I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your workshop. This has been, without a doubt, the worst experience I've had. I came to your shop to fix an oil leak in my transmission, and after the supposed repair, I am still hearing strange sounds in both my transmission and my 4x4 system. I have brought my vehicle in three times since the initial "repair," and each time, I was told I needed to replace different parts that make absolutely no sense, such as the motor and transmission mounts, and then they claimed it was the rear suspension. It's clear that this shop is a joke, and the so-called "qualified" mechanics you employ are not competent. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I will be seeking professional help elsewhere. It feels like a complete scam, and I am very disappointed with the service. I took my car in to have a transmission oil leak fixed, and now everything is making strange noises

Great location to replace your tires. Martin, the service advisor was super friendly and accommodating. He offered a few options on an odd tire size including one that was very reasonably priced. Great customer service here!

My mom just called me and said an employee tried to charge her $3,800 for brakes and rotors 🤬. Don't take your vehicle to people that try to rob single mothers. That pissed me off bad.

We spent over $1,000 on repairs, trusting that the issue with our vehicle would be resolved. However, after all that money and time, the problem was not fixed at all. It feels like we paid a huge amount for nothing, because not even a day later the same problem popped up again. We took it to another shop and not only was it fixed in less than 2 hours it was also 3 times cheaper. I can’t recommend this shop based on my experience

Beware, consumers of The Colony! Wife and I had to leave our car overnight at Firestone in the Colony last night, unexpectedly. We verified with the gentleman at the counter that our car would be pulled into a bay overnight. We grabbed what we would need for work today, LOCKED it, grabbed our Lyft and left. Today we found out that our car was not pulled into a bay overnight, but it was unlocked. The Firestone techs were the only ones with the key. As a result, our car was broken into, ransacked, items were stolen, and various portions of the interior of the car were destroyed, and the robbers attempted to use an old debit card that was in the glove box. Carelessness and recklessness on the part of the folks at Firestone resulted in damages that we will have to cover. I am extremely disappointed, as we have come to this Firestone in the past and the mechanical work has always been top notch. Beware of leaving your car with this shop for any length of time, because this was our first and last time doing that.

Firestone in The Colony is simply amazing! They get you in and out with quality service! Steve is awesome I had a lot of why and he had a lot of helpful answers! I give them five plus stars!!!

For more than a $1200 service, we shouldn’t be scrubbing dirty oil out of the carpet floor mats, off the seats, off the steering wheel, off the driver door, off the radio, off the hazard button, or off the center console. We are also having to air the car out due to the bad smell that is now inside the car, which hopefully was just due to the oil splatter. Overall we won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone.

Great Service and Promptly results. We live in Houston but my parents in the Colony, I needed a battery and the service was great. I always like that the computer systems are connected so the records of our cars are visible wherever we are. Thank you. Like you call when car is ready or for your recommendations. Like that you don't push for recommendations, that is a plus. Thank you for your prompt service. Good Job !

If you’re not in a hurry they’re ok. Was first in the door at 7am for a state inspection. Took an hour before I was able to leave. Too slow.

Poor service: Today we were going to a tournament in Fort Worth. We got a tire and stopped to get it fixed. This was an important event for us and I was in a wheelchair. He would help squeeze us in to check for leaks so we asked if they can put spare and the mgr said no. We went to NTB and they fixed in 15 mins. But because of the ruin mgr we missed the tournament because of his attitude. I supply stay away.

Steve and staff were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I also appreciate the integrity I've experienced there. It's one of the only car care centers that I feel doesn't always find additional "critical" issues with my vehicles.

If I could have left ZERO stars I would have. Firestone in The Colony has the worst customers service, tech and managers I have e ever come across. Steve Caro, mgr of vehicle services and James Erhart, Store manager, were contacted regarding my 83 yr old mother's car and they choose to do nothing. They left an 83 yr old yr lady in tears because in over 3hours they choose not to fix her car. It was a serpentine belt that needed to be replaced so she could get to her mechanic in Lewisville but instead of fixing her car they choose to tell her why it broke. We knew why it broke but we just needed it fixed. The technician when I arrived at 6:35 were sitting in the break room vaping and my moms car had not been touched nor had I been contacted regarding the car. They choose to let my mom who is 83 yrs old leave the facility knowing that her car was not driveable. The managers knew as well and made that decision. I am so disgusted with this facility and their customer service. 100% take your vehicle somewhere else

