The service was great!!! The staff were very professional and efficient. My vehicle was fixed sooner than estimated, I believe within 2 weeks of dropping it off and that included with delays from my insurance company which the team resolved and kept me updated about through text. I love the app used to track progress as well as estimate. I definitely recommend!!! Loved the service!

It was a pleasure to work with Fix Auto. They did a beautiful job and the communication with me was accurate and quick. The representative, who took care of getting everything done, John, Even made sure my car was ready quickly since my insurance coverage for a rental was running out. I hope I won’t need more repairs on any car, but if I do, I will definitely go back to Fix Auto.

The folks at the The Fix Auto are great. They are polite, informative, and helpful. I went thru them as a result of being rear-ended and they were one of the options provided by their insurance company. They opted to total my vehicle. John was my main POC, very nice gentleman. Don’t remember the rest of the folks’ names.

Very positive experience - paint job was perfect, people were friendly and easy to work with. On a side note, I brought in a 2016 camaro that I installed a super charger in. After I installed the super charger (about 5 yrs ago) the tach got messed up and would flop around - a minor annoyance. But after the paint job with Fix auto, my tach was surprisingly fixed as well. They went the extra mile - thanks Fix Auto.

Can't rate less than 1 star. If you read the "From the owner section" they call themselves a quality body shop and work tirelessly to ensure you and your vehicle leave their shop satisfied. Not for me. I was in a minor accident that dented a fender and scratched a small portion of the front bumper on my car. They were friendly to get my service and quoted about 2 weeks to complete the job so I dropped the car off toward the end of Oct. After 2 weeks, the car still has not been started because they couldn't get a fender and didn't want to repair current one. Shop denied my request for a rental or compensation on the work. Kept the car another week with no progress and had to have them put it back together. Picked up the car and there were scuffs and light scratches on the bumper that weren't there previously. Shop failed to do walk around with me before leaving so luckily I never left. Had the GM come out to show him and he said, "it's coming off with my thumbs." So I asked if it's ok to return a vehicle with more damage than how it came in and he said they could take care of it another day since the person left for the day. On my way home that evening a headlight wasn't working and so I called the next morning and they said they can look at it when they buff the bumper. Told them I don't think I would because of the lack of ownership and respect I got from Kevin. More of a part install and paint shop if you ask me.

Update: Miata in 2024: The work was excellent. They frequently sent me updates and phone calls as apposed to my prior experience. I highly recommend Fix Auto. Honda in 2023: The work was great but they did not do a good job keeping us informed of what was going on. The initial estimate was around 2 weeks to repair but they would know more when they disassembled the car. We had to call multiple times to get a better idea after that even though they said they would call.

This place is beyond expectations !!!The staff is great and friendly professionals,the place is very clean the work they do can’t be described cause perfect falls short, but a person who deserves a special shout out to John the Man is a 5 star as a person as a professional everything definitely recommended. The Fix Auto technicians did an incredible job repairing my vehicle. It’s a 2015 and they made it look new again. My service advisor, John S., did an excellent job facilitating the repair and navigating the parts approvals along the way with the insurance company.
