Easy to book appointments. Like most dealerships service seems pricey.

ZERO STARS!!!! I swore the last time I took my car to this place, I would never go back. As luck would have it, my regular auto service company couldn't see me and I needed to take my car in right away because it would not start but was not a battery issue. After they had my car for 3 hours they called to say that they could not get my car started to move it and start a diagnostic on it and that it burnt up 2 jump boxes. They wanted to replace the starter in my car and the battery and then "go from there." I didn't agree with doing both of those things especially if neither of them fixed the problem. They offered to replace just the starter first to see if that work and if not then replace the battery. I was quoted $1960 for just the starter itself not including labor or taxes. I mentioned that I saw there was a recall of some sort for the starter on my year, make and model car, I was told the recall was only on the start button and not the actual starter. Once I was able to speak with my regular service company, they told me I was being way over charged and they should be able to get the starter for much less. When I called to question the cost of it, magically the cost of the part was now only $1360 but the labor would cost $600 (for something that would only take them a hour and a half to replace). When I then questioned the cost of the labor, I was told they would see what they could do and then call me back. The call back said they lowered the labor to $300 and it would not cost me a total $1760 including labor and taxes. My regular service company called them to discuss and told me not to have them complete anything on the car. I drove to pick the car and up and to my surprise the car was NOT where I left it when I dropped it off. Funny, because I was told they could not get it started or jumped to be able to move it. Obviously they started and moved. Then they had no idea where it even was! After they charged me a $150 diagnostic fee (for doing nothing) and we were able to find my car, guess what?! The car jump started right away! I drove it to my regular service company and when they came out to take a look at it, the car wouldn't shut off and told me it's the starter button that's bad (which is the part that is under recall) and Flow Honda NEVER offered to switch that out to see if it fixed my problem. This has been on ongoing issue I have had with my car for many years that Honda has never been able to fix.....meanwhile it's a recall issue all along that they knew about and even told me about early in the day. I've called to see about getting my $150 dollars back but haven't heard from them. We've put in a ticket with American Honda to have my cost for the replacement of the start button reimbursed. I will NEVER go back to Flow Honda. I would rather sit on the side of the road completely broken down before I would take them to fix any issue on my car.

I had a 7:30 appointment this morning. Dropped the car off last night. 5 hours after the start of the appointment they still haven’t even looked at the car. I could have used it this morning if they weren’t even going to look at it for 5 hours. This is not my first negative experience with the service department. David Sloan said they were very busy and it wasn’t a priority because I dropped it off and wasn’t waiting with the car but it was a priority for me. They’re doing their best to convince me not to buy another Honda.

Nice parts department guys very quick and helpful. However, it’s hard to shop there when their mark up is pretty high compared to online prices.
