Ask to get whatever was rolling in my tire out..break bead and remove then road force balance.I left the 2 tires there at 9am picked up at 540pm the tire still had the piece rolling around inside and they said they balanced it..what a joke I told them at drop off to get whatever was inside out and rebalance..lazy work ethics..

I have been a patron for over 13 years. I called to see if I could get an alignment, I was told come on in. I waited 1.5 hrs before they started. The guy working on my car disappeared with my ignition on, vehicle on the lift. I asked if he went to lunch, was told no that he went on a test drive. The floor and carpets were filthy, the tables had dirt and grease all over them, the bathroom sink had hair and dirt. This shop has gone down hill. From employees to cleanliness.

Jack Fernandes is an excellent manager, who seems to enjoy engaging with customers. He looked me right in the eye and spoke directly, inspiring confidence that he's a straight-shooter. He believes that when the customer is treated fairly and the job is done right, the customer will return. He made me feel that any job his shop performs will be done correctly. And it was. I'll be back for more.

If I could i would leave no stars. Left my truck at 1 pm for an alignment(I made an appointment the previous day). 3 pm rolls around still no call, so I called multiple times no answer. So i go to the store and my truck is still in the same spot, I ask the guy at front desk if the alignment was done and he tells me “we’re about to put it in”. Sir you were supposed to put it in at 1 when there was no vehicle in the bay. Terrible location, no good service, terrible employees. Waste of time

Javier was a smart guy we just rebuilt my front suspension and heard some clunking so I brought it down to Firestone come to find out the sway bar end links had a few loose bolts has it diagnosed and fixed in like 15 minutes didnt try to sell me parts or anything and actually took his time looking at the car even when they were so close to closing someone give this man a raise! On a serious note thankyou for the hard work and honestly really nice technician and front desk would come back anytime they treat you like family👍

Can’t get a quote on tires I requested a month ago and followed up on twice. Given incomplete quotes for auto work so when I’m there to get it done, they want to add $200-300 for additional work they “forgot.” Mechanics don’t care and ownership is just looking for the rip off.

I always feel comfortable taking my car to Firestone in Winter Haven, Florida. The price is right and I feel like they do a good job! I usually can get in and out quickly. I dropped my car off that evening and was fixed early the next day. Great service!!!!

This is the worst firestone I ever been to and I have been to alot of different ones. You go for a oil change and it take them 2 hrs. The manager always have an excuse why they are behind. The problem is I come for a 7 am appointment and they open at 7 am and they are behind. Pls explain

We are long term customers of this location in Winter Haven. Several years ago we purchased Firestone tires for our truck and were very pleased with the product and service from FSAC. Yesterday, on a early, dark, Monday morning, I had one of my tires go flat. I tried to plug it on my way to work but ultimately had to put on my spare. No worries though, I dropped the vehicle off with Travis and took an Uber to work. He called me later that afternoon to let me know it was ready. My wife picked me up from work and we went to pick up the truck. Travis had everything taken care of and we got to meet Mathew who was super-nice. It's always an inconvenience when your vehicle breaks down but these guys deal with this everyday and their team was very helpful.

COMPLETE SCAM. Not recommended. If you want a COMPLETE Guess, go there. My car has been there for about two months and continuing there. They said… my car has been sent to other mechanic because they don’t know what to do. After the diagnose or scanning they quote me $900 for a COMPLETE a/c repair. Then they said is $1,400. I called Corporate but they don’t care or any courtesy call about the word COMPLETE Auto Care. I went there with one problem, now I have three more. They should be Uncomplete Auto Care.

Came in for a valve stem replacement, I was loosing a lot of air and my dealership down the road could not do a thing about it. It happened on the other side. I’ve taken care of it elsewhere week before. Both problems in the rear tires. The tire got replaced because it did go flat after it slightly hit a barrier wall when I had to do a turn and touched that same tire. I got a used tire installed. It had little thread on it and I didn’t know so when I came into Firestone. They let me know! I ended up getting a new tire there thankfully since it was pointed out to my attention!

Got a flat & I wanted to replace it with the same Bridgestone Run flat tire that come stock on my BMW , Didn’t exactly know what the size I needed so I got what info I could off the tire and was trying to make it home on my run flat in the rain . Called Firestone & gave the man who answered the phone what information I had & he not only was rude he laughed & talked to me like I was stupid ! Was so hesitant to call again the next morning and try to find what I needed . Thank goodness a different person answered the phone & not only was she sweet as pie she was so helpful ordering my tire & making my appointment. I should have got both of their names . Glad I ended up getting the help I needed . Maybe some more training for individuals you have answering your phones would help .

Fast & courteous service! Everything explained to me in a way I could understand. I love the way they printed out my receipt and also sent me a copy Of the bill for my records. I wasn’t even in there for an hour. I had one tire replaced and an air filter. They made my day! Thanks!

When I make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, I don't expect to wait until after 3 for it to even be taken back. That's why I made the appointment so that wouldn't happen. They did this crap to my wife her last time here too, this was their last chance. It's a shame to see a business that's been in operation since 1960 have such horrible service now. I don't need 3 strikes to prove your bad service. 2 hours after my appointment, my oil was changed. People have schedules to follow that depend on others to hold up their end of the bargain too. I won't be back, too many places out there do it in 15 minutes to wait on that level of jackass.

I had an issue with my car and I was stranded 2 hours from home. Travis was able to accommodate me so I could get home that night to my family. He said he needed to get me home. He was very friendly and professional. I will be forever grateful because compassion is so rare in todays world. I will continue to give Firestone my business because of amazing employees like him.