Worse service ever, AGAIN... I went there to try it again and give them the benefit of the doubt but I will never come back again. Dropped my car at 9 am for an alignment, tire mounting and rotation but it sat there until 2 pm without being looked at. They took everyone else in before me and when I called to ask about my car, they told me that they had to much work and that's why they never work on my car. I guess a $400 or $500 job wasn't needed by them. Go figure. Thanks for the no service and bad attitude when I picked up my keys, not even an I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Absolute Worst ! No professionalism at all. We made an appointment for 4:30pm. Reached on time and handed our keys. My boyfriend asked how much time it is going to take. He (the manager with pink face) said “it will be done when it will be done”. He wasn't even kidding. Just plain rude. It was a hot day. So, I understand that workers might need more time so I didn’t say anything. At 5:45 (after 1hr 15 mins) when I looked out, my car was still where I parked. So, my boyfriend went to ask what the estimated time was. His answer was the same but in more irritated tone. He also said “You have asked me 3 times. And my answer is the same” I then asked him what was the point of scheduling an appointment ? I think he was butt hurt. He said “don’t tell me how to run my business “. Well I wasn't trying to tell him how to run his business but I guess he needs it. So here it is :- 1. Treat your customers right. Especially when they are being patient with you. 2. Some days are hard and you are busy. So, give your customers a heads up that their appointment will be late. Just call, it’s that simple. 3.Time management. Manage your appointments. Don’t be greedy and overbook appointments. 4. Communication. You don’t have to be overly friendly. Just treat the other person with respect. ( This is a life lesson for the manager, not just a business lesson) 5. Learn that there are same business elsewhere with same services. Only a good service is what keeps your customers with you. Hope this helpful to the manager of the firestone in The Colony .

Long time Firestone customer for 3 other vehicles but not at this location. Recently bought a diesel pickup truck. I called and scheduled an appointment for 10 am on the following day for an oil change and inspection. Showed up and was told there was no record of an appt and the wait would be quite long. Ok, let’s try again. While there in person, I made a second appt for the following day explaining in detail what was needed and that I would need to wait for the vehicle. The service rep said “No problem, if you come at 8 they can get right on it….,” No need to belabor this. Upon returning for the appointment the next morning, the Service manager totally denied any possibility of timely service and even stated they don’t work on diesels much so they didn’t have the oil in stock and it would take over an hour to order. Won’t be returning to this location. Very disappointed in this Firestone experience. Not the customer service I have experienced at other locations. Very concerning that they don’t service diesel pickups very often. Guess I’ll head for the dealer.

I went to Firestone today to get a code checked out on my car. Thomas was patient with me while getting my information together, informative, and the team got my car in and out very fast and easing my worries about the issue I was having.

[reason to call: was trying to understand if a tire of size 235/55r20 could be replaced with a similar not exact the same, but never reached to the point where that question could be put] Customer service over the phone would be a very bad experience, especially a person with an accent (per store manager even). I called two times today, first time I was told my English is bad, and that I was talking very fast, upon telling that it is not the way, the call was hanged, instructing to call somewhere else. Perplexed with the behavior, called 2nd time and tried to reach to the store manager (James), he said the same thing without apologizing about the behavior of the last person who attended the call. This place looks like hires people who are fairly not educated rather civilized enough to have patience to hear from people of different background, neither they are ready to learn

I had made an appointment for my 100,000 mile service. They were able to start the work promptly and actually finished sooner than I had expected. James, the manager, was great about going over everything that needed to be done for that mileage servicing. He reminded me that I had a Firestone card and that qualified me for a discount on the work. Very friendly staff.

Went in to Firestone in the colony and booked an appt for 5pm the next day. Should up promptly at 4:55 and handed over the keys. I left and came back at 6pm after being told an hour and car hadn’t moved. No big deal, I asked for the keys and said I need to reschedule, my gf needed the car for her shift tonight and nursing school in the morning. They coerced me into leaving the car and said it would be finished by 7am. I say no issues and leave the car and take her to work myself. 6:33pm, they call and tell me to get the car it won’t be finished. I went to discount tire down the street, took 45 mins start to finish, better tires, cheaper price, better service. If your time is valuable, this is not the business for you.
