They customer service is TERRIBLE. Refuse to fix my seat belt which is a SAFETY issue. I have called 16 times so far. I would not recommend this location for anyone going through GEICO claims. My car was a victim of break in on July, 2022. I chose this place because GEICO pointed me here. The damage to my car was to be inspected by them and fully fixed. One first call they told me to not worry and they would have an inspector first clean the glass debris and fix all damaged parts Here are the issues 1. My car was in the shop for 1 month and when called to come in I was on my way on friday and called to confirm I had taken time off work and I had to come in, they said the car was not ready and to come the following monday. 2. I finally get a call on Friday the following week and I show up and they walk me through the car and I point out that the interior trim piece is not replaced but billed. They take additional 30 minutes to fix that. 3. I signed documents and when leaving I see that the seat belt is damanged and they when bringing this up the front desk lady is dismissive and terrible. She tells me that it was there before and can not be fixed. They should have found it in THEIR OWN INSPECTION! This is up to 26 July, 2023. I get a survey and I file a complaint on it. They reach out to me and assure me they will order the part. Que to me following up after each month. Finally, I get a text asking for pictures and this was on 30 November, 2022. I called 1. 7 Feb, 2023 and they will check to see if GEICO responded to them and call me back on 8 Feb, 2023. 2. I call back on 9 Feb, 2023, they "Carlos" is unavailable to speak, and will call me back. No answer. I am tried and they will not fix my safety issue. Customer service, a survey, multiple phone calls will not help. Take your money else where. I will have to consider other options. Update: I have received a call from FixAuto offering to get a new seat belt. Part should be received on 17 Feb, 2023 and put on my car the week of 20 Feb, 2023. I will update here on how it goes, I am thank full for the call.

Quick service, friendly and honest staff. I would particularly mention the receptionist, who was very knowledgeable and kind walking me through the steps and timing for my car to be repaired. I would recommend this shop for any future repairs.

I had rav4 2024 model fixed it here amd the work was excellent. Iram and marissa helped out with all required updates. Iram helped me to understand damage and repair in detail. It helps me as car is brand new and i was very much worried. Only think which requires to be improved is time. It took 2 weeks to repair. I would have liked it even more if it was within a week.
