If you have a warranty under silverrock, do not use this firestone location. I had to lodge a complaint silverrock and carvana. Brandon was the person I dealt with here. As soon as I walked through the door, the feedback was instant. silverrock won't pay for this. He kept saying this over and over again before even looking at the vehicle. Turns out the brakes were not installed correctly. I didn't even have to car 3 weeks. And silverock does pay out.

Not a good experience with Firestone… I called in asking about tires that are carried on the website and the guy Don proceeded to tell me he would charge me double for the tires and freight charges… and when I asked for a price he sounded like he really didn’t want to give me a price… not really a good place for business I guess. Discount tire here we come!

This location in my experience can be a hit or miss type of transaction.😐 I still compare other facilities for prices comparison. Best thing about Friestone locations is that they are open 7 days a week. The staff here are friendly and not at all pushy salespersons. 👍🏾👍🏾Come check it out for yourself. 🤔

I had my car towed 10 miles to this location because it used to be my go-to place for service and repairs. They quoted me $1,200 to replace the brake discs, rotors, and calipers. Before authorizing the work, I decided to call Brake Masters, and they quoted me only $700 for the same service—with a lifetime warranty!

I have ALWAYS received outstanding service here. The store maintained constant email updates with me in reference to my vehicles status, additionally they provided any and all documentation to me via my email. I have a lifetime alignment on my truck with Firestone and this establishment always delivers an outstanding outcome. UNFORTUNATELY: Once Again, even after clearly and repeatedly requesting that my seat not be adjusted or at least returned to it's original position, I entered the truck with great difficulty racking my knees into the dash only to find the seat left in a position contrary to how I left it when l dropped it off. It's a respect issue. Is it really that hard to return a vehicle the same way you found it? This seems to be a constant apparently never ending failure to respect my clearly directed wishes.

First time ever coming to Firestone. I’ve always been a discount tire customer but, I had an emergency tire replacement and the employee Don, jack took care of me the last 30 minutes and willing to stay to do it. I cannot thank them enough for their service and greatly appreciate them and their effort. Definitely 5 stars and will I will definitely be coming to this place from now on. -Trent

All the Firestone staff that day were polite and helpful, despite being short staffed, again. The customer wait time for service was no less than 3 hours. This condition drove many perspective customers to find what they wanted at other competing service providers. Thank goodness I only needed an oil change. The high rating is for your staff who maintained their professionalism and showed real guts. Why do most employees turn out to be better people than their employers?

Crooks! They charged me $20 to fix my flat tire but didn't fix it at all. I even looked at the puncture mark on my tire and THEY DIDNT EVEN PATCH IT; all they did was fill it up with air and have me pick up the car. So just $20 to put air in my tires and not even fix my tire. What a con! Don't go here! This is a picture of the next day. Right back to same problem with 20$ less in bank account. Turns out it was unfixable and needed new tire. But had to find out from an HONEST company afterwards, who didnt just want money for NO LOOK AND NO INVESTIGATION

CSR and Store manager worked dilidently to ensure I was satisified. They were quick to respond and quick to complete the car maintence I required. Due to the customer service, this is the only place I will get my car serviced.

I went for a fan issue and they tried charging me $1,300. I went to a different place that did it for $400. My suggestion is to look at your options and don’t fall for their scam.

My husband and I both experienced several errors on their part almost every time we had them do work on a vehicle. I had them replace my brakes. They squeaked for way longer than would be expecte so I had them check them out when I had my tires rotated. They said the rotors needed replacing. Given the number of errors they'd made in the past, I didn't want them to do anymore work on my car. I took my car elsewhere and discovered that my brakes were incorrectly installed and rubbing in places they shouldn't be rubbing. No lube was used at all during installation, which is apparently something that should be used. They are very nice at this Firestone and I'll probably buy tires from them but that's it.

These guys are lifesavers! I've been going to their location for about ten years with different vehicles. They always, without exception, go the extra mile to take care of me and my car. I trust them entirely; they have given me great advice and help over the years. Jason is incredibly excellent, but the whole crew is wonderful, too.

Took my car to Firestone on Speedway, called to confirm appointment at one pm I made last week online, got confirmation email, called today 2 hours ahead, the guy that answered phone confirmed appointment. Came in, guy from the phone call was same one at front desk,said he didn't have the appointment, he remembers the call, but was so busy doesn't recall confirming a one o'clock appointment. This is the second time the online system didn't tell the store of my appointment. They are doing the alignment still, gotta wait an hour and a half, no problem. Staff here work their butts off, I know watching them just right now and from the other people who come here. This review the is too see if we can find what is the needed step for them, customers, and Firestones Online Appointment System. So from the customer process, Firestone website allows selection of specific location, it provides option to book appointments online, it allows you to bring up your specific model vehicle and even put in the mileage, if you have registered online the signon feature will save this information and even provide previous service history, the website shows calendar dates the shop is open with the hours of operation, then if breaks down specific time slots available, once time slot is selected, you can select exactly what services you need for everything, it provides estimates for regular services and estimated total for said services, one location, vehicle, date, time slot, and services are selected, it will provide review of selection, and finally if confirmed it shows a confirmation onscreen. Your are sent an email with confirmation and even a downloadable calendar event for reminder. A second email is send 24 hours prior to appointment confirming time, location, date, and services to be performed. If you downloaded event to your phone calendar, reminders will show up on the phone as well. This entire process is done online with no calls to the Firestone location or human interaction. Don and his incredible team manage to get all the work they are dealt done everyday. The issue is that between the calls and online scheduling, THERE IS NO LIMIT TO HOW MANY APPOINTMENTS ARE BOOKED. So to Firestone HQ, as every major company has started looking at their employees not as human beings but as a number or variable, USE THE METRICS and don't try to pretend there is still a sentient compassionate being behind the screen, AI, algorithm, or formula. Cheers for the Speedway Firestone and drop the system that doesn't involve a human being.

No one wants to spend part of their Sunday getting a new tire after picking up a piece of metal on the road but I was thankful Firestone was nearby. Don DePaul called around until he found me a new tire and moved things around to be sure we were back up and rolling same day. The whole team was great. I will always look for Firestone when my day goes wrong because I know they will get me back on the road fast!
