Fix Auto Daly City provided excellent service on my insurance claim after a hit and run accident. The damage was fully repaired, and they were careful with my truck inside too - protected the seat and flooring. The truck was washed after the repairs so it really looked like new again (its only a couple months old.) I really appreciated the communications: texts when they received the claim info, the initial estimate, status halfway through, and the call when it was ready. Plus a walkthrough of what was done when I picked it up. While I hope I won't need body repairs again, I would not hesitate to go back to Fix Auto if I had to, and would recommend to friends who needed work. Well done!

Everything about this whole process was incredible. For a task that is not enjoyable—no one wants to have to have their car in the shop, the wonderful people here were a blessing. They were fast, great at communicating and went so far as to stay late so I could get my car after work AND facilitated my rental car return. If my car ever needs more work, I will be going here, hands down. 10/10 no notes.

Best service I've gotten from an auto shop! Car body was repaired expertly and it looks just like new. They go above and beyond with the service they provide for their customers, even touching up the parts of my bumper that weren't damaged and working with Enterprise to make the rental drop off seamless. They are also a lovely and friendly small family business who deserves your money!

I currently had an accident with my vehicle and I understand that one way one side of my car was hit and when they went to a dual alignment, they weren’t able to. It’s still not done right, but then I was told that that the problem with the car on my other side for my driver side or where the accident wasn’t my alignment was not being able to be done. My lower control arm was messed up my car I’ve been hit Was in the accident and had moved . Me being Mechanic when I was younger 10 years ago, and with my experience with accidents. Know for a fact That an accident does move parts of the car that you will not be able to tell until there’s an alignment done at times. With my experience and accidents, I’ve had with the vehicles when I’ve taken it to other shops when they tried to do that and it did not come out right due to the fact that the other side was able to be done or correct they would submit the claim to the insurance company stating that There was more damage than they had seen in the beginning and they would resubmit a claim for me to get this issue resolved so that my alignment would be correct . this time, though I was told or my wife was told that this accident didn’t did not cause the issue that happened with the other side of my alignment and my insurance now refused to pay for it, but I know previous to this I do not have issues with anything on my car, pulling or anything doing anything strange and even when I did have the alignment done it was right now I am stuck with a fee of having this car fixed my insurance deductible as well as paying for another mechanic to get this done. I findhighly unprofessional of a shop that knows what they’re doing .. This was very disappointing . They basically in my opinion are working for the insurance company and not for the customer that has had the accident is trying to get everything back to normal. It is unfortunate that we do get an accident and was unfortunate to hear the conversation that my wife is having with the person on the other side of the phone while she was trying to explain to her that, this was not the case before now we had to pay for everything disappointing I cannot state how disappointed I am in a shop that should be working for his consumers, but is not not a place where they understand what they’re saying I’ve been in the field I’ve a mechanic out there. I’ve been shops And I’ve been in auto body shops also and I’ve always had a pretty decent experience with my body shops and giving cars to a lot of body shops that I used to work on times to paint and stuff but this is the most disappointing one I’ve come to find . Yeah, it seems like they’re more for the insurance company than for their consumers so be careful. I hope them good luck but I hope everybody good luck on this because like I said I’ve been in this field for many many years about almost 35 years and this is pretty bad my wife handle this, but I was there and I heard the conversations they were having so hope everybody the best and that’s all I can say . I recently had some driver-side damage repaired at Fix Auto, and the experience was fantastic. Thankfully, Fix Auto exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. They thoroughly inspected the damage, gave me a clear and fair estimate, and explained exactly what needed to be done. The communication throughout the process was excellent—they kept me informed of the progress and even helped with coordinating my rental car. When I picked up my car, I was impressed with the quality of the work. The driver-side panel looked as good as new, with no sign that there was ever any damage. Fix Auto exceeded my expectations. They were extremely easy to work with. Got me in quickly for my estimate and the repairs were done quicker than anticipated. I dropped my car off on Monday and they had me back up and running by the end of the week! I would recommend Fix Auto if you need any auto body repairs!

Marvic and her crew did an excellent job repairing and repainting my vehicle. All interactions were pleasant and easy. I felt very well taken care of. Additionally, they repaired and repainted a piece of moulding that was not part of the original scope, free of charge. I have taken my vehicles here a few times now, and every time they’ve been consistently great.

Marvic and her team were wonderful and the service was great! I hit some debris on the road that messed up my bumper and scratched my hood and Marvic and her team fixed had my car fixed in less than a week with a fresh coat of paint. They even went above and beyond to vacuum the inside of my car and paint over some existing damage that I had. Great team and thank you again for all your help Marvic!
