We got great service from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They let us know as soon as our car was ready, and the service was fast. They did beautiful work on the body of the car. I would recommend them 100%! They also vacuumed and washed the car!!! I know nothing about how these things are priced, so I can’t comment on that. I went through my insurance. 😊

Had a very accommodating experience with Fix Auto Folsom. Insurance would not fix my car up and I was still able to work out a repair with them. Mark was my main contact and he was doing everything in his power to ensure I walked out a happy customer. 5 ⭐️ thanks guys.

After talking to my insurance company they asked me to get an estimate from a preferred provider. Was told it would only take about 15 min, it took 45 min. After receiving the estimate they asked if I wanted to book an appointment. When I said no, they sent the estimate to my insurance company that was about $800 less than the estimate they printed out for me at the shop. When I called to ask them why they sent the insurance company a lower estimate I was told because I chose not to have the work done there they revised the estimate to reflect a lower cost aftermarket part not a genuine BMW which they would use. So now my estimate reflects lower price than if I got the work done there. Not trustworthy!!!!

Great service all around. Car looks immaculate now. They did a great job with the fix. Paint is perfect. They’re very knowledgeable, professional, and customer focused. They’re very easy to work with and handled everything with my insurance so the process was seamless. They also were able to make the repair quickly and on time. I would highly recommend them.

It was a minor damage to the black part of the front fender. They did the fix according to their estimates. Originally they said the damage is smooth out and paint. But they decided to install a new fender. Thanks for that

It was easy and stress free. The car was so clean in every nook and cranny. Not just the damage repair. I’m going to need to crash into a tree every now and then just to get it this spiffy.

Had to go back to get them to install the mirror properly. A time kill. The time before this I had to go back because they forgot to install a wire an the rear window defroster didn’t work. Time before that the left off a bolt on my rear bumper. They don’t seem to care.

My car was hit, and they didn’t leave a note. It was $5000 worth of damage, so I had to go through my insurance. My insurance gave me a list of places to choose, and I’m so freaking grateful I chose fix auto on Folsom. Everyone was funny, empathetic, nice, and kind. They helped me find a week that I could handle losing the car. They helped me and identifying rental car options, and they kept me posted all week on the progress. The car looks flipping fantastic, and I’m wildly impressed with all the work they did. I cannot thank them enough, because if I had to go through such a crummy experience, they at least made it bearable. I would work with them again in a heartbeat. Absolutely go here if you want someone that will be honest and listen to your problems. Josh -you are the best.

The staff was very professional..sending an update the second day to inform me of the progress on the car. Very good paint job...good sanitation during the Pandemic..Thanks I returned again in 2023 for more painting. Everything was perfect. Great staff ! Thank you. I returned in 2024 for more painting. Everything was perfect. A month before I brought in my car, I misplaced my driver's license and a debit card. I looked everywhere in my house to no avail. Imagine my astonishment when those items were placed on a shelf in the car. The staff had found them. Thank you so much. Steven S.

Incredibly easy process. Everyone was very clear and communicative for the quote, drop off, during the repair, and for pickup. The repair was done through insurance so I didn’t have to do much. I also got a quote for a paint less dent removal, which required little on my end and the result was flawless. Would recommend and go back.
