We are here for your NC state inspection needs! Calling ahead is preferred, but stopping by is great too! We offer oil and filter change service, and belts, hoses, brakes, and parts replacement. We specialize in electrical, drivability, chronic, and difficult-to-diagnose services; we've solved problems that the dealerships cannot. We also offer upgrades for high-performance vehicles. We are not in the market to compete with other shops' prices; we solve problems and some problems are more time-consuming to solve than others. We are LGBTQI+ welcome. If you have vehicle problems, we can solve them, and we can teach you how to prevent many of them! UPDATE AS OF 04/05/2024: We will be open on Fridays by appointment-only.

I recently took my car to Five Points Service Center for an engine cleaning, oil change, and inspection, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and efficient. The engine cleaning was done meticulously, and my engine looks almost brand new. They took the time to explain the process and even showed me before-and-after photos, which I really appreciated. As for the oil change, it was quick and hassle-free. The customer service was excellent—everyone was welcoming and made sure I understood what was being done. The pricing was fair, and there were no surprise charges, which is always a plus. I will definitely be returning here in the future.

I took my car to Five Points Service Center last week and was very pleased with the care and attention to detail that Neil and Christina provided. The appointment was very easy to schedule (they could look at my car the next day) and I got my car back within 20 minutes. I took a walk in the neighborhood behind the shop while waiting. I later realized had forgotten to ask them to check my tire pressure so they said to come back the first chance I get and they will take care of putting air in my tires. Five Points Service Center is a great, local resource!

Absolutely fantastic experience at Five Points Service Center! I recently had a car inspection done, and I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the service. The owner was friendly, attentive, and took the time to ensure everything was thoroughly checked. I never once felt pressured into purchasing additional services, which is such a rarity these days. The whole process was smooth and straightforward. I will definitely be coming back for any future car needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable service!

Neil and Christina are GREAT!! I had several codes pop-up during my vehicle inspection, and Neil made sure I was aware of the issues. He went over everything that needed to be done and was very forthright and honest prior to me agreeing on services. I plan on using Five Points Service Center for all my vehicle needs and will recommend the shop to all my friends.
