As always Smitty, Manager and Sadie, Service Rep is always helpful and kind. And I don’t have to worry about my service not being done right. Or being charged for work that does not need to be done. And I don’t sit in there all day.

I went in to the store already knowing what my problem was. They diagnosed the issue correctly and were very thorough in their explanation. I will definitely go there again and will recommend them in the future.

The clerk and service guy were helping me get on the road for a long trip. I was concerned about an issue that turned out not to be a big issue. I was showed where my concern was and advised to have it serviced when I got home. Thank you

Had a set of tires mounted and balanced. Everyone there is great. Had an issue with the tech. throwing out the tire i was going to use for a spare, but the manager made it right by setting me up with a new tire. The young ladies in the front are absolutely wonderful!!

I had to visit a few times to fill my tire with air but when I came in for my appt, they were very thorough to ensure the problem before recommending I did indeed need to replace my tire.

I'm really not sure what happened. I'm giving three stars because they were at least nice and professional. My company has a fleet account with Firestone, so I went there to have my work truck serviced. They looked up the account, verified the information, and then wanted me to pay for the service directly. Anywhere else I go just bills the account. Needless to say, it ended up being a big waste of time for everyone involved.

Integrity!! I recently had my brakes serviced. Admittedly, there was a mishap but they kept their word and made things right without having to jump through hoops. During times when EVERYTHING seems complex, even when the solution is obvious, it's a relief to receive good customer service. I truly appreciate the professionalism, empathy and determination of Kaitlyn, Trinity and Smitty.

Quick, thorough, quality service. The service advisor even talked me out of expensive maintenance (transmission flush) I likely didn't need and would prove more beneficial down the road. Noticed they dealt with an irate customer very politely and professionally and attempted to make things right.

Took my 17 year old dodge caravan to be assessed, found that it needed a cv boot in the front,new pads and rotors on the back brakes, 4 new tires,front end alignment and a oil change, completely done in less then 6 hours. Great place, great service and quickly done. I would recommend Firestone to anyone that needs anything done to thirr vehicle. Great service and finished in a timely manner.

First and last time I will go there. The only reason I'm giving them a one-star is because they put air in my tire for me to be able to leave there. I had one tire that needed to be replaced that was losing air and had pressure in the 20s. They told me they would not sell me one tire I had to replace all four. My tires only had under 25,000 mi on them. I was told they wouldn't sell me one tire because of the safety issue with me not replacing all four yet they let me leave there with a tire that was holding pressure in the 20s as if that was not a safety issue on its own. I went for a second opinion and was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with my other three tires and got the one replaced that needed to be replaced. Shame on y'all for trying to make an extra dollar.

First it is impossible to get through on the phone. We actually drove to the location to make an appointment to have 4 tires (purchased from tirerack.com) installed for the trip to Texas (3K plus miles) with the note of I would be waiting. Appointment was at 10:00 a.m. I arrived at 09:45 a.m. When I checked in I should have been told my appointment time was pushed back, by 11 a.m. the car had yet to be pulled into the bay. Car was completed by 1:15 p.m. About a mile from the shop the ride was HORRIBLE. I switch to the tire TPMS dash screen and the tires were inflated to 46 psi, 13 psi over the 33 psi listed on the door jam. Yes, I did drive back, yes, the psi was fixed, yes the employees were courteous, and yes they stated their tire inflator machine was out of calibration. I wanted to go to Discount Tires to have them installed as that is where TireRack.com recommended, but my son talked me into taking it to Firestone.

The lady at the desk with the dark shorter hair needs to be in a position that doesn’t deal with customers. She literally threw my keys at me bc I changed my mind after the price stated online was not the same in the store. She was horrible and very rude. She acted like one of those sarcastic “nice” people that you can tell are intentionally being rude. I will never go back here again.

