I’ve visited this Firestone location several times and have always had an excellent experience. During my most recent visit, there was an issue with my oil change, but it was resolved promptly and professionally. The customer service representative handled the situation calmly and provided me with the manager’s contact information. Eric, the manager, is an exceptional communicator who genuinely ensures customers are satisfied with the service. He followed up with me the next day, and everything was resolved smoothly. I highly recommend doing business with Firestone, especially at this location.

Went in to have a fussy starter replaced. One of their guys broke the pin on my battery and pretended I drove in that way. Car wouldn’t even start when I went to leave. They told me point blank that they didn’t run any service diagnostics, but they still turned off the check engine light. I ultimately had to make an insurance claim against the Firestone to get my battery covered. Here’s pictures so you can judge for yourself. To me it looks like they wiggled the terminal off, and when they went to put it back on they struck it with something a bunch of times breaking the plastic shell in the process. I would recommend if you’re looking to get work done; maybe check someplace else.

Horrible experience with their sales guy this morning. He had absolutely no knowledge of what “great customer service” means neither had any manners whatsoever. Never taking my business to them ever again. Drive 5 min to Big Brand Tire Service and get treated like you deserve, with respect and going the extra mile. Don’t waste your money or time here at Firestone.

Ronnie was really great on customer service. I’d come in for a flat repair and he mentioned that I could use an alignment (I’d forgotten that I had a lifetime!). Got that scheduled and fixed too!

Came in to have a tune up an oil change on a "new to me" and had a transmission failure in their driveway. One tech who was already working on a vehicle tried to take a look at it but was unsuccessful. But that's not where my problem lies. I find it "hilarious" that Firestone "Complete Auto Care" doesn't do any work on transmissions. Last time I checked, a transmission was part of an automobile. If you're not going to service all parts of a vehicle, then don't say you're a "complete auto care" center. Front desk staff was rude and told me I had to go elsewhere, but never tried to offer a referral or numbers to a place as I've had several other mechanics do. It's fine if you can't do a job. It is not okay to be rude an unhelpful and offer zero customer service. This happened between 10:30am and 11am

Very helpful and very efficient staff! I was in a bad spot, my tread on my right tire had started to come off on the highway. I requested a same day appointment and was granted success on a Monday morning. I would recommend anybody to this location who needs any automotive work done. This is the second time I have been to this location, so far not disappointed. Thanks for your help, Bob, and staff!

Wilson was great! They got my tire swapped, no hassle, quick AMAZING service! Thank you! Will visit again for sure! latest visit 9/2/24 My husband scheduled the appointment for an alignment, he was quoted $139.99, I was charged $199.09 in that was a fee for $18.00 in supplies??? I was not asked about my cabin air filter, which was just changed 8/2024, my oil was also just changed 8/2024, as the oil life was at 96%. My husband asked for them to rotate my tires, there is no evidence of that taking place on either the invoice or in the quote, they wanted to up sell me on a battery costing over $340.00. Not sure I will return. The staff was nice enough, but the tech who worked on my truck rolled down my widows and left my key in my cup holder, instead of handing it to me.

Originally I was supposed to go to another location but they double booked me and another person but I ended up not being seen by them and they told me to call around and try to see someone else that was the tangerine location. But then I called the cortaro location and talked to a guy named Bob I told him my problem and the issue I had with the other location and Bob told me they they were booked for the whole day but told me to bring my vehicle down which is a 2016 kia sedona and no matter what they will have it done for me. I may have recovered poor customer service at the tangerine location but Bob and the other guys at the cortaro location really went well above helping me and for that act of kindness I received from them I will for sure by back to them and I'll make sure everyone I know go's to them as well. Normally hate writing reviews but the service (or lack of) was completely unacceptable and honestly disgusting today at Firestone. 2 days ago I made an appointment for 8 am to get an overall inspection and get my ac fixed. Drove over this morning to drop my car off and arrived at 7:50. Mark was the person taking care of me at that time. I explained how I needed the actuator fixed on my car and brought the part with me. He then proceeded to tell me they don’t allow customers to bring their own parts which I didn’t have a problem with and said to just leave the part in the backseat. I was never given a time estimate but didn’t think it would be to crazy because there were only 2 cars in the bay when I arrived and an empty parking lot. Fast forward to it being 2:30 I had not yet received a call or any updates on my car. So I went ahead and gave them a ring where they proceeded to put me on hold for 10 minutes. I was then informed that my car was just getting pulled into the bay and they would give me a call back with updates on when the inspection was done. At 3:30 I received a phone call from Firestone stating that they were not able to do an AC inspection because they only have one tech qualified to do it and he left early for an appointment and wouldn’t be back until next week cause he was going on vacation. I then went down there to pickup my car and was shocked to see/hear that they didn’t even attempt to do an overall inspection on the car at all. Even though there was still only two cars in the bay. So long story short, waited 8 hours just to hear that they didn’t even touch my vehicle . Do NOT recommend and left feeling highly frustrated and annoyed. Take your business literally anywhere else

I am a card holder of Firestone. I came in early to see if there was a chance to get a tired replace. The person that was there was blunt. "No we have a full schedule". So I went to Jack Furriers. The manager ask if he could help. So I won't go back to a Firestone garage/auto repair.

I was told to come in next day so their master mechanic could remove debris they got in ac system replacing my filter. I showed up a person named Mark said I didn't have an appointment and needed to leave my car all day. I tried to make an appointment for following Tuesday and he said I had to be there between 7-9am. I said I had to get kids to school and run a business and could we find a mutual.time that works. He laughed at me and said I needed to work around the mechanics schedule. Worst customer service ever.

I was very happy with the service I received from everyone especially Bob. I called before I went because I needed a new tire. He looked everything up for me and when I went in he had checked my tire to make sure it was the one we thought when I spoke to him on the phone. It was. I am very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, customer service and just wonderful at his job. Firestone is very fortunate to have him as an employee. Thank you Bob!

You know the Brand but did you know you can find great service at every Firestone! I Drive a lot and I have service from 3 Firestone’s in the last yr operator error each time. And I bet that’s frustrating for the attendant’s each time I was treated so kindly so wonderfully. ( even time when it’s my fault they help).
