I brought my 2017 Tucson in for the first time for a knocking noise in my engine! I am very leery of dealerships due to past experiences. But since I had an extended warranty I had no choice. I was pleasantly surprised. First, I walked in and encountered Vicki at the desk. She was exceptional! She was courteous and took tithe time to put me at ease. As it was the Friday before Labor Day so I was thinking if they couldn’t fix it I’d be renting a car. She explained that they had loaners so if they couldn’t fix it today or had to order parts I would not be renting a car! Second, the car was fixed that day for a very reasonable amount of money. She explained that when another dealer had put in a new engine before I bought the car had not done it correctly and that I would not have to pay for that mistake. Other things did need to be fixed though and were for a very reasonable amount! Vicki restored my faith in dealerships! She is a huge access to your company. She deserves a raise as she goes above and beyond for customers! I will definitely return when needed! Thanks!

Just the other week, I brought in my 2017 Hyundai Accent in for a few recalls that needed to be taken care of. My appointment set up went smooth and when I arrived there, everyone was very pleasant. I had an approximate wait time of 3 hours and they got everything done in half that time! Really great service all the way around. The waiting room area was comfortable as well.

Couple weeks ago my key fob is broke so I bought a brand new one and went to flow Hyundai and they did a great job reprogramming my new remote and it works great even didn't inspection for free and Daniel Cole was a great service advisor want to say thank you to flow honey for doing a great job for replace my key fob

What a great EXPERIENCE!! I was traveling through Charlottesville on my way home to SC, when my 2022 Sonata Check Engine Light came on and began running rough. I called the local store and spoke to the Service Manager Ray Persian. He immediately said bring it in. I arrived at noon...When the techs came back from lunch, Ray got someone on it. After diagnosing a defective injector and a 4-hour repair, these guys got me back on the road to South Carolina!! Of course this was not the plan, but Ray and his team with Bruce the advisor made it easy for me! I made it home later than expected, but hey....I was home!! Big shout out to Ray and his team!! Well, Done!!

Our Hyundai Sonata has been at the dealership for a month with no end in sight. Service keeps saying the parts aren't in yet, but a month really. Is it because the transmission went bad after only 50,000 miles and with a 100,000 warrantee they will have to replace the parts for free? I asked for a loaner but none was available. This is taking too long

Our Sonata has been in for service for 40 days now, several computer issues with a new one uncovered every time one is supposedly resolved. The staff are always nice and polite but I don’t believe they are equipped to handle the repair. I have asked for a weekly update but have been ignored and now my calls and messages are ignored. I wish I had towed my car to the dealer in Harrisonburg instead.

The young lady who answered the phone did a knock out job. Our local dealer wouldn't even answer. She went over the entire engine recall process and the likelihood of a covered repair. Michelle, Amy something like that was her name.
