'Fitz'z is one of the most friendly and cleanest Automotive service companies that I have ever seen. The owners and staff are great listeners and have been super efficient in solving all my problems. I have had Fitz's repair my steering columns in the past. This time, I had a air bag light that would not go off. They attempted to run a diagnostic test , the ports on the truck were clogged. They unclogged the ports and run the test. Test showed both front impact sensors were bad. GM quit making these years ago. Fitz's made it clear they would only install original OEM parts (especially with this being a life saving device). I was able to find 2 at a dealership in a small Illinois town. I had them shipped to me. After Fitz confirmed they were new original sensors, they had no problem installing them. They kept me informed from start to finish. These guys are great! If you want quality work at fair prices, this is the place!

Fitz's is a no-nonsense place to work on your ignition if it was broken into and you can't get there they'll come to you great place and the service is quick and great. I saw you on channel 4 surprise squad helping an old man and his payments on his car. You guys are spectacular love you. And right now I don't even have a car.

Recently took my VW passat to recalibrate ACC which was the front Radar wasn’t working, They did a great job calibrating the Radar. Josh and Bryan they were great Help!

Someone really put their head together to make my truck drive-able for not the complete fix -and they actually told me that! - but what I could afford for when I was about to get it towed from there for lack of funds. They actually gave me new door locks with my new ignition coil switch like the other shop did not. AND they fixed my front left blinker. Two oil change spots had walked away from replacing the light when it didn't slip out easy enough. They also have the CLEANEST garage I've ever seen. Will return.

Fitz’z was recommended to me as THE place to go for electrical work. Josh thoroughly talked me through the issues with my vehicle and was very clear about their process and pricing. They were able to fix my issue super fast too! Overall amazing experience and very trustworthy group. Would definitely recommend.

I bought this car on November 6th and was having electrical problems with it the next week. I then found fitz and was pretty skeptical at first because of the type of car I had. I was gonna take it to the dealer as a last resort but ended up taking it to these guys first. Not only did they fix my car but the owner Chris communicated with me very well and always called to ask for permission to proceed with the next step when working on my car. I told them that I didn’t want to replace anything and that I wanted to keep my aftermarket taillights on. They listened and worked with me the best that they could. Another thing I liked was that their prices were also cheaper than it would’ve been going through a dealer. Thank you Chris and the fitz team you guys saved my holidays ;)

The best group of people I have ever met around St.Louis I will recommend anyone and everyone to do business here they are absolutely the best around and the service is absolutely tier 1. The owners are absolutely the nicest and sweetest people, Can not recommend enough!

A++ Highly recommend Initially, took my Duramax to Midwest Motors in Eureka. They had my truck for 4 months and could not figure out the issue with it. Got my truck back and took it to Fitz'z and in less than a day they diagnosed and found the issue with the truck. Had the truck back within a couple of days. It has been a few weeks since I got it back and it runs great, could not be more satisfied with their service and quality of work.

Josh was more than helpful with a weird one. As an ASE certified mechanic, it's hard to let other people work on my vehicles. I didn't have the time or energy to work on my dad's car and they took care of all the weirdness going on. Excellent communication and very reasonable turnaround time on the work.

Outstanding customer service! I had an issue with an electrical short in my vehicle. Chris was great to work with and he kept me abreast of diagnostic issues. Solved the problem in two days that others could not do in a month. Highly recommended.

Fitz's auto repair made a new computerized key fob for my 2018 Jeep Renegade. It works great! The staff was courteous and friendly and the wait time was just as they quoted. Great place with great service! Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about this place. I contacted them from an ad about key fobs. I made the appointment but after I arrived they discovered that they could not program a key for me at the stated price. They offered me breakfast to compensate me for my time. But it didn’t end there. They later contacted me because they found another key fob that they could use, ordered it, and programmed it. They went above and beyond! Thank you for your caring service. And this was only a $100 job!.

I had unfortunately fell victim to a car theft attempt and a subsequent burglary, which left me carless. My mom reached out to Fitz’z to repair my Hyundai and, in no time, they restored my vehicle while arming it with anti-theft protection. From beginning to end the team was friendly and supportive which truly helped me recover from this awful event. I now recommend Fit’z to anyone who asks for the best auto shop in town.

I have a 2017 Jeep Cherokee and we took to the dealer and paid for a diagnostic was told nothing was wrong. I saw Fitz’z commercial and my husband called and we able to tow my car the next day. Chris and his staff were able to diagnose and fix the problem and we received a full report of what was repaired. Amazing consumer service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!

I went to Fitz's to get a admin key for my vehicle. I ended up paying half the price the Ford dealership was wanting for the key & the programming They saved me close to $260 bucks and got it done faster than what Ford could have done. The workers are nice and pleasant to work with. The shop was clean and tidy, I will take my vehicle in to Fitz's whenever I have a problem.

We needed a new spare key fob for our '22 Buick Envision. Bryan and the Fitz'z gang were competent, professional, and an incredible bargain compared to other prices I got (if they could even do it b/c our car was "too new"). They even stayed a little late to finish the job. Great small community (Lemay) business, deserving of your support.
