Firestone Complete Auto Care installed a timing belt improperly which caused catastrophic engine failure. In spite of documentation from Honda directly stating the installation was done wrong, Firestone is not taking responsibility and denied to repay the cost of the engine due to Firestone's negligence. I will be recommending to everyone never to use Firestone!!! Sincerely, Once a good customer

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Chris was wonderful getting my vehicle worked into the schedule for new tires and a new battery. The work was completed quickly and at the promised time. Excellent experience.

Bob went the extra mile to explain what the mechanics had assessed regarding my car"s brake issue and did some research of Toyota service bulletins to identify the potential problem. Because the problem has not yet turned into a malfunction, there was nothing for the mechanics to fix. But I greatly appreciate the information that will help me to watch the braking system for further problems. Thank you, Bob.

I want to give this shop the benefit of the doubt but it only takes 15 minutes to change two tires, not 2 hours and 45 minutes. There is no point in getting an "appointment" as they don't honor it. They appear understaffed with the mechanics rotating through several cars at a time and never focusing on your vehicle until it is completed.

Very honest. Long wait but it was worth it since they managed to repair my tire without replacing it. It was hot in the store and it didn’t seem like AC was on but it was somewhat manageable in this weather. Overall I will recommend your place to my family and friends. Thank you!

I was recommended this place by my coworkers since it’s so close by. I went there for an oil change and the total ended up being $120. Which was over priced for just an oil change but it was fine. Car worked well and nothing new was wrong with it after that wasn’t already an issue before. They left on the invoice a few suggestions I should get fixed. I didn’t mind the first visit so I went back the next day to get my headlight and blinker replaced thinking they would do well again. I drop off the car and head to work. I go back a couple hours later and it wasn’t done yet because something set them back but it was fine since I was working anyways. I go back 30 minutes later to pick up my car since it was done. I turn on my car and I see the ESC light was on which means my traction control is off. I press the button to turn it back on but it wasn’t working so I go back inside to let him know. He ends up telling me 30 minutes later that it was there when they got it. I tell him that it wasn’t because I looked after the oil change the day before and it wasn’t there and I looked when I turned on my car that morning and it wasn’t there either. So now I have to drive to Phoenix with my traction control off and I have to wait til Monday to talked to the manager. Then I realized tonight while driving home that my rpm did not go under 2500 the whole time unless I was at a full stop. I’m not sure if it was like that yesterday after the oil change or it just happened today after the headlight replacement. But before the appointments, my rpm would always hover just above 1400 even while pushing in the gas since I have an automatic. I even have videos of my rpm and even just my dashboard being normal while driving before the appointments. Which I plan to use if further action is needed. I have to wait til Monday to talk to the manager about what can be done if they do anything at all. I have to drive to Phoenix tomorrow without traction control and with my rpm’s being high the whole time. Hoping the talk with the manager goes well and they can fix everything free of charge so it can go back to how it was before. Update: they put way too much oil in my engine. And now my car is hovering over 3000rpm and while driving at 45 mph. Another update: the reason my rpm stays that high is because they broke my gear shift. I have an automatic so I decided to go to manual gear shift to see if that fixes it but it stays on gear 3. Can’t go up or down. I’m not sure if there is even anything they can do about it but I’ll see Monday. Had to use a friends car to drive to Phoenix.

Rhyan scheduled me ASAP and finished well within the time provided. Rhyan provided exceptional customer service and offered an excellent follow-up plan. He deserves way more than 5 stars. Can't say that the manager is worth even his weight. Seems he is super negative toward his employees and pretty much a difficult man. Unfortunately, I do not recommend them anymore and certainly will not return there. 😡

My second experience with Firestone at Swan/Sunrise. First was to replace a battery in 2018 suburban (normally I just do this myself, but this battery is buried and requires removal of multiple parts to get to it). 2nd was for oil change and inspection before taking a long road trip. Both times was able to get same day service, the quality of the work was good, pricing was standard, and I felt they were honest and did not try to upsell me on unnecessary services. The 2nd visit turned up leaking rear shocks (mileage about 50k)- so those were replaced and alignment was also performed (the vehicle drove noticeably better after the 2nd service so I feel confident the shocks/alignment was needed). I will definitely be returning for future service.

