The people were very helpful and asked questions to help understand my van's problems. The repairs were explained before the work was started and I was surprised that it was all completed so quickly. I also appreciated the added discounts to my final bill. This is the fourth family vehicle I have entrusted to my local Firestone.

These guys from start to finish did a wonderful job. They checked me in right away, without any wait. They diagnosed the problem with my vehicle. They even went over it with me. Then fixed it right away and had me back on the road in no time. This shop will be my go to from now on.

Appt for 10 AM, saw car moved in at 10:23 AM. Cancelled tire rotation since told we don't use gas. Then approximately 11:15 car ready. Since my card was cancelled a few years ago, due to lack of use, could not open another. 1 1/2 hrs for an oil chg. Done with Firestone. On top of that a customer was presenting a zoom conference asLoud as he could be. Crappy customer service. When his car was done, he was told they didn’t want to disturb him. No TV, no music, because his conference was more important than my time there. Do you want to go to white man priority

I had an 8am appointment. I dropped my vehicle off the night before. I received a call at 4:45 pm; 15 minutes before I was going to pick my car up that they were unable to complete the service due to not being able to locate the wheel lock key. This was very upsetting because I was not prioritized. What was the purpose of the appointment? It took all day to tell me the job could not be completed. Oh, I was then offered to break/pry off the wheels locks for$128 so that they could complete the job... This was well after my 8am appointment.

I was able to get appointment right away and new tire was put on car within 30 minutes. Great service and highly recommend.

If you only go here for tires, then that’s fine. Do not, I repeat do not allow them to perform real maintenance or diagnostics on your vehicle. My wife’s car had problems and had her tow it there while I was at work. It is a German car, but regardless what was messed up it was not hard to fix. They initially said it was over 100$ just to diagnose the problem, and tried to charge her 1700$. So I went there, asked what the problem was, they were not sure and just showed me the codes on his tablet. And proceeded to say “well I’m not sure but we will start by changing the spark plugs and coils. Also a coolant flush”. I was blown away. A free scan from autozone would tell me that same thing. And the spark plugs and coils take less than 10 minutes to change. They tried to charge me for a diagnostic fee that they did not even take the time to look at the vehicle. All they did was scan it. Anyway I fixed it myself for 120$ and took me 10 minutes. TLDR scammy car maintenance, and incompetent for repairs. They do fine with tires.

Rich was upfront and honest and provided a suitable tire option when the one I wanted was not available. He worked with me on pricing and I believe he was fair with me. My car was taken into the shop promptly and completed quickly and properly. Chris was friendly when I was paying and thanked me for coming in. Job well done by all! Thanks.

Terrible customer service. I politely called and was put on hold for 30 minutes only for the call to hang up. This happened on 4 separate occasions. When I finally got through, this guy named Chris deleted my appointment and would not reschedule. He was extremely rude and offensive despite me trying to be kind. The guy used profanity and hung up on me. I kept trying to get through and kept being nice, hoping someone would help. But no help was given. These people do not care about their customers at all.

Brought my truck in four days early, was told I had an appoint the following Tuesday. They didn’t get to it until Saturday, and I called everyday. When I got it back, they couldn’t figure out the problem for sure, wanted to charge me a grand to maybe fix it, lost my hubcap, and my breaks are so mushy now for some reason I almost wrecked. These people do not respect you, your time, or your things. I’ll never go here again.

I recently visited the Firestone on Old Trolley Road for an oil change, brake inspection, and tire rotation, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. The staff was friendly and professional, taking the time to explain everything they were doing and ensuring my car was in great shape. The oil change was quick, the brake inspection thorough, and the tire rotation done with care. I felt confident driving away, knowing my car was in good hands. Highly recommend this location for anyone in need of reliable and efficient auto service!

