let me know. I had recall work done. A very pleasant experience and I will go back.