The service was excellent I had an emergency you told me to wait a couple hours and the store so do it for me ASAP before I go to work so everybody was kind and nice as always I did my oil change to hire changing everything, That was scheduled for Saturday but I had an emergency with a flat tire so they take care of care of me right there and that's what I call good customer service that's what they are my number one place to go for my service thank you Firestone very much.

I just want to say the guys at this location are hands down the greatest group of people. While having an alternator failure while leaving to head back home to California on Memorial Day of all days these guys took great care of us and made sure we were back on the road and heading home before days end! The Service Manager Randy and the front office guy John were great guys and understood our predicament and did everything in their power to get the job done to make sure we could head home that evening. With only half a day they were able to diagnose the issue and replace both the battery and alternator, all without an appointment and as an emergency walk-in. They were true men of their words and were very pleasant to talk to and work with through the whole ordeal. I couldn't say I've ever had a better experience from a mechanic or a shop, I owe them so much more gratitude than I could ever state here! Thank you and all the guys at the shop that made this possible, true professionals!

I never been to a Firestone where they legit brought out a feet mat and and plastic to put on the seat before entering vehicle. That shows the up most respect they have for their customers. They even took us right away, the seating where you wait is clean and comfortable. I'm impressed

Took mother-in-law's vehicle in on Saturday for an oil change. Service has always been great. Dropped earlier than appointment time and was told late afternoon. Called to confirm p/u time but they had a small issue with finding the oil filter in town and running up to the shop. John (helping out from Alcon Mall) was very apologetic and went out of his way to make things right. He expressed how important my continued patronage was as they strive for the best customer service. I will continue to bring my vehicles in for most service related items as the entire staff and technicians are great people!

I left a tire there at 10:45am just to get patched they said it would take less than 2 hours so I paid for it. I called at 5:30pm and they said they still had not gotten to it and wouldn’t be able to until the next day. I will be picking up the tire and take it somewhere else to be repaired as I thought this should be an easy process but the customer service was terrible and I will not be recommending this shop to anyone. I wish I would have been told it would take this long and I would have taken it to another shop from the beginning but the lack of communication is what caused me to leave this review. 6.5 hours later no call or enough time to patch up a small tire for a trailer.

Our experience was awful here. We brought our car in and they said they replaced and repaired parts of our engine. When we picked up the car within the next day our check engine light turned on and the turn signal does not light up (which was not an issue before taking it in). They said they replaced coolant but our a/c is still hot when it blows. We contacted them and they said WE would have to pay for new diagnostics even though there are new issues from their servicing. Disappointed in the customer service. Don’t take your car here.

Excellent service. Randy, at the front desk, was courteous, and knowledgeable. I felt that he gave me good advice. As a woman who knows little to nothing about automobiles, the fact that he listened to my concerns and responded in a logical, patient manner meant a lot to me. He gave me three options for new tires and took the time to explain their differences. The work was done quickly, too. Highly recommend.

I had a flat tire, thanks to a pothole in road. They kindly gave me some money off my bill since I had to end up buying new tire. I bought the tires at Firestone in the past, so I asked about a discount since it was a pothole, and they were bought there.

This was my first time patronizing this business and I found them to be very responsive and thorough. They diagnosed a number of problems with my vehicle, gave accurate estimates of the cost of repair for each problem and then worked with me to prioritize the fixes starting with the most serious. They also kept me well informed of their progress along the way.

Ethical and Professional: I've gone here twice in the past six months to repair a tire. Both times Chris fit me in on the same day. The work was professional and reasonable. The last time, I decided to purchase four new tires for my car. I was two weeks late filing the paperwork for a $60 rebate on a $1,515 purchase, and Bridgestone would not honor it. Chris stepped up and covered it from his own shop. That is customer service at its best.
