The prices to me, were more than at the dealership. I’m new the the area brought a home less than a mile from the store, (about 3 months ago) so I said let me give them a try, never again, I’ll go back to the dealership from here on out.

I've had numerous issues with my truck. After an epic failure with Belle tire, I needed an alignment done with someone that I could trust. It's only been a few days, but I've managed to put on over 500 miles and still flawless. The techs, the manager, the salesmen, everyone there took the time to listen to me, and work with me to ensure that the job was done correctly and safely. I couldn't be happier with the outcome, and this was all for only an alignment and two tires. Id definitely recommend them for other work.

The technicians and service Manager Josh Staley were able to solve my tire pressure sensor and dead battery issue in a short time. Even though I left and the TPM light came back on, they accommodated me brining my car back immediately and solved the issue quickly. I really appreciated the response and will return again when I need service.

I own a 2012 Mercedes E-350 and my engine light came on. As most owners of aged foreign vehicles, they want experts working on their vehicles so I took it to Mercedes. 1st repair was replacing an engine coil that cost me cost me almost $600, engine light came back on the very next day from being repaired. The next repair was a drip from a sensor onto a wire harness...$1200. Very next day engine light came back on. I called Firestone and they had Ron work on my vehicle, I explained my past repairs and requested that he take his time to find the root cause. They kept my vehicle for 4 days...he replaced my spark plugs, that were originals from manufacture, cleaned each remaining coil pack and whatever other magic he did, less then $1200 and my engine light hasn't come back on since...that's been almost 3 months now! Thank you so much Ron for taking your time and putting love into your work...Oh and not to mention he came in on his DAY OFF to finish my vehicle so I could have it for Woodward cruise weekend! Shout out to Ron!!

Josh and John were awesome. They worked with the time I had available. They were kind and friendly. They encouraged me to apply for credit for future services even though I doubted it would go through. This is now my go to repair shop. Thanks John and Josh.

I recently had my tires rotated at the Firestone in Waterford Elizabeth lake. The entire experience was top-notch. The technicians were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The tire rotation was completed quickly and without any issues. My car now drives more smoothly and evenly, thanks to the balanced wear on my tires. I was also impressed with the thorough inspection they performed, checking for any signs of wear or damage. The staff at Firestone provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend Firestone for tire rotations and any other vehicle issues. Thank a lot Josh Staley your Awesome!

Jason at Waterford location is an honest mechanic, does not recommend unnecessary repairs and does not use pressure sales tactics. He gives me reasonable time appointments, services my car with attention to details and explains the condition of the car.

06)08)24 Created an apt for 11am at this Firestone location at 8am that morning on a Saturday. For an oil change and tire rotation.Right after I called Firestone Waterford and confirmed it with the gentleman working. Showed up 10 min early and was greeted by a woman there who already seemed annoyed. After confirming my apt with the lady she then asked “you’re dropping it off right”? . I than answered no “No I have a lot to do today it’s only an oil change it shouldn’t take that long I’ll wait.” The lady immediately points to their overfilled lot and said “can’t you see we have carry overs and our lots full, it’s going to be awhile.” I told her that i had confirmed my 11 am apt twice and I was willing to wait but not all day or drop off my car FOR AN OIL CHANGE.She then proceeded to tell me “there’s nothing I can do,youll just have to drop off your car” so I walked out and won’t be going back to any Firestone location again. What’s the point of making an apt anymore if it’s not honored? They clearly just take as many work tickets as possible and then make their customers suffer with unnecessary wait times and misinformation. Spent over 400 bucks in brakes at this location last month and this is how they treat their customers. DO NOT COME HERE

Josh was extremely helpful AND just an overall nice human being … we were at the beginning of our vacay road trip when we found a mail in the tire … he got us in right away, was friendly & engaging while we waited & kept us updated on the progress along the way! Jason, was great, i came in on a Saturday afternoon, he explained my situation to me offered me my options.I decided to get a new tire, car was completed in 45 min.The mechanics were efficient, the spare tire was put back where it belonged, and they topped off fluids, reset tpms, etc. Definitely a class act operation at this location.
