1000 appointment for alignment. Started calling at 4p. First 6-7 times it rang to disconnect. Finally picked up (you could hear background) and then hung up. Twice. So I make trip back up there at 515p. Truck is moved to other side of building. Because of previous issues with honesty from this place (only used because of credit cards there and lifetime alignment plan) I marked my tie rod to ensure they actually performed work. Guess what… I’m told outer tie rods are seized and they are unable to perform work unless I want to get replaced. Jokes on them. I had entire front end replaced along with shocks and tires less than 10k miles ago. I demand my keys and leave. Go out and sure enough, chalk mark is still in tact on tie rod. Never touched. WHY is corporate allowing the same things to be reported over and over with ZERO correction being made? I just left NTB where they performed my alignment. In and out in 45min.

While firestone is not known for for its exceptional customer service skills or their ability to accurately fix vehicles, this location seems to be exceptionally horrid. I brought my car to this location and was told I needed to replace my radiator and catalytic converter. Almost a month and a half later and I finally have my car back but not without issues! I guess halfway through replacing my catalytic converter, they decided they didn’t want to do the job anymore. After breaking 2 exhaust manifold bolts into my turbo and wedging my converter back on with missing bolts, they called me and told me it was ready. Thankfully, I immediately took it to another mechanic to get it looked at and he alerted me to the bolt issue. He also alerted me to my steering wheel being off center. This was not an issue I had before Firestone worked on my car and they have been less than helpful with trying to resolve this issue. I would highly recommend that anyone avoids this location specifically.

I want to recommend Ty (Hope I spelled the name right) He is truly an Angel on earth. I went a couple of minutes before closing with serious tire issues and he stayed late and handle my repair when everyone else would have made me wait to the next business day, he showed me compassion and honesty. He could tell I was desperate to get the truck fixed and he didn’t try to overcharge or fast talk me into something I didn’t need. He was honest, knowledgeable, quick and a decent guy. I am truly thankful for his kindness.

The technician drove my car out of the bay and throw it down the street like he was in the Indy 500 I know I have a race car but that does not mean to drive my car fast especially if I don't drive my car fast. I tried to speak to the manager about it and he just nonchalantly blew it off then the technician got in my car for the second time and drove it out of the parking lot and drove it slowed this time but this time on the way into the parking lot the technician hit a bump hard I was outside watching and I approached the technician and asked why they did not break when coming up that bump and the technician looked at me and said," Your car is fine." Again approach the manager about the situation and he again nonchalantly blew it off proceeded to ring me up charge me full price did not apologize and did not offer a discount did not offer a coupon did nothing poor customer service and I would never recommend this place to anyone ever again!!!

This place used to be ok, but it has gone downhill fast the last 6 months. Took truck in today for an alignment only because I have the lifetime warranty. Had an appointment for 2 and they finally called around 5 saying they couldn’t adjust the camber because it didn’t have any bolts to adjust that…….WHAT!? I’ve had this truck aligned many times in the past and never heard of this….i know you need an alignment kit if it is maxed out but the technician didn’t even try….they just said they couldn’t do it without the kit. Really need to hire qualified employees if this place wants to stay open I will no longer use them and advise others not to Edit….received the invoice right after I submitted review. So they wanted me to pay 500 bucks for a kit with install….you can get the kits for 50 bucks online. This place is a joke!!!!

Took my son’s truck here twice to get aligned, both times they said the camber was maxed and couldn’t get it in. Didn’t sound right to me because we just replaced most of the front end suspension. Took it to Ricks in Midlothian, and they got everything lined up perfectly. They said whoever did it before had no clue what they were doing. Don’t go here for an alignment.

Took my truck in for an alignment 2 and a half hours later I finally got my truck back, was told that the rear toe was aligned as well as my front camber/caster and toe was set to factory specs, as soon as I left I noticed my steering wheel wasn't straight and when I straightened my steering wheel it would turn left, I went back to get the issue fixed and was told quote there's no way to straighten the steering wheel and drive straight, I found that odd so I took it too NTB and they informed me that my I had a solid rear axle and that there were no adjustments that could be done in the and that my front-end was way out of align, they aligned my front end AND straightened my steering wheel. Would and will definitely be recommending NTB as a loyal customer.

