I'm finally done with this Firestone location and all others due to the repeated mistakes made. The first was on my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe, serviced in 2024, where after an oil change the skid plate was not re-secured. The two bolts on the front of the plate were not re-installed after the oil change. That caused the skid plate to drop in the wind on the freeway, destroying it. Firestone had to replace it, which they did. The second was multiple mistakes on my 2021 Hyundai Kona, brought in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a battery check. They tried to put the wrong oil filter on, which caused a delay (their excuse) and they didn't bill me for the oil change and tire rotation or provide me with an invoice, which I found suspicious. The battery performance was no better so I suspected they hadn't check it. I rarely drive the car and after 1.5 months and only 3 miles since the oil change I noticed it was dripping oil onto the garage floor. I brought it back, asking them to find the oil leak and to check the battery. I was told the oil leak was caused by a "crushed washer on the oil pan", which they replaced and a new oil change done at no charge. I believe they damaged the washer, or at least didn't notice it on the first oil change. It never leaked before then. I was picking up the key and asked how the battery check went, and was told, "Oh yeah, we were supposed to check the battery" which they then did, and found it defective. I bought a new one from them and had it installed, and tried to use the $50 off certificate they had just sent via email to defray the $322 charge for the battery and labor. The certificate was deemed unauthorized because their terminal wouldn't accept the serial number or pin on the printed out email, and when I asked that they scan the barcode I was told they didn't have a scanner. My growing frustration compelled the manager to take $50 off anyway and they kept the certificate. I will say that the man at the counter I dealt with was friendly and accomodating, which is something I guess. On a positive note, they supplied coffee in the waiting room for my hour there, which would have been more enjoyable if they had coffee cups, but they didn't.

Jose was absolutely amazing today. I had an appointment and couldn’t quite determine what the root problem was. He recommended to just do an overall vehicle inspection. Within an hour he messaged to explain what was found. Jose took us to the bay to show us exactly what was wrong and explained what could have happened had I not come in when I did. It wasn’t just about making a transaction but ensuring my safety as well.

I’ve had a a few negative experiences over the past year that I chocked up to “stuff happens”. Returned for the benefit of the doubt and because it’s close, but no more. This was my forth experience having an appointment, waiting way too long for a service and still not getting what I came for. The forth time. Today I had an appointment for an oil change and an alignment. It was originally at 4pm. I got a call early in the morning asking if I could come in earlier to which I agreed. I took time off work, waited nearly 4 hours, and only received an oil change. No alignment. The service is laughable.

I came in with a leaking tire and asked for it to be patched. They told me they couldn’t because I had a plug already in the tire somewhere else. He told me I’d have to purchase a new tire. He didn’t even take the time to look to see if it was possible just went straight to I need a new tire. I went to Gerald’s and they without a doubt helped me and got it fixed! We won’t be back.

This makes the 3rd time and the worst time that I have attempt to do business with this branch.first 2 times they would have gotten to my truck but my schedule didn't include wait time and I walked up so for that my bad but the uncustomer service was on them and it was rude and bad.But today burns my A*! I went online at 8:30a.m and made an appointment for the available 12:00p.m slot .I was going to be pulling in at exactly 12 so not wanting them to pass my slot by I called as I'm about to pull on I'm informed that 12 will not work for them ,so now that I've waited all day when I could have done other things made things happen another way .Noone cared to call the customer so that that could possibly make other arrangements ,and I have to drive about 650 miles each way for work this week on $1,800 worth of new tires with a horrible ,horrible alignment .Thanks Firestone on state road.you wasted my day and now making sure I waste my money to .this store is a joke ****Out so bad wheels crooked but tires are str8 and got to drive a total of 1,300 mile on brand new tires that will definitely be damaged when done and I did my part as a consumer

Took my new truck in to get a new tire due to a nail being in it. I asked them and was told they can replace tires on 22” rim without any damage. They damaged rim and didn’t own up to work and refused to compensate. Stay clear of them. I had video proof of tire and rim condition before and after service. I was told rim quote was too expensive and they are going to check other vendors. The next day, they declined to fix the issue. This was after several emails back and forth with their “corporate office” to resolve the issue. I would give zero stars if possible.

Car was dropped off at 2pm for tire replacement on all 4 tires. Was told would be done about 1.5hrs. By 6pm the car was still not done. Job was finished at 730pm, 30 min after the store had closed. The previous visit was for an oil change, that took 3hrs. Both times the reason given by the staff was over booking and understaffed. This location is already "by appointment only", how is there such a disconnect with workload and staff availability? Why bother with a scheduling program if your staff clearly can't handle the workload? I will not come back to this location and I will be recommending to anyone and everyone not to go here either - maybe that will help your store not to be "overloaded".

Booked an appointment, guy called me back asap to let me know tire wasnt in stock. Had to get my tire elsewhere but 9am on a busy sunday he told me he'd get it done and by 10 it was ready. Fast and reasonably priced with good customer service.

