My 2023 Lexus RX350h was hit both front and rear ended. Fix Auto Fresno Body Works did the estimate as my request. They have done very good service. They followed exactly by your demand. Hopefully, I do not need to come back here but I will recommend to anybody who needs the service to them.

I recently had my Acura Integra repaired at Fix Auto Fresno after a rear-end accident that damaged the back bumper. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and clearly dedicated to quality work. I was completely satisfied with the result; my car looked brand new when they were done! The bumper was perfectly aligned and polished, and the color match was spot-on. Their attention to detail made a world of difference. The following review was written approximately 4 years ago when "Fix" repaired another of our cars, but still holds true today, so, "consistentt excellence" should be added to the list of qualities I appreciate about this business and their team! It seemed that every person who worked with me was not just doing "a job," but sincerely wanted to be outstanding in every aspect of the business...they truly cared about their work, and me. I give them a 10 star recommendation.

This was our second time with the company. It definitely seemed a lot more complicated then the first time. We had to wait a week just so they could call and schedule the car for an appointment. I should have never waited for them, I haven't had a car for a month. I hope I don't need anymore work because I'm not going here.

Accidents and having to deal with the aftermath are stressful. Fortunately for me Fix It made the process hassle free. They provided me with daily updates on my vehicle and completion was never changed. The inspector assigned to me provided clear information and answered all my questions from start to finish. When I received my car back it looked good as new! The painting matching was top notch and perfect! Zero complaints and I am so grateful.
