Floyd and the team are, without a doubt, the first guys I will always turn to any time I have a vehicle problem. They have diagnosed and fixed problems that other mechanics couldn’t figure out (including the dealership). He will always give options, but you can always trust his opinion. He’s never recommended extra bs work. They’re honest, skilled, fast, and GOOD at what they do. First rate is a no brainer

So I brought in my 1994 cobra Mustang as it needs a new engine. Brad and his team were extremely incredible with installing everything. They called me regarding all the details making sure that the car was perfectly tuned reasonably priced they didn’t want me to buy anything that I didn’t need. Extremely honest great customer service I will definitely be coming back I was amazed at how great the car was running and the warranty options that the shop offers to, uphold their work! Definitely recommend without a doubt

I had a great experience when I had my GMC Sierra serviced here. They were very knowledgeable when it came to repairing my truck. Reasonable rates and prompt to get the repairs completed. Will definitely be back and will be the shop I recommended to friends and family going forward. Thank guys !

My truck had been down for MONTHS. After putting it into multiple shops without any resolve, spending huge amounts of money for repairs, I visited First Rate and FINALLY, they fixed my truck without robbing me blind. I've been rolling since!! If I encounter ANY car issues, I know where to go!!

Floyd was amazing. I was on my way from the springs to Wyoming for a install for a new restaurant. On my way out of the springs my car started saying my engine was over heating. I stopped by the closet place which was First Rate Auto. Floyd saw my urgency and came out found the problem and fixed it with 10 min getting me back on the road, which allowed me to get to the install in time for the restaurants grand opening. Thank you Floyd 😁

Highly recommend this company! My limo company Colorado Springs Limousine Service was in a pickle. We were booked every day in December except for one day. We had a oil leak that was smoking off the exhaust manifold! Floyd and his crew over at First Rate auto got the job done real quick. Appreciate it. I will definitely use them again!

I wish more mechanics were like this. These guys are smart, honest and straight to the point. They fixed my van a few times, each time it was a tricky electrical issue. They didn’t try to upsell me on stuff that wasn’t necessary, their prices were very fare and they communicated with me every step of the way. I HIGHLY recommend First Rate Auto.

While visiting family out of town my vehicle came into some mechanical trouble. My aunt recommended that I give her long time and trusted mechanic a call.to help me with this very stressful situation. I called Floyd at First Rate Auto Solutions and I can’t thank him enough and technician Joe for all of their hard work in helping me to get back on the road. They were able to help me get my vehicle fixed and ready to travel with little notice. They understood the circumstance I was in and their customer service was unbelievable. Floyd went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of in a speedy amount of time and that the vehicle was safe for me to travel. You don’t find that kind of top notch customer service these days. He was great about keeping me informed of the diagnosis and cost and saw that the work was completed and done correctly. Technician Joe went above and beyond helping to get me back on the road. I would absolutely recommend Floyd at First Rate Auto Solutions and wished I lived closer to have them complete all my service needs. You won’t find a better honest, hardworking and professional team!