DO NOT go to this store even if it’s for an oil change. $12 to check my air and add air to tires, $25 for the complete auto inspection which clearly is $10 at the store and signs say. I decided to do my oil change myself and they over tightened the oil drain plug , it stripped of course, and my oil filter was leaking oil the whole time. This is my third time coming here an always been disappointed. I do not trust even with a small job

Had my Company Truck in for repairs on the Power Steering and they completed the job okay except they put in too much Power Steering fluid into the pump reservoir and had to have it pumped out so they need to learn how to properly add fluid to the system instead of overfilling it and causing it to foam.They also decided to rotate my tires and change my motor oil. They apparently dont know how to reset the TPS sensors when they rotate your tires don’t appreciate them doing the work if they can’t complete the job correctly.They tried to install 2 new tires through our fleet account but I stopped them before they did that because I dont like their Truck Tires they just dont handle the road as well and they dont last as long as they should either.I ended up going to Discount Tires to get new Michelins installed and get my TPS sensors recalibrated correctly as well.They are one of the most expensive and least knowledgeable car repair shops in Waxahachie so avoid using them at all costs. They will rip you off if you give them a chance to!

i initially went for a general vehicle inspection and was told i needed a lot of work done but settled on just starting with the wheel bearing and central bearings. after leaving it at the shop for an entire day (dropped off at 7am and didn’t pick up until 4pm) there was a nasty shake to the car. there wasn’t a shake when i dropped the car off. a mechanic informed me after the fact that fixing the bearing made the rack and pinion worst (this wasn’t said before i picked the car up). i couldn’t drive off with the car in the condition it was in so i left it there and came back monday expecting there to no longer be a shake. the car still shook but only when accelerating, i had to bring my boyfriend with me to inform the workers of the issue and they told me it was the exhaust and many other problem i could pay them to fix. it turns out a part was put on backwards (“done by a previous mechanic”). after they fixed, the issue was still there and i was left disappointed. i’d recommend a shop like all about tires. very personable and honest

I've spent the entire day here. No one is as polite as the counter lady. The Mgr. Here will bypass you. I arrived at 11am its now after 5pm. They stopped working on mine several times to start other vehicles. Will not recommend this facility again.

Please save your money and go to a car shop that is HONEST. I would give 0 stars if I could. I took my 2018 Santa Fe to Firestone and informed them before hand that the AC had a leak. They told me they would run their own AC test and get back to me. The stated “there’s no Freon in the car so there’s no way to tell if there’s a leak or not”. They charged me $353 to add Freon and said “drive the car around until it gets hot and bring it back to us, and IF there’s a leak we will be able to find it”. 4 days LATER. The car is blowing completely hot air . $353 WASTED. I turned my car back into Firestone and they finally said “yea your AC compressor DOES have a leak, you’re going to need a whole new compressor etc etc”. THIS isn’t even the worse part. I received a call from Firestone stating “we went ahead and replaced all of your parts but when we went to turn on the car to see how the AC was working the car battery is bad, we tried to charge/jump the battery and it wouldn’t charge” he then asked if I wanted Firestone to replace my battery( purchase a new battery) Knowing my battery was GOOD, I had my husband pick up the battery from Firestone (they where SHOCKED when he showed up to pick up the battery) he brought it to Autozone and had it charged. There was NOTHING wrong with the battery, later that same day my husband reinstalls the battery AND turns on the AC to see if it works…. turns out THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED ON THE CAR and the guy who was going to fix the AC had already “left for the day”. It was an awful experience. If our gap insurance wasn’t going to cover the AC compressor and other parts needed for the AC, we would have gone somewhere else. Thankfully our insurance covered after paying an additional $100. Posting this review to help others! Be careful and take your car to someone you can trust!

We took my car in at 8:30 am for a 9am appointment. My husband called at 1 to see if it was ready. He was told that their computer had messed up so they were redoing the alignment and was currently working on it. We went to pick it up at 4 pm because surely it was done in 3 hours. It wasn’t done and there one a head of us?? How??? We’ve had issues with this business before. Do yourself a favor and go else where. Their customer service is as sorry as they come!! I only gave a one star because I couldn’t leave this review without it.

Service was great and in a timely manner. Prices seemed to be fair as well. Only complaint is my car was left with grease on the steering wheel and door panels and is very hard to get off of volvo swedish leather. Also the old tire was shoved into my back seat with no plastic and got rubber markings all over the rear seat and back of the driver seat. Very neglectful of the tech.

This Firestone location overcharged me for the parts. They get parts at a discounted rate but were going to charge me double what they paid for the parts. The manager stated that this was Corporate's standard practice. I recommend NTB before Firestone. I received the same repair work for half the price at NTB. As a loyal customer of Firestone, I felt cheated. I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

