Firestone had always been honest and good to me. They've never done a lousy job or tried to push me into buying something. They have taken care of my vehicles since 2021 flawlessly. We just started using the Town East store about 9 months ago. They continue to do good work as I had received from the downtown store. Thank you

They “checked”my air filter and I went directly to another dealer because my check engine light came on after starting my car after they messed with it. The mechanic said that my air filter is now damaged and I have to get a whole new one. When they just told me it wasn’t fine at Firestone. Aka they broke my air filter

Colbi was very knowledgeable. Understanding my frustrations. Helping out my mind at ease. Made sure my truck was done in a very timely fashion. Called me to keep me up to date. Explained all questions I had during pickup. Even helped get me a quote for done future work. Great environment. Gale is always a top notch tech. His work is impeccable. He pays very close attention to detail.

I popped one of my tires saturday night, and firestone got me all fixed up by early sunday evening! not only were they fast and effective, the man who helped me (I wish I could remember his name) was incredibly nice and helpful. definitely will come back with any of my car issues!

My daughter and I stopped in this evening at 5:15pm, no appointment and the guys got us all fixed up. I had some sort of cover under my car that had gotten loose from snow & ice. They worked me in no problem! Excellent customer service and very prompt. Thank you so much! We will be back! Jenny

Excellent service, very prompt and very professional. I went in this morning because my car made an (albeit brief) weird rattling noise; I had just gotten new tires installed so I thought something might be wrong. They took a look at my car and determined nothing was wrong (they were right! I think I ran over a stick or something) I was on my way to work and was in a rush, and they took time out of their busy morning to check out my car and make sure it was alright. They even refilled my wiper fluid for me. Excellent service and I wasn't even late to work. Will be coming here for my car needs from now on.

My car unexpectedly wouldn’t start and the car’s system sent me a text indicating it was the battery. My husband was going out of town that evening and I was worried about being stranded. Even though I didn’t have an appointment and they were busy, the guys got my car in and replaced my battery. Very appreciative of the service and kindness.

Firestone offered to take a look at my vehicle at no cost since I had recently had some work done. Employees communicated with me regularly while my vehicle was there by phone and email, making sure I was aware of what was happening. The hours made it convenient to pick up and drop off my vehicle without missing work. When employees communicated that they would not be able to fix the problem, they provided a print out of what they found and offered recommendations. Thank you, and I will definitely be back and recommend!

I used to always go to Firestone repair shops for all my car needs, but I will never come back again. Here's why: I took my car to Firestone after it wasn't starting, and told the people at the E. Kellogg location that the battery was already tested and it may be an electrical issue. I went in-depth with the guy writing the notes on the computer, but will spare the people reading this the details. Just know, I told them THE BATTERY WAS TESTED AND WAS WORKING FINE and that my car wasn't registering that I was in the "Park" position, I even mentioned it could be the park shift indicator... They call me after looking at my car and tell me that the previous battery test was false and it was indeed the battery. I TRUSTED THE "EXPERTS" and gave them permission to put a new battery in. What happened after I came and got my car? The same issue. It wasn't starting. I returned the next day and told them the whole story again. The manager came out and I could tell this man was not trying to give me my money back, but after some heated conversation, I got refunded. He blamed it on a "lazy mechanic." (He literally said, "oh yeah, we have been having problems with this guy..." Okay, then fire him?) They asked me if I would like to try and have them find the real issue (you know, the one I originally told them about) but I declined and left, taking my care to Expert Auto downtown. I told Expert Auto the same story, and they immediately told me they think it was an electrical issue (who would have guessed?!) and were honest about them not having capacity to do a fix like that, so they gave me a number of an electronic tech in North Wichita, and sure enough - he found out it was the park shift indicator fuse and fixed it right up. The only reason Firestone gets the one star is because I was able to get my money back. This was an extremely frustrating situation that spanned multiple days. It could have been avoided if Firestone would have simply done their due diligence, especially considering I TOLD THEM EXACTLY WHAT IT TURNED OUT TO BE. Whether that "lazy mechanic" is a legit excuse or not, I will never go to Firestone again. SMH.