Furthermore, I received fine hospitality from everyone. I highly recommend you make them your personal auto services because as of that day, all my repairs and services will be done with them. Had no communication with me about my vehicle. Had it for almost 2 weeks and i had to call multiple times for status and was promised calls back and never received one. Lied about what was going on with my ext warranty company then told me the parts price tripled over a few days and i was going to have to pay more out of pocket. So unproffesional. I will never return and i have always liked firestone.

I have been coming to Firestone for years. The last time I took it in, the repairs that they said I needed did not fix the noises I was hearing. So I took it to the other Firestone on Trolley Rd. They said, yes the repairs were made but there is no reason why I should need valve gasket covers or a new wheel baring on a 5 year old car. I took it back again this time only because it was doing the same thing it had done a year ago and it was a bad battery but it was under warranty. Since its still under warranty, I took it there. They are saying it is the alternator. I got a second opinion and it is definitely not the alternator.

I woke up at 6 AM while traveling on business to find my tire air pressure indicator warning on in my Ford app. After having the spare put on my car in the rain, I drove straight to Firestone and called to tell them I would be there at 7 AM and needed help. The store manager, Smitty, was waiting for me to arrive. He walked to my car and grabbed my full-size tire out of the back and brought it in for evaluation immediately. It didn’t look like anything was wrong with it because it was a brand new tire, but they found that the seal was broken between the rim and the tire. Unfortunately, it is a fleet car and our program takes a long time to authorize repair. Instead of making me wait while the authorization was going through. He sent me back to my hotel to get ready and told me to come back when I was done and he would have my tire done and ready to install on the car so that I would not be late to my appointment at 10 AM in a city 30 minutes away. As promised, when I returned, the tire was remounted on my vehicle and I was on my way and made it to my appointment with three minutes to spare! Thank you, Smitty you guys are the best.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Paid for a new oil drain plug, oil change, and slow leak in my tire. The tech was throwing tools around my vehicle because he was mad, turns out he was the shop manager James. Once he replaced the drain plug he put enough oil in to test it but then forgot to put the rest in. Two weeks later Add Oil light comes on. My stick was bone dry. Filed a claim and got my money back. They will try to upsell you on unnecessary things. Dont fall for it. My tires was repairable even though they said it was not. Easy fix at Geralds. Never ever going here again.

Easy to make an appointment. I was running late for my appointment, but they still got me in and didn’t make me feel bad for being late like some places would. All I had done was the lifetime wheel alignment (which I highly recommend) and it took about an hour, which was quicker than the estimate that I was given. The staff and technicians are very knowledgeable and super friendly! Great place! I would come here again!

Had 9:00 appointment. Had 2 people come in after me and get service. I finally asked for my keys at 10:00 as they had not touched my car, plus no explanation as to why the delay. Very bad customer service!

I don't expect an oil change and tire rotation to take 3 1/2 hours when i make an appointment days in advance. If you are going to run that long just tell me so I can make other plans. I was told 1 1/2. It was over 2 hours before it ever went on the rack. The second star is only because the girl at the front was nice.

Was informed my vehicle would be in shop and hour after leaving it there.Four hours of waiting I decided to check the progress, and it had never left from where I parked it. No call to inform me it would take longer or anything. As a contractor myself this would cause me to be fired by my clients. No choice but to leave and try getting an alignment else were tomorrow.

Took a car in with a flat - the positives are that the owner had a good personality and they took our car in without an appointment. However, it took several hours for the car to be serviced, I had to wait about 10 mins both at dropoff and pickup for a service advisor to have a chance to talk to me, they charged me for both a patch and balancing yet after we got the car back it was shaking on the road. I had to take the car to my regular mechanic as Firestone failed to balance the tire so I had to pay for an additional service to rectify. Next time I'll pay to have the car towed elsewhere if Firestone is the closest mechanic

Wouldn’t patch my tire, refused to sell me 2 new tires, lost my wheel lock and broke my tire pressure sensor. The only thing Firestone excels at is being incompetent.