Never come here. They stripped my locking lugnuts and the key to get my tires off. Took it back to fix the problem and they couldnt fix it. Then was told I need new tires even though they told me my tires were great a week prior.

Took my car to get a full check up. (Knew some things that needed to be done) got called back with price of things told them to do alignment. Got called again saying to pick my car up because they can’t do it because my tires are bad so I said just put new tires on to get the alignment done. Said I’d need to pick up next day. Came 7 the next morning car wasn’t done. Should’ve know something. Told him tires and alignment. Just for him to put new tires on and tell me something else is wrong that the technician missed it so can’t do alignment without $1300 worth of work done. So I still paid almost $500 without even getting the service I wanted. Feel like you guys are scamming! Get better technicians and fully expect vehicles should’ve caught the problem in advance.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE JUST GO TO THE DEALERSHIP. The WORST experience ever. One of the employees searched through my arm rest & said they didn’t but left all of the things on the passenger seat after rummaging. Don’t know what they were looking for but it wasn’t anything for them to find anyway & they had no business looking in there, when all of the work to the car needed to be done under the hood. They proceeded to work on the car waited a whole week just for them to not be able to fix it due to not having parts & now the buttons in my car do not work. If I could give -0 stars I would. I do not recommend this place staff are rude, incompetent & liars. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE JUST GO TO THE DEALERSHIP. I called the police & made a police report & currently waiting on corporate for a refund. Of course I may never received but someone needs to know that this place is JANKED.

I made an appointment to have my brakes checked and or replaced. I dropped my vehicle the night before the scheduled appointment. The time of the appointment I called to make sure of the time and that my truck was there already. It was confirmed. I called five hours later to my surprise I was told we don't have any truck like that here. Was put on hold . Finally found out my keys was in the drop box still . No one claimed responsibility for telling me the they had confirmed the appointment. I. Picked up my vehicle and took some place else.

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, and the mechanic forgot to screw my skid plate back in, so it dropped on me while I was driving. A mechanic ended up coming to my apartment to zip tie it back on, so I could take it in the following day to get it re-attached. I did this, and ASSUMED it had been re-attached properly. This was about 5000 miles ago. Today, I get my oil changed elsewhere and was informed Firestone had only put 3 screws back in and zip tied the rest. On top of that, because this Firestone did not disclose to me they didn't reattach it properly, there is now permanent damage on my skid plate that has closed some of the holes so now it has to be permanently zip tied on that side. I will never return to this Firestone or any other for that matter. If you've gotten an oil change and tire rotation done recently there, be sure to check your skid plate for any zip ties.

(No integrity) Called ahead for a tire patch. Service Writer stated it could be accomplished by end of day. They “pulled it in” 5m before close. Called multiple times following day no answer till 3pm. Service writer lied to me saying I had two holes and needed a new tire. Went else where. Only one puncture and tire was repaired. Lied to so I could be upsold.

My review was too long so I’ll just summarize. I don’t think they are equipped with enough staff to handle more than oil changes and tires. If you are working with insurance, they are not great at follow-up with either you or your adjuster unless you reach out to them yourself to see where they are at with “repairs”. They’ve had my car since June 21st and my car has yet to be fixed as of July 25th. My rental is now almost at the 30 day mark, and I now have to have my car towed to a VW dealership to be repaired. I can’t speak on if the technicians CAN actually do good work, as nothing has been worked on; what I can say is that they need to have a designated person who won’t let you fall through the cracks because they’re too busy to call the insurance adjuster and tell them the issues that they are running into with completing the work.

He then offered to find me a ride or take me home himself if I couldn't find one. I did find one, but who makes an offer like that?? I was SO IMPRESSED that he cared enough for a customer's time, that he was willing to help.

I got a nail in my tire and went there to replace it and they told me I had run flat tires which I didn’t think I did but they insisted that I did. Then I need to replace all 4 tires and quoted me $2,500 all new tires. I went to Gerald’s the next day and I don’t have run flat tires and it cost me $20 to fix the nail in the tire and I’m on my way. DONT go to this store, they will try and scam you out of your money. I don’t know how they can take people’s money like that. I would give a 0 out of 5 if I could. 7/3 - Tried to go back and get a nail in my tire patched to see if they could redeem themselves and they refused to service me.

This poor store is a victim of a poor corporate operated scheduling system. I have been coming to this store since it opened, and the same thing happens each time. The store manager is not in control of the scheduling and I will have to wait. Today's s episode is unfortunately my last. Over a week ago I scheduled thru the app a 7am appointment for inspection and oil change for my car. Upon check in the manager made me aware of 2 things: 1. There were multiple other 7am appointment in the system for which he did not have the manpower, and 2. He would not have my oil filter in hand for an hour and a half due to parts distributor opening at 8am. In my mind, the automated system had a week to get an oil filter to the store ahead of my appointment. I have given up hope on Firestone as a business, and for an oil change, there are too many places popping up in the area that can provide this service to tolerate this kind of sub-standard service.
