I had an emergency situation with my tire, and the team from this place on Grant and 1st Avenue was absolutely amazing! They took care of my car immediately, and were very professional, friendly and helpful . This is my first experience with this particular place, and if the time comes, they are number one on my list. I don't know if I can trust Firestone for automotive maintenance anymore. A lot of unprofessionalism lately that makes me second guess coming here. I am looking somewhere else but thank you for the response.

The service was great. The car was taken in immediately, the job was done in a timely manner, with no delays and the attendant was very friendly and not overbearing with his sales pitches, allowing me to make my own decisions, while providing me with the education about benefits. Thank you.

Went here a few years ago for general maintenance. They tried to get me to pay $800 for an AC hose, claiming that mine was broken. Obviously I said no. It’s been 3 years and my AC still works great

This review is specifically for the manager Rob, who is an honest stand-up store manager which you don’t always get in this industry. He did the right thing when a mistake was made, which happens and I would recommend the shop for that reason.

I've seen kindergartens with pudding make less of a mess. I made appointment 2 get 2 tires put on my car, they did not put the valve caps back on my tires, there is glue all over my rims and new tires, they did not reset my TMRS. I drove back to get my tire caps they gave me different ones and told me to drive my car to reset the TMRS which is not how you reset the TMRS on a ford focus. If they can't even put 2 new tires on correctly how can they do mechanical work?

This shop was changing my tires, sheered off the bolt that connects the brake line, Jerry rigged it, and sent me on my way. They put my life in danger. When I brought it back, they refused to take accountability. I took it into a reliable local shop, do yourself that favor. Even for the basics. Avoid at all costs.

I believe the store works with their customers real well, if in the manufacturer Manuel doesn't explain well their welling to work with and give discount on manufacturers behalf. I want say thank you to them and may God, Allaha, Yahweh continue to shower them with costumes and blessings 🙏

I have been a Firestone customer for almost 10 years but I cannot justify coming back to this location again. The last few oil changes I've gotten have resulted in a solid 2+ hour wait every time, regardless of whether I made an appointment or not. Yesterday I had an appointment to get my battery replaced and was there for an hour and a half. Part of the delay was a result of me missing a call from one of the staff to get my approval to put in the new battery. I rejected the call because I didnt recognize the number and assumed it was spam, and it didn't occur to me that it would be someone from Firestone when I was sitting right there in the store and had told them I was going to stay and wait for my car to be ready. The staff are very nice and were apologetic about the situation, but it seems like there are some serious organization and communication problems here. I'm going to try my luck at the El Con location, but may just drop Firestone altogether if it's more of the same issues there.

Do not go to this location...you will be ripped off Worst experience ever,Robert in the morning has the energy of a down power line, always complaining about not enough help. Damien in the evening has no automobile knowledge. This location has a special relationship with advance auto across the street..they then over charge the customer a 200% markup.. Cfna is the back for their credit cards they scam you,put you as a paperless statement customer then charge you a late fee if you don't get your bill Firestone is crooked

I worked with Robert regarding issues with my engine, Robert provided one of the best customer experiences and patiently helped me with my issues. Robert went above and beyond, was upfront and very honest. Firestone overall is a very honest shop and they do what they can to work with you. I highly recommend this Firestone location!

The technician destroyed my lock on my car door to the point that it no longer works. I have no way to lock my door now and every time I open any of the doors on my car the alarm goes off. When I asked them about they said they didn't damage it that it was already that way. They offered no help and told me to come back Friday. I took my car to get the a/c serviced and now I have a whole new list of problems.

Worst customer service. Left my car for whole day, they didn’t do anything, they said they had 8 cars in front of me. What??? My question is Why are taking my car then? Never come back again. Over priced. After changing my oil never reset my display. Not profesionales unfortunately. Lost one customer

I scheduled an appointment for inspection at 1pm. I was left waiting for 15mins before they said that they were confusing me with another person. Also, my car was done and nobody let me know until I asked about it.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They are willing to stop what they are doing and put air in my tires. They are always spot on in correcting my car problems. Service is prompt and fairly priced.

Would give 0 stars if I could.I have unfortunately gone to this location a couple of times for small things and each experience was worse than the last. I would flag small things on the appointment sheet and they either wouldn’t check it or make the situation worse. I would not recommend this firestone go literally anywhere else.

DOUBLE CHECK THE ESTIMATE BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO HAVE REPAIRS DONE HERE! Brought my car in for an engine diagnostic and inspection. Received an estimate for necessary repairs that had a total of around $2800. Given the nature of the repairs, I thought this seemed steep and decided to total up the charges myself and came up with $1300. I asked someone at the shop to explain the $2800 to me and I was given the run around. He never answered my question but said he would send me a revised estimate, which actually stated an even higher dollar amount than the original one. I’d stay away from this specific Firestone.
