I left my car with a small leak of engine oil and the engine check on. They charged me 1500$ and gave me the car with a engine oil leak and the engine check on. They never check the car after repair. supposedly repaired. The car is for my daughter to go school. I NEED MY MONEY BACK

Terrible mechanical service, I had to take my car 6 times to repair the air conditioning, finally I had to take the car to another mechanic and they would keep my money, I also changed the shock absorbers without being damaged, I do not recommend this place , they lost a client who has 8 company cars

Former customer but now I leave in homestead. I had a screw in my tire so went to local one just in case and just told me I needed a new tire...Just started a new job so was sad that I would had tonspend so much money for a new tire. I call my old place on 120005 sw 129th ct in Tamiami Airport and spoke to Eric. He said if you have not lost air on the tire just come and I will checked it. I did drove back there more than 30 minutes away and guess what was superficial and nondamage to tire. He just pull out the screw and said you dont need to change the tire there was no harm done. I was so sad that the other place on homestead was willing to charge me for a new tire. If you need an HONEST advisor go to Eric in Firestone in Tamiami Airpot. Thank you Eric you just made my day. I appreciate you honesty. Loyal customer for years and will remain loyal to you.

Great customer service. All the guys that worked there greet you with a smile and willing to help. I got a flat tire and they fixed under 10 minutes. Highly recommended. Plenty of parking.

This place is horrible! I took my car for A/C service. They told me that the compressor was bad and it need to be changed. The cost: $1,100. I said I would take it somewhere else. Then they charged me $ 90.00 for the inspection. Which they failed to mention at the beginning of the conversation. I took it to another service center and it just cost me $100.00 for the repair. Because it turned out to be a valve problem not a compressor issue. Do not take your vehicle here for any reason. Seriously!!!!!! Called Firestone and this place in an independent dealer. It’s not even on their list of service centers. Total SCAM!!

Do not go here, they tried to scam me out of $1400! I went here fix the ac on my 2005 Pontiac and they told me my AC compressor had a leak in it and that the total bill including labor and parts would be $1673! I asked how bad the leak was and they wouldn't give me a straight answer so I decided to get a second opinion and went to Juany Auto and Tire. He personally looked over the ac and discovered that it was an electrical issue (one of the sensors had mud and salt on it and just needed to be wiped off!) I was also completely out of freon which meant that the Firestone techs didnt even check for a leak. It took him about an hour total and the AC has been working for 3 months since! $120 for Diagnostics + $70 for a Freon refill fantastic! Save yourself ALOT of money and dont go to this firestone.

Had my rear brake pads and rotor changed, 8 months later they were worn and needed replacement again. My car is front wheel drive so the breaking power is all on the front brakes. They either use cheap parts or didn’t perform the original brake pad/rotor change. They always try to up sell on stuff you don’t need and probably don’t even bother performing.

The FireStone on SW 120th was horrible. They want to over charge you. Also, they aren’t clear about what they are charging you for. I went because a neighbor told me they were good and I even told the supervisor I was told this was a good location. But the supervisor thought he was funny and cute and didn’t explain anything. I clearly when in telling him what I needed and he wanted to do more. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. DO NOT GO, they will charge you for what you don’t need.

STAY AWAY!!! Rude staff! They put a plug on my tire because they said they were about to close and the patch would take to long. 15 min after i left, the tire exploded on the highway and almost losing control of my car. When i went back to get some type of compensation for the money i spent, they said they could not give me anything cause i completed the sale, what ever that is suppose to mean. Wish i could leave less then 1 star cause i would. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

This is a warning to everyone! The following scenario has happened to my wife my best friend and to myself.. We brought our cars in for a flat tire to be repaired. To begin with, the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Here’s the crazy part. We bring in the car to fix a flat, and the next day we get a flat on a different tire ..and bring it in to be repaired again… and the next day we got a flat on a different tire again! So the three of us had had 4 flat tires all repaired within four days at the same place! Come on! That cannot be a coincidence! These people are doing something to make the other tires go flat within 48 hours. Maybe putting a small pinhole size puncture or something. I don’t know. But I refuse to believe that all of us had the same exact experience. And based on the quality of employees they have there, I have no doubt that they are scamming people by puncturing their tires when they come in for a tire repair!! I’m gonna do everything in my power to make sure we catch these people on camera and expose them!
