Had an appointment and showed up to drop my car off and was told that they had technicians that didn't show up so my car would have to wait until tomorrow. I told the clerk that was okay, and I would be leaving my car. He asked me if I had an appointment which I said I did and he said he didn't see it in the system and that i should've received a call and next time I should call ahead to confirm my appointment. I showed him my text saying that my appointment was confirmed, which he then continued to say that I need to confirm over voice, the text doesn't confirm my appointment. Why would you send a confirmation text if the appointment is not confirmed and then back track in person and say I need to confirm over call instead? I have been going to firestone for years and they would never send me a confirmation text if I wasn't actually confirmed, regardless of whether or not I received a call. I told him I didn't appreciate him insinuating that I'm lying and that I'm an idiot for not know how things work, to which the clerk replied snarkily "that sounds like you're projecting something". Never have I ever experienced such a lack of accountability and lack of hospitality at Firestone. I understood the lack of technicians and was willing to wait until tomorrow, but i did not appreciate the rudeness from the clerk. I didn't even catch his name; I was so frustrated, I just left. Some guy with long blonde/brown hair. You can be stressed and upset that your coworkers called off, but why are you taking it out on me as the customer when I had a proper appointment, came early for my appointment, and was willing to waiy for my service due to unforeseen circumstances? I contemplated going to alternative places but decided to stay loyal to firestone, but yeah, nevermind. Firestone charges way more than the competitors and the workers treat you like you're a bother rather than a customer anyway. I'll be going to the competitors now and making sure all of my clients, family, and friends steer clear from now on.

The manager Brandon is the best an is very knowledgeable an has always worked with us. I trust his judgement an very confident in his advice. It's a pleasure to deal with him over the past 10-15 years

It's a repair shop. They do their job. They fix stuff when I need them too. One star off because they once put the most expensive oil possible in my car without asking.

I took my car here and figured out the repairs were very costly. So I told them to just replace one tire instead, however they just left it in the bay after I told them just don’t touch it if you haven’t changed the tire because I’ll have it towed and I’ll return when I have more money. Then I go to pick it up and the mechanic lets my car go down super hard on a spare with a broken tie rod. Instead of backing out slowly, he started turning all exaggerated causing the spare to come off the rim so the rim is now scraping. I’m telling him “hey yo stop it you’re going to mess it up”, atleast adjust the tire come on. Then proceeded to laugh about it when he gave my keys to the tow person. The tow person even suggested he would bring it out from the end it was facing but still, this guy had to be macho and do it himself. Sheesh

I took my car to Firestone this morning at 7am , I was told they would be done with it as soon as possible because they had appointments ahead of me. So I dropped my car off all I was getting was two tires put on and rotated when I get home they called and said I needed several things done but I said all I want is my tires put on that’s it!!! So they said well you need tire in your other tires and we found a nail in it and your air filter needs to be replaced and the tires needs air smh I said just replace the tires please that’s all I need so I went back up there to see what was going on my car was still in the same place and no work was done then I got worried so I ask how long it was going to take to do two tire changed then the man got upset and pull my car down very hard and rough then drove my car out the garage all wild then he threw my keys at me I left feeling like what was all that about! I’ll never go back there ever they are so angry and disrespectful all because I asked them long it was going to take to put my tires on. He look like he was ready to call the police on me so I left!!!!

When I realized my right directional lights were not working, I was nervous. That first day there was no possibility..same for the next two days unless I would come in really early Saturday.It was Melvin who was at the desk and listened well to my need. He said it would take awhile. Fine... I had come with a notebook a pen and something to drink. I went over to Carondolet Park. After a while when I came back, I noticed right away that the car had been moved. That had to mean it was fixed. AND it was. Thanks to Melvin and the guys who did some extra that Saturday morning, I am once again a safe driver.

I didn't have feelings that they care for me. Left car for alignment, come back 1 hour later to be told that they can't do it, needs parts but they don't have time to call to try to get them. They will call on Monday but they can't call me to tell me what they find I have to call them even that I can't know when they would be able to answer that. So will go somewhere else maybe I will be treated differently.

I remember when this place use to be nice, not anymore, not different than any other place. I made an appointment at 11:00 am for an oil change, it's almost 1:00 and my car is still at the parking. They haven't done anything. I remember when Brian (manager) used to be nice, 15 years ago. Not anymore.

I was impressed with the mechanic"s knowledge and patience as he answered my questions and explained things to me. He didn't talk down to me and he made sure I understood things.

My girlfriend took her car there for an oil change. They forgot to put the oil cap back on and the oil filter tube was missing. Very little mistake that has caused us a lot of money to fix. Would not recommend this place.

I had little bit problem in scheduling the appointment online. Later on calling again the service advisor helped and asked to drop off the car and which was great. Might be good if they could provide ride back home to customer if the vehicle is being scheduled for drop off.

Tech broke one(1) lug nut post. Part was $12.18. Charged my son(his first time at a mechanic) first time buying tires, $366 to replace the part the firestone tech broke. Didn't offer any compensation for breaking a part. Horrible. Don't go to Firestone on loughborough.