This location used to be great. We took all 4 of our cars here. Then this year they have gone very quickly down hill. On my last oil change we also had a slow leak in a tire. We made an early morning appointment and dropped my truck off. They had it all day and when we called them at 3pm we were told that someone started it but then left. I always give people the benefit of the doubt bc anyone can have a bad day. Now today the same tire has another issue. Again they have had it all day and it’s not done. I’m finished with Firestone.

I don't understand all the negative reviews here. All I got is top notch service and amazing customer service! This is my 5th 4 tire set and every time I was pleasantly satisfied with all. Today, I was helped by Nicholas and he over exceeded my expectations! Replaced all 4 tires and switched pressure sensor with less than an hour!

A simple oil change on my car, tuned into bigger problems, I had no issues with car now, upon receiving my car, caps were off under the hood, a leak is under the hood coming from a hose. I said no oil change and an oil change was done anyway on my car. They did not own up to causing problems don't go here because they do not take car of there customers.

I had made my appointment online, and the shop called to confirm my time. On the day of service while I was waiting, I was informed of what the tech had discovered with my vehicle. All work was done in a timely manner and the staff was courteous and friendly.

The manager who assisted me was courteous and explained clearly what was done to correct my issue and provided recommendations moving forward. I made an appointment because I was experiencing some alignment issues and I feel I received the best service possible considering my issue and with all that was done I was pleased that my service was performed in a timely manner.

Just needed tire mounted on a rim. Was told by the Firestone clerk that it was the wrong size rim amd that the tech coundn't get it on after 3 tries amd i needed another rim. Tried to show the clerk the rim size stamp that matched but he would not listen. I just went to another tire shop and they mounted it with no problem. Really Firestone?

I brought my vehicle in at 530pm for a nail in the tire that needed to be replaced because it was in the side wall. Was quoted about an hour. They didn't have the tire to replace (warranty) at this particular location so I asked for them to use my spare til the new one came in. Me and another client were waiting past closing, he leaves shortly after close. At about 720pm I go back there and two guys are in the office talking, one sees me and walks out, the other stays in there. So I'm asking is there a problem, I get told they can't find a tool. So I'm waiting for over an hour because a tool couldn't be found, he said yes. I said I have the tool! So the guy said go ahead and go back to the garage. I went to get my tool out and he struggled to figure out what end to use. I said next time you need to ask the client. That's ridiculous I'm waiting for over an hour because you can't find a tool. It was 830 by the time I left out of there and still had to come back the following day in which my hoist that brings the spare up and down from underneath just so happens to break. The customer service has been going down for the last several years and at multiple locations. When checking out, had the nerve to try to offer me other services, Ha Ha! DECLINED! Not to mention the first Firestone I went to and had to call to tell them I'm in the lobby after waiting 8 mins and 5 additional mins after being put on hold.

Terrible customer service. I took my 2016 Lincoln MKZ to them twice for a coolant leak. 1st time they ran the test they said the test showed that there was no leak. My car would shake while sitting idle than you would smell coolant burning. The reason I brought it in a second time is because the coolant reservoir was bone dry. I filled it before I took it in only for them to tell me THAT THERE WAS NO LEAK AGAIN! Charged me twice, and did not find the problem. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but of course they weren't available. I researched the issue, and it sounds like the leak is internal. Why didn't they get under the hood to find the leak instead of just hooking it up to a machine? Sounds like the mechanic don't want to do his job 🤷🏾‍♂️

My only complaint is that I got 4 new Firestone LE3 tires. There is an advertised $50 off those tires along with an advertised $80 off the installation. I mentioned those when I brought the car in and the tech confirmed it but I was still charged full price. So it seems the discounts are untrue and can't be trusted

The employees were friendly and helpful. I was there for roughly 3 hours to have one tire repaired. The employees were very over whelmed. The trash cans were full and the temperature inside of the waiting area was quite warm. I appreciate the help that was provided to me, but there should be a stream lined process for tire patches.
