Outstanding experience. My daughter is a student at UVA and has our Subaru there with her. The vehicle needed new brakes, so I reached out to Flow Subaru and they were able to squeeze her vehicle in the same day. The communication, speed of service, and professionalism were exceptional. As the work was concluding, the mechanic, Juan, texted me a video of the work that was being done, as well as the area under the hood. In the video he shared that the vehicle (with 135K miles), is in excellent condition and everything looks good - a sign to me that they are an honest service department not looking to rob me. Additionally, they topped off fluids and removed corrosion from the battery without charge. A+ experience, thank you so much for easing vehicle-related worries while our daughter is away at college!

I actually went to Flow Honda, which is next to Subaru. When I bought my Civic from Carmax, they did not give me the lugnut key. I had an issue with a tire and had to go to the dealership. I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did they take care of my tire and have a spare lugnut key, but the cost for the repair & key was better than I expected.

Joe explained the service process and billing very well. He, along with Sam (shuttle driver), were very accommodating. It was an overall good experience especially during a busy day.

Bad news: my car has been in the shop a bunch Good news: I've had the pleasure of working with the most amazing service advisor, Vicki. She has the warmth and kindness of a human being that knocks you off your feet. Has helped me during a couple stressful times in a compassionate and extremely knowledgeable manner. She alone is worth the price of admission, and appreciate the team for getting me back on the road too.

Flow Subaru recently sent me a special coupon for $10 off any service on my two year anniversary of buying an Outback there. However, when I looked online, I see they are offering $10 off any service to all customers, and $15 off of any oil change and tire rotation, which is required every 6,000 miles with a Subaru. Offers cannot be combined. So, I'm not really sure what the point is of mailing me the coupon.

I recently got some work done on my Subaru and radio replaced. Vicky was amazing from start to finish and made my visit easy, quick and she’s very personable. When I bought my car from Chrysler of Culpepper and dealing with the worst customer service and sales of my life I had little hope. But Vicky exceeded my expectations and more!!!!!!!

I recently ordered a new 2024 Outback Touring Subaru from Flow Subaru of Charlottesville. I worked with Sales Consultant, Rick McCormack, who was very helpful throughout the whole process. It took about a month from the time I ordered it until it was delivered. Rick sent me regular updates while I was waiting. When the car arrived, he spent over an hour with me teaching me how all of the new features work. I was surprised how user friendly all of the new technology is. I have taken my car on two small trips since I picked it up 2 weeks ago and I LOVE it! I would highly recommend checking out an Outback next time you are in the market for a car. It is fun to drive and has some great safety features. And ask for Rick. He was great too!