UPDATE: CORPORATE IS SAYING ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM. PLEASE PLEASE GO TO ANY OTHER MECHANIC. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU & WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! I got a new suspension put on my truck 08/11/2024 & had a little give to my wheel (turned slightly to the right) so I took my truck to have an alignment, oil change & to have my A/C booster changed on 08/22at Firestone in Waxahachie, TX. I was told that it was all pretty routine, and I should have my truck back the next day. I recieved a call the next afternoon saying that it wasn’t just the blower & the resistor also needed to be replaced. I gave them the go ahead, and they said they would call when it was finished. We got there & my truck was in the bay, & we were told that the alignment still needed to be done & to come back in 30 minutes. Came back to pick up & it was parked in the parking lot across the street, unlocked. Upon IMMEDIATELY leaving the parking lot I knew something was off. My wheel was now turning about 90 degrees & shaking on the highway. I called Firestone right away & told them my truck was aligned properly & was told by the tech, that it was because of my NEW suspension that he couldn’t align it properly, that I needed to drive it, let it “settle” & then bring it back in. I drove the truck for 4 days & it ate my brand new tire all the way down to the radials; my a/c also stopped working correctly & was blowing hot air randomly. I called to schedule my new appointment & was told they couldn’t get me in until Sunday, 09/01. I got 3 brand new tires put on 08/30, and when my boyfriend brought the truck in on 09/01 the tech told him that I was told over the phone on 08/23, that my gear box was loose, I needed other parts replaced on my A/C, and that he specifically told me to ONLY drive it short-distances & to immediately bring it back. NONE of this was said to me, so I called back up there & requested the audio recordings of the phone calls be pulled & was told the General Manager (GM) Rodolfo would give me a call the next day. I didn’t receive a call from him, I received a call from another front desk attendant at 9:41AM, saying that yet ANOTHER problem was found with my truck & the tech couldn’t properly align it because my tie rods “weren’t matching up”. I called an hour later & FINALLY spoke to the GM, who had absolutely no idea what was going on, & was told he would look into the situation personally & give me a call back. They didn’t call me until 47 minutes before closing, and said it was ready for pick up. I was at work so I told them that I would come by the next day to pick it up. After work YESTERDAY, I went to get my truck, was handed the keys, only to find that my truck WASN’T IN THE PARKING LOT & they hadn’t realized this ALL DAY. There are NO cameras, no fence/gate to protect PAYING CUSTOMER’S vehicles, AND was told by the tech that they had someone break into the store recently!! There are also NO signs in the parking lot stating that they are not responsible if something happens to your vehicle!! Waxahachie PD came out, wrote up a report & within 5 minutes came back & said that there was a hit & it had picked up the truck “abandoned” after it had been used in a crime. In front of me, my father, and Waxahachie PD, both the technician & front desk attendant (+ the Area Manager & GM, over the phone) stated that the truck was in their care & they parked it in the parking lot/had the keys - that it was THEIR responsibility & THEY were liable for the theft & subsequently the damages. I was told to speak with a detective today & then call back to speak with Rodolfo & the AM. Today, I was told that there was NOTHING they can do for me, they are not responsible, & that it was the same thing as me parking in Walmart Parking lot - BUT I DIDN’T PARK IT, THEY DID. FIRESTONE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MY TRUCK BEING STOLEN, DAMAGED, AND BEING USED IN A BURGLARY. This should have never happened - my truck should have never been there, it should have been fixed right the FIRST TIME. Please take your vehicles ANYWHERE ELSE & save yourself the hassle!!

Waxahachie location horrible. After receiving service on my vehicle, new tires, tire rotation, and wheel alignment, my TPMS is not functioning correctly. Went to the location 2 more times to fix my problem and I was told to contact headquarters. The store manager was rude the entire time and the technician tried to fast talk (saying a lot of nothing) as if I don’t know what’s going on with my vehicle. To this day my TPMS is still not working properly. AWFUL experience waiting to hear back from someone at headquarters now.

Do not get your tire alignments done here. It took three tries and over three hours to correctly assess my sister’s tires, only to be told that alignment was not the main cause of the steering problem. It could have taken even longer had I not prompted immediate action after the car left the shop. If you choose to go here for service, avoid working directly with Garrett. He failed to communicate critical information from the technician to us and had the audacity to disparage us behind our backs. He claimed that the steering not being aligned with the wheels or tires was 'purely a minor aesthetic and cosmetic issue.' This cowardly, deceitful behavior reveals his true nature. Garrett is clearly a snake and a degenerate subhuman who does not concern himself with the safety of others on the road. Either that or he is incompetent and incapable of critical thinking. The only reason the issue was finally identified was thanks to the attentive manager, Rodolfo, and another technician, Javier, who happened to be there on his day off. Their dedication and professionalism were the saving grace in this otherwise frustrating experience, hence my rating of 2 stars and not just 1.

Okay not sure whats going on with this location but one too many issues last few times i have used them. Last time the screwed up my alignment on a major scale, took them 3 tries to get it right. Then they left my beige interior carpet stained with oil. During that time manager took care of everything but the lost time and stress was annoying. This time i go in for an oil change and state inspection. I pay and leave and they dont give me my state inspection report. Call them and they said they forgot to print it. And here where they lied! Show back up and they guy charged me for it and didnt even do the inspection on my car. Had to wait again for it to be ready. I am calling corporate again. One too many times they are dropping the ball.