Let me start by saying this is the first time I’ve ever had an issue with this Firestone location. I called in reference to my husband‘s Jeep and spoke with Rich. I explained what needed to be done in detail and then he quoted me a price of $312 and advise me that they would do a walk around free of charge. Rich also told me that I would receive a call to let me know what was going on prior to any work being done. So when I got a call from Rich and he advised me that the Jeep was ready for pick up and also it would be $528 I was confused, lol! Then when I asked him what was wrong the explanation was simply it was for a switch. I advise why didn’t I receive a call, which then he advised that it was my responsibility to call them. So thankfully, when we went up there to pick up our vehicle, there was another gentleman by the name of Chris and he was absolutely amazing. He actually looked into the situation and was able to discount it down to 400 and also apologized but what I appreciated is that he made no excuses for Rich’s behavior or for not getting a call. Needless to say, we will not be taking our vehicles back to that location. However, we will remain a loyal Firestone customer(hopefully🤞)

A few days ago, my car was making a grinding sound each time I slowly pressed on my brakes. I brought my car to a neighboring mechanic who quoted me an extremely unaffordable estimate because my car was determined by them as "unsafe to drive". I was suspicious about the long list of issues this mechanic claimed my car had especially since I had it serviced a few months prior at the car maker's direct dealership and the mechanic then did not share that any of those as being existent at that time. I called Firestone and spoke to Rory who was truly sincere to the situation and was suspicious himself as to why this previous mechanic told me that the car needed multiple new parts despite the car being a 2018. I brought the car in, he immediately looked at it and found that the parts that the previous mechanic were referring to were still in great condition. He determined that the grinding issue was due to the car only needing new front brake pads and rotors. Despite it being a holiday weekend, Firestone was able to quickly able to get my car serviced and back on the road driving significantly better than it was just two days prior. Thank you again to Rory and his team for being absolute rockstars and creating an excellent car maintenance experience overall!

My car had the tire sensor pressure light on, so I went to Firestone. Firestone was able to fit me into their busy schedule. They made sure that none of my tire sensors were damaged and filled all my tires up to the regulated psi. The Firestone employees were super helpful and friendly.

Took my vehicle paid for a full inspection. Since it was making a noise ( showed them video). they claimed my breaks were bad , paid over $700 and replaced them and the problem was never fixed . Same noise plus new ones ( showed them new videos) after getting it back . Brought it back they said it would be priority which it wasn’t and than was told nothing could be found but to bring it back as we were owed a service or our money back. Now being told they refuse to refund or fix the “new issue”, to come get my vehicle and take it up with corporate. Not their problem. I have been taking all my vehicles there for many years and never in my life been treated like this. I have spent well over $15,000 there in the years. My vehicles have been there a very loyal customer and treat me like this and tell me one thing and continue to tell me another when I’m there in person I’ bring it back but then they refused to do what’s needed to be done to my vehicle. Telling me I need to pay more for a service that they Guaranteed in the writing on their receipt and was never fixed . Absolutely horrible service, scam artists, liars with no moral values. If only there was a negative or zero star reviews, I would definitely leave that. They wrongly diagnosed my car I paid for and unnecessary service and the problem is there with new ones and they refuse to guarantee there work. Disgraceful service.

Do not go to this location…. Had an appointment for oil change and alignment scheduled for Sunday and took car in to drop off. Was told they were understaffed and could not do my alignment so was offered the next day appointment at 11am. Dropped off the car the next day at 11am waited al day without a call so we went to inquire at 6pm. Got to the shop to find out that the oil change was done but the alignment was not done… due to the technician had already left for the day… how could would we schedule an alignment at 11am and it was not done! No explanation!!!!!!! When we got home I realised that the sticker for next oil change was not changed either.

Just had horrible experience with Old Trolly Road. Had called to schedule appointment. Was told I had appointment. I rearranged my entire day to accommodate. When showed up was told by guy at front desk that they could not honor appointment. They said was scheduled by corporate and not them. Only 1 guy there to do service work but he was out back smoking!
