I was here about two months ago with a simple request - to make an alignment and put the steering wheel straight. An hour later they called and said that everything was ready, I came and took the car, paid $ 60 with taxes and almost got rid of them when I realized that the steering wheel was still in the same position. They didn't do anything. I came back and they told me that the steering tip is bad and they can replace it for $ 100+ a spare part, but they will do the alignment for free I went home and checked the steering tip - it was new. I came back to them and they agreed to redo it, but their equipment broke down. They offered to come in 3 days. When I arrived 3 days later, the guy behind the counter said that they had offered to redo that day and today they did not agree. I showed him a message from an employee and he seemed to agree, they drove the car into a box and lifted it up. After 30 minutes, they called me and pointed to what they thought was a bent lever that they couldn't do anything about. They didn't notice him the first time. I tried to find common sense, but in the end, when I met two other dissatisfied customers in their parking lot, I decided that it was easier to just choose another place. They did everything for me for $ 40 and did not try to get me to replace anything else

Would leave a 0 star if I could. Terrible treatment of customers. They threw my rim on the ground with no remorse or care that it's not their property and the excuse was that it's the backside of the rim so it's "ok" I've been here several times and it's always trash service and terrible balancing. I had to push the worker to balance my tire and rim correctly and he was trying to tell me I brought him a "used" tire when it's brand new never used. I wouldn't bring my car here unless it is an emergency and you're willing to pay top dollar for bottom tier service.

I came here with an emergency because I needed to get to work and I had a flat. Says in here that they open at 8am. On their door they open at 830. I waited 45 minutes until 8am. I am first car in the parking lot. I park right across from one of the doors where they pull the car in just in case my tires goes all the way flat and I have to push it in. Someone who works there parks 2 spaces away. Then someone tries to park between me and that car but won't fit. He gives me a dirty look and starts gesturing to me,blaming me he can't park there. So, i get out of my car and I'm yelling "there's a parking lot full of spaces!" Of course he works there. Got a bad attitude too early in the morning.

Family owned business. I had my Vehicles alignment done fast. Their prices are better then most other places. Their Services was great. Highly recommend to all.

I explained to the gentleman answered the phone that I was currently on a flat and needed a tire told him my tire size he said it was there. I drove all the way to this tire company on a flat as soon as I get there they don’t have the tire size and he tried to put a different tire size on my car saying it was safe!! Bad business!!

Just got my tires mounted on my wire wheels by Folsom Tire & Wheel, now my wheel leaks. Came back to Folsom Tire to dismount the tire to inspect the wheel. They say there's nothing they can do but give me a free mount and balance at the next tire job. There will be no next tire job for me at Folsom Tire.

Was so impressed earlier today when I came in with a tire that would not have gotten me to work. Very quickly back on the road safely and very reasonably priced. So glad I shopped around a little and found them. Will be going here from now on.

Awesome, awesome, awesome freaking place!!! I don't know how else to say it, other than this place is by far the BEST tire shop in Sacramento! After I spent literally weeks researching tires, not finding tires cheaper than $2400 for 4 tires, my husband happened to mention this place. Why didn't he mention it sooner??!! I called, set up a same day appointment and the best part of it all, was the same dang 4 tires that I was quoted nearly $2400 for were given to me for only $670+ taxes. I also got an alignment, which was only $45. I sat there while they did their magic and walked out in approximately 40 mins tops, with best high quality graded tires, and a wheel alignment and only had to pay a total of $720!!! That's a heck of a lot cheaper than $2400!!! To me, that was a win win, and I swear, as long as I'm still able to drive, I will forever go here for my tires! They were freaking awesome!!!! I got the quite and smooth, luxury tires which were the Pirelli's size 235/45R/18!!! And so far, I love my tires!!! Thanks so much guys! U earned yourself a loyal customer for life!!!

Called around for alignment quotes and this was the most affordable price! They said they could take me as a walk-in (weekday morning) and they were very friendly. I got a 4 wheel alignment done in about half an hour for about $60 for my car (compact Honda).

First impression was great! Went in for an alignment. I called several other shops before and their prices are over $100 for alignment. This place took less than 30 minutes. If they are busy, might take longer but price is better than most places. Can’t beat this price and customer service.

Got 4 new tires and used snap finance which was really easy and fast. The fit me in the same day I called. They also did my boyfriends tires too the same day and we both also got our alignment done. They offered to drive me and my kids home while they performed the service which I thought was very nice. They were kid friendly which I appreciated. Will definitely come back in the future.

The guys in the shop were great but, the office was a complete rip off. They might as well bent me over the counter. 40$ to mount a tire on a 13" wheel. They just lost a customer.

These are very dishonest people. I had one of my tire fix. Same wheel when I was having all of my tires change Costco could not remove the lug not that they put back. So I came back here so that they can undo what they did and they gave me a price quote that is a little higher than Costco. I set up an appointment time to bring my car and the guarantee that it will be done in an hour. I came for my appointment and when I drop it off I was told that there is going to be a delay because the tire was not there yet after I gave them a down 3 days before my appointment time. They kept my car for over 6 hours and when I came to pick it up they are charging me extra for undoing what they did to the wheel that was put on too tight. These people are not be trusted. And I would not recommend this business to my friends or worst enemy.
