Had 4 directional tires mounted and balanced. First drive, the TPMS alarm came on, which I later verified at another shop that they snapped one off. Also, over 45mph my whole car was shaking, they never balanced the tires. When I came back, the guys answer was “we usually just balance the front tires”. Nevertheless he agreed to balance all 4 tires. However, all they did was just add more weights to all the rims, and they left the one weights on there. They also put two tires on facing the wrong direction which I had to sit and wait for for them to fix. So I’m left with a car with a broken TPMS sensor, and I had to have all 4 tires balanced again at another shop. The draw of this place was they were cheap, but I ended it in spending twice what it would have cost just to get the job done right somewhere else.

I wasn't sure if this place was still open. My mom was coming here when I was a kid. Got a leak in my tire and was desperate before it ran out of air. Came here. A gentleman came out quickly. We told him what was wrong and he immediately got to work. He plugged it and we were on our way. No complaints.

Impressed with and relieved by the service here!! Some background: I needed a quick tire patch at a reasonable price, I drive a luxury car after not owning a car for 10+ years, and I was getting over the stomach flu. So when this clueless girl rolled up in a Lexus, not knowing what a wheel lock is or where to find it, and generally looking kind of confused and uncertain…well, a LOT of big automotive chains would have taken one look and invented things to charge me for or told me I needed expensive add-ons. NOT Floyd & Diann’s! The gentlemen here were quick to help, patient with me and efficient in patching and filling my tire and getting me on my way (for a reasonable price indeed!) You can just TELL this is a shop run on loyal customers, plenty of elbow grease, and a trustworthy presence in the neighborhood. I was super impressed and would return for whatever other services they offer.

They fixed my flat tire in only 15-20 min and were very nice and easy to work with. Great to have such a good resource in the neighborhood.

I went to Floyd and Diane's to get a used tire and have another tire plug do to a nail in it. The service that I received was very very poor time for him to retire. When I left they put 55 lb of pressure in one's higher and 24 lb in another. They are going to get somebody killed. Floyd if you do not have time to train your staff properly then maybe it is time to retire. We all know the building is sold and you are on a 30-day lease. Plus his prices are completely bizarre. I recommend going to the tire shop on 29th Street a few blocks past Gerard avenue.
