The sales rep was very helpful on the phone and when i came in for service they did a thorough job and advised me. they did not do any work that i did not approve of. It was nice to have the facility open on Saturday. Very convenient. Thanks, they took great care of my lil' ol Ranger truck and my Honda Civic.

I came in for a leaking tire that I had to get fixed on a long list of things I have to handle and, when things got more complicated, they got everything coordinated and taken care of so that I didn't have to think about it at a very low price. Thank you.

I brought my vehicle in this morning for the 3rd time in two months because I am still getting check engine light, dispite having my vehicle "fixed" recently. When speaking to Joe on the phone, I expressed concern that there keeps being issues on my vehicle and that it seems weird that they aren't seeing & fixing any issues my 2018 vehicle has at the time time. Joe freaked out on me and said there was no way to see other issues when they are working on one thing and that I should just take my car to a different shop because he's refusing to work on it now. I explained that I am a single mom, who works full time, and I dont have time to shope around to find a new shop and I just want him to find all issues and fix them at once instead of having to come back every 3 weeks. He told me it was impossible to do it, and if i wanted them to look at my car for any issues he would charge me $160 hours for 6 hours. I have been coming to firestone for a long time for all my oil changes/ new tire / engine repairs etc and to be berated on the phone because I just want any issues of my vehicle to be fixed at once was deeply hurtful and embarrasing. Any women who are looking for a shop should look elsewhere.

I went Firestone this morning! I called the store in distressed because of a tire low and couldn’t find a place to air the tire. I was not a customer and I spoke with Joe and ask him how much it will cost to air my tire. He was very friendly and helpful and told me he won’t charge me and will get it done asap and when I pulled up he was ready. Joe was wonderful. Note: I had scheduled an oil change for next week which he didn’t know I work across the street and will recommend anyone this is place. Thank you Joe for taking care of my car tires Joe!

The agent, "Bob", said he would stay later until I could get a tow to the shop. The car was done quickly and thoroughly. I was a frequent Firestone user and paused having a bad experience, but this wipes the slate clean! Thank you all at 404 S.Main Bob, Mark.

I had a 3:00 appointment to install four new tires on my truck.It took 3 hours to get the tires installed while i waited.They blamed it on a new inexperienced employee doing the work.I was also charged for new valve stems which they did NOT install.The tires were very dirty with some sort of power all over them,i had to clean them when i got home.Another customer was irate while i was there claiming his car which was in for brake issues did not get addressed correctly.Very dissapointed with the service.

I made an online appointment early this morning to have my oil changed here. I received a email confirming my time and when I arrived I was told “they had been so busy today they didn’t see it. I could leave my car and they would try and get it done by close, (which was 4 hours after my appointment time) but they couldn’t promise anything.” I asked him to cancel my appointment but he said “I can’t do that either, I have to accept it instead even if you aren’t going to have it done.” They did have time to finish getting their lunch order together however. Disappointing.

My issues were not resolved and I left with more problems then I arrived with. When I told them I was still having trouble they tried to charge me to check if they made a mistake.

i JUST HAPPENED TO STOP BY ON A MORNING ON MY WAY TO WORK TO SEE IF THEY COULD DO AN OIL CHANGE, AND THEY WERE MORE THAN ACCOMMODATING. I LEFT MY CAR WITH THEM AND THEY CHANGED THE OIL, DID A DIAGNOSTIC TEST AND ROTATED MY TIRES.

Great customer service and really convenient for downtown workers but did not call me when my vehicle was ready. The two times I have taken my vehicle, I have had to call close to the end of the day to see if it was ready.

I used to really like Firestone but my most recent experiences have been absolutely awful. The icing on the cake being the $36 i just spent on new undercarriage screws because they failed to tighten them thoroughly when doing an oil change. Last month i spent $30 on lug nuts because they overtightened them when they replaced my tires, which was a whole other sketchy mess.

The process was very easy. Everyone was very polite and I was in and out for an oil change in about 20 minutes. I got a full write up of what they did on the emailed receipt, how many quarts of oil, the type, etc., so I was very pleased.
