I've used Fix Auto on two occasions and have been very happy with the final results. The repairs were such that you couldn't really tell that anything happened (which is the intended result, right?). Service was fairly quick and the detailing was appreciated as well. Also, its proximity to a car rental agency made this place a very desirable location to take my car to get serviced. Very happy with them!

Fix Auto provides an excellent service from the beginning to the end. The owner is super friendly and holds herself accountable by paying attention to the little details. The car looks like brand new again and I appreciate company like this still exists in today’s world when they put customer’s satisfaction ahead of anything else.

My car was hit while it was parked, figured it would be a giant headache to get it fixed. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to work with FA, but specifically, the SOMA location. These guys are real professionals, quote and timeline were accurate, work was superb, and the car was returned in immaculate condition. Seriously, it was detailed. Can't recommend highly enough!

Cannot say enough great things about this shop! Friendly, professional, and delivered my car back to me on time and looking completely brand new. I would recommend them to anyone. Fingers crossed I’m not forced to use them again (car was broken into and they caused significant damage) but would definitely come back here again because they made it so easy! Thank you all!

Everyone at Fix Auto was completely awesome to work with. They were friendly, professional, and very proactive at communicating the different steps of the process of getting my car repaired. I was seeking repair for an accident that was someone else’s liability, and the Fix Auto team was great at handling the insurance company involved. They not only got my car back a week early, looking brand new, it was also cleaner than if I had gotten it detailed! Absolutely recommend their services.

Fix Auto did an excellent job fixing the damage on my vehicle. They completed the job several days prior to the promised due date, which was a welcomed surprise. When I picked up my vehicle, it was cleaned and wash and actually looked nicer (shinier, cleaner, etc) than it has looked in years! Bau was friendly and helpful from start to finish. Highly recommended business!

The guys at Fix Auto were friendly and took care of my Mazda after someone smashed my window, denting and scratching the door in the process. Fix Auto was recommended by my insurance, so everything was done onsite including the incident report and insurance estimate. I would go to them again.

Wow, I am absolutely floored with how incredible the service was here. This is a locally/family owned business and the owner, Marvic, was an angel. Before I even brought up affordability as a concern, she walked me through all the different repairs and the price options. When I called around to a few different shops, FixItAuto SOMA had the best prices, by a significant amount, every single time. This was my first time at this shop, but Marvic treated me like I had been a special patron for years. She was fast and gave me updates/pictures along the way. She even gave my car a wash before I picked it up!! I couldn't have asked for better service. She also clearly cares deeply about her staff and described how adamant she was about keeping all her staff employed during the pandemic. I will be referring to all my friends to FixItAuto SOMA.

Great customer service! I brought my car in to get some minor body damages fixed. Service was very quick and got my car back looking brand new! Very detailed communication via text and email which made it so much easier for me to reply. Would definitely recommend and would return in the future!

I loved everything about this shop! I brought my car in and they did the rest. They dealt with my insurance for me and got me a rental car right away so I could go on my way. I was very impressed with my car when I picked it up, it looked brand new again and you could never tell that it was in an accident. I will definitely recommend anyone to bring their car here if they want a good professional job done right the first time! Thanks for letting me feel worry free!
