If I could put 0 start I would have… I had been coming to this shop for years now and ever since they changed management. They are nothing but shady and unexperienced mechanics. If you come to this shop, just stick to a tire repair, anything above that will be too complicated for them to do correctly. Every time I do an oil change here they overfill the engine which obligates me to come back, and then they proceed to take their sweet time… They will also attempt to convince you to replace the parts in your car even when they are good. So be very careful.

Thank you so much to Albert and the staff for being super patient with me, for getting the tires the same day I called, for replacing the tires the same day, and for giving me a fair price. They are super professional, quick, and attentive. 10/10 would recommend.

Came to this Firestone in a hurry, and the customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this auto service center. my car is driving like new I drive a Bmw x1 they did the alignment and tire rotation.

Quick job at changing my battery but they overcharge for it. I paid almost as much as it costs to have my transmission fluid change.

The worst place. I paid $2000 to fix my Ac and never work properly.had to bring it back 3 times and still the same. Not a good place at all to take a good care of your car.

There's no wondering why these places are always empty and going out of business. This one in particular wanted to charge 33$ for taking out a small screw from a tire. A job that could have easily been done in 3 minutes by one the 3 mechanics sitting around. The icing on the cake is when the manager says it's 20$ plus tax and the tax come out to more than 50% of what it costs to remove the screw as if I do not know basic math... hahaha what a scam highway robbery

Worst service. Manager and owner think they own the parking lot. Dont take your car here they use cheap parts and mess up your car worst then it was before.

Very helpful , and my problem was solved in 2 1/2 hours. Great service
