A truly outstanding repair shop to do business with. Without question they stood behind their work and took care of a small problem that arose a few weeks after the initial repair. It’s truly great to be able to trust them to perform the correct repair and are willing to make it right If you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic this is the place to go.

Anyone who has ever had a European car knows the hassle of finding good servicemen. First Class Auto was recommended by King's Auto (another trusted repair place in Raleigh) and boy am I ever glad we called. Without going into too much detail I'll say Megan already saved us a ton of time and money while demonstrating extreme competence and knowledge of our 2012 Volvo xc 90 awd which is more than I can say for most INCLUDING THE REPS AT VOLVO. They have definitely earned a customer for life. If you're tired of being told "We don't work on European cars" call these guys. They are honest, reasonably priced, and knowledgeable. And ask for Megan!

1st Class did a great job - again. My car feels brand new again, they fixed what was wrong at a cost that was reasonable and everyone is so friendly. I will not bring my car anywhere else

These guys were very professional & kind. Came in for an alignment and oil change and they even cleaned up my car for me aswell, gave me a ride to my job close by and picked me up once the service was complete. First time here and won’t be my last 10/10 I recommend for anyone looking for a new shop to go to.

My experience at First Class Automotive was excellent. They were kind, communicative, efficient, and thorough in taking care of my vehicle. The loaner they provided was clean as well. I really appreciated the transparency in cost up from with being provided an estimate prior to my appointment. They also called prior to servicing my vehicle to inform me about the overall health of my car and what upcoming maintenance I would need. As a woman, it felt wonderful not be the “haggled” and taken advantage of. I would definitely make them a preferred car service provider.

Harry and Chris were great to work with. My car had not been serviced in while and Chris went through what was needed and due but did not try to force sell. We made a plan to do some now and some later. The work they did was professionally done, on time, and on budget. I would highly recommend 1st Class Automotive to anyone with a European car (Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Audi) or any make for all your service needs.

I had my vehicle serviced at First Class Automotive for the first time yesterday. I was so pleased with the short wait time, the attentiveness of the service technician, and the cleanliness of the waiting area. Plus the reasonable price. I will continue to use their service rather than Lexus dealership. I highly recommend them to others.

The team did a great job once again. Customer service was great, they kept me updated on what was going on with my car and how long it would take. And did a full diagnostic to let me know of any other checkpoints we may need to do in the future. I went in for an oil change and filter change and the car drives great. Thanks again, Team!

This was my first time going anywhere other than the dealership for service. Chelsea was so helpful and friendly. I felt like I was getting honest recommendations about the services my car did and didn't need. They even gave me a heads up on what I might expect the next time my vehicle is due for service. These folks treat customers as would a great luxury auto dealership. Everyone is on point: they are always courteous, prompt and friendly; they communicate clearly and conveniently; the service department is trustworthy, reliable and provides quick, stellar service. My last visit required a couple of days to complete, so they even lent me a loaner. And...my car was returned - a day earlier than estimated, even - cleaner than when I dropped it off, including tire shine! For total customer satisfaction and peace of mind, I highly recommend this shop.

Took my truck in for new tires, they did a nice job and even cleaned the inside and outside of my truck. Pleasant experience compared to a lot of garages who try to constantly upsale you.
