We took our 2012 Chevy Cruze to Firestone 2318 N. Maize Rd. Wichita, Ks. to get the overheating problem fixed. Spent over $1800-00 for repairs. 3 weeks later the car overheated again & blew the head gasket. Took the car back to Firestone to find out now they want over $5000.00 to replace the engine. I will never use Firestone again & advice no one else go there.

My experience here was great! Had an appointment here at 2 to get my tires balanced. I showed up about 30 minutes early and they got me in early! The man at the desk was so friendly and helpful, and I didn’t have to wait long for it to be done! Cost was exactly what he said it would be over the phone, so I wasn’t shocked when he told me the total, which I was pleased with. They also didn’t try to sell me on anything extra, either. He explained to me that the tires didn’t need much balancing, but it was still good we had it fixed. Overall my experience was great and we will be returning for any future services!

We stopped by because we were having to air up a tire several times when it was cold. Turns out the tires we purchased were recalled. These unbelievably great guys replaced all four tires with an upgraded tire for free. Honest, friendly, and great customer service. We are now lifetime customers!

Aaron was very helpful and understanding working through the issues with my last vehicle (which were pretty extensive, it was quite the lemon of a Volvo). This was my third time using their services and I’ve been very happy with the results each time.

My son had a flat tire Sunday morning and we called first thing to get help. The gentleman was very understanding and offered to help. He understood he had to drive to school Monday morning. He squeezed us in and got his tire fixed that same day! Everyone was extremely nice and very helpful!! Great work

Walked out after spending 1300USD...I went in for an oil change and alignment check. Testing out vehicle but so far so good. They applied discounts to my totals to help me out. Update: woke up this morning to a flat tire. Stopped at Firestone around 7am, gave them the tire (I took it off before going). I called around 10:30am, was told it would be ready within the hour.... called back around 3:30pm. My tire was still in the front lobby where I dropped it off. I was waiting on the tire to travel to Hutchinson, but I was told the didn't have any cancellations so my tire kept getting pushed back. I guess if you have a flat and don't have an appointment, don't go to Firestone. Adjusting my stars!! Don is back, he is the consummate professional!! 11/27/2024 I had some dash warning lights which was almost a dealership visit, but the Firestone crew solved all three issues without much ado. I was pleasantly surprised about this and happy. Still a five star auto shop!!

I ordered tires from an online retailer. The installers asked me what the tires were, I looked them up and gave them specifically the make and model of the tires. They installed someone else's tires that were from the same brand and different model of tire, who also made an online order. I noticed the error but went about my business, assuming that the issue was actually with the online retailer. Hours later Firestone called me and told me I drove off with the wrong tires and they needed me back immediately. They accepted no blame and exclusively blamed the online distributors saying that the tire deliveries were not appropriately marked. That doesn't really matter given that I provided the model of tires when I first arrived. I would not come back here or recommend this shop to anyone I care about.

I’m really upset with this Firestone on Maize. I dropped my car off for an appointment at 10:30AM and it is now 2:18PM and they just say they will try to get to my car when they can.Then what is the point of making an appointment. Not only that they are pissed because I’m using my 12 month or 12,000 mile alignment warranty! Like why have a warranty when you are going treat customers like crap for using them! Do better!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They showed me photos of the things that needed attention and were honest about the timeframe I should fix them in. They were respectful of my choices and completed my service very quickly. I've come here for several oil changes and will continue to return due to customer service.

Brought my truck in on 7/14 to have the alignment checked, oil changed and tires rotated. Picked it up right at closing and realized there was a nail in my tire. Without hesitation they stayed late to get it repaired. That sold me on Firestone from here on out. Not many places would do that. Thanks

Worst experience. Purchased 4 tires that were mounted but not balanced. When I called about the vibration the service advisor I used wasn’t there but another advisor insisted the tires were balanced. When I set another appointment to have them checked I found out they were ordering balancing beads without me knowing and they were in fact not balanced, but they charged for it. Long story short, after the service advisor kept changing his story on why they weren’t balanced I went to another shop and they found one weight on one wheel and wasn’t even balanced, they were able to balance 2 of the tires, the other 2 tires would not. A warranty claim was opened with the manufacture and 2 tires were shipped in. When the other shop was changing out the new tires they noticed large amounts of grease left in them that they used to seat the beads… and this was the reason they wouldn’t balance from the negligence of the tech at Firestone ( Jeremy ). Firestone also smashed one of the hub-centric rings mounting one of the wheels. Update: Spoke with the owner of this Firestone location and he’s agreed to pay for all costs paid to the other shop to correct this issue and assured me the service writer I had was just there filling in at the time of the initial install. Retuning the tires full of grease to the manufacture could be another big headache but I was told the grease is water soluble and easy to remove by the Firestone owner. I’ll update this review when all this mess is completed.

Consistently the best place I have ever taken my car and it’s been there repeatedly in the last couple of months. I highly recommend their mechanics. They’re front and people are great. They’re honest and dependable, and they stand by their word.

Not a happy camper. I had an appointment at 10am today for an oil change and tire rotation, dropped my car off at 9:30am. It's now almost 2:30pm and my car still isn't done. Even after calling at 12:30 and them telling us that it would be 1 at the latest.

I’ve been coming to Firestone for years. On occasion I’ve gone to a dealer for things but come back to Firestone. I’m generally pleased with the service. Prices have gotten a bit high but that seems to be the thing everywhere.

Time frame has no meaning to this company. You would think a higher vehicle rate would make them money but the employees don't like working. Also don't make appointments they don't stick to the schedule.

Jo called letting me know that my car was done. I went into office to review the bill and pay for it, however, as we were discussing the charges a incoming call came in and Joe answered it and started helping the caller leaving me just hanging in limbo. I had to WAIT until he was finished with the call to continue my business, He never once told the caller that he was already helping someone and would they we willing to hold or could he call them back. I have never been treated like this !!!!

Our car was diag'd for a repair and completed the service. Upon pickup we drove off and discovered excessive vibration due to a sensor that was not properly reinstalled. I am deeply concerned about permanent damage so now we wait. Not to mention we were without a vehicle that was absolutely necessary in the moment with no alternative for our 18 year old driver.
