I am a new Mazda customer and 2 years in C'Ville. I had to bring my Mazda CX 50 into Flow Mazda for service for the first time yesterday. The service was outstanding!! I was cheerfully greeted by my service advisor, Travis, who promptly wrote up my service order. Then he escorted me to the lounge and thoughtfully explained where everything was and how to use it. He checked on me periodically until my vehicle as completed, which was in a timely manner. I was even texted a video by the technician of the multipoint inspection. Travis was more than happy to assist me with a general question on how something operated on my vehicle. He did not stop until he got the answer and demonstrated it to me. It was raining and Travis brought the car into shelter for me at departure. Travis is an asset to Flow Automotive who I commend for his professionalism, courtesy, and thoughtfulness. Service at Flow Mazda was among the best I have ever experienced at a dealership. My other vehicle is a Toyota and I hope Flow Automotive, with their purchase of Umansky, brings this type of service experience to Toyota and all of its newly acquired shops.
