I was disappointed that the repair they made to my truck only lasted exactly a year. I brought it in one year to the day, with 12.5k, just outside the 1 year, 12k “warranty”. Turns out they installed a cheap auto zone transmission shift cable. If they would have installed the oem spec shifter cable, which are readily available today, I wouldnt be dealing with this again. I will find a reputable shop that will install parts that won’t be a waste of money.

The staff and mechanics at the Telegraph Firestone store are the best!!! The quality of work is excellent and the prices are reasonable!! I highly recommend them when you need work/servicing of your vehicle!! They were spot-on to give me excellent advice on selection of the tires that would meet my driving needs, and follow-up care.

Took my 2020 Hyundai Elantra to them for a timing chain and some other stuff, and shoutout to Joshua who kept me informed all the way through the process, because it had a couple things wrong with it. He also through his magic kept the price in my opinion BEYOND reasonable. I'm pretty sure the guys/gals at this location care about the work they do and It's very much appreciated. 10/10 will be bringing my vehicles here in the future just because of this one experience and hope whoever reads this does too!

I had excellent and fast service for my tire rotation today. I asked for them to evaluate my tire that I thought had a slow leak in it. I worked with Bill on pricing tires for future tire purchasing. He was kind, took his time to explain the tire options and their benefit.

Had a very good experience here and the service manager Mike saved the day for me. I had no appointment and was on a very short time frame. Mike helped me get a couple trailer tires put on my original trailer wheels and now I am able to move my daughter! The guys in the garage were great, they even threw new valve stems on for me. Really appreciate Mike and what he did for me today. I will return when it comes time for more business!

Good customer service. But booking an online appointment won't actually get you an appointment. The guy told me 2 weeks, even though the system said I had an appointment the next day. The other store laughed when I called, and said their diagnostics guys just left, sorry. But Dobbs is only .2 miles away, on telegraph road. I always feel prioritized there.

While they were not able to find a precise cause of the problem with my car...they did not charge me for the last round of troubleshooting...and did troubleshoot this time. The problem seems resolved now.

Called telegraph store 5/24 Fri.Took 5 tries over 1/2 hour with no answer.Finally spoke with joshua.He was to call right back.2 1/2 hours later i called back,he was gone for the day.He took info needed but didnt leave notes.Next tech took same info at 4pm and was to call back.7pm no return call.Saturday 5/25 waited for return call untill 1pm no return call.I called Discount Tire in arnold.Took 5 minutes to order tires & make appointment.

My survey expired and timed out. I’ll leave my review here. The staff was extremely helpful and saved my life. The staff took care of my car. I had an emergency and I didn’t need an appointment. I look forward to working with this store and not lemay store but this one.

My wife and I dropped off her Chevy Equinox and when we came to pick up the car, the gentleman inside not only was extremely friendly, But even came outside and brushed the snow off our car so we can see to get home. Great service all the way around.

Every time I bring my vehicle there are always hundreds of dollars of recommended additions no matter what- in this case over a thousand. The tires I purchase there rarely last as long as they are advertised to last. The warranty is never worth the purchase. The online appointment service didn't work- the appointment that I chose that showed as available online was not available- and I received a phone call that there were no appointments at all for the entire day. The online service showed multiple available appointments that day.

Made an apt for 7 am bc i drop my car off the day before they told me on Saturday they will be done in the afternoon i was trying to get my plates renew before they close but that didn’t happen but i will have to get try do on a Saturday since i work 12 hour shift Monday through Friday what the point of apt if they are going to do it in the afternoon thought

The Telegraph location is always professional, courteous and willing to see clients with emergent needs. The store is clean and neat with the best customer service. I would recommend anyone in the South County area to come here for the best service.

This is the second time I got an oversized screw with a washer stuck in my tire. Both times I took it to this location without an appointment. They did have other cars they were working on but squeezed me in quickly and fixed the problem for me. Highly recommend.

Took my truck in for an out of state inspection. No hassles. However I don't understand how making an 8 am appointment two days in advance still results in a 5 hour time frame.

Walked in needing a tire expecting to have to leave the vehicle and return the next day because it was late. They had the tire I needed in stocks and had me in and out in less than 45 minutes. Very nice.

Walked in to pay for my diagnostics at front desk. One of the workers was not working but sitting in a chair in lobby watching TV. I had to wait 3 days for them to look at my car. Maybe the workers not working is why they have a backlog.

Went in to get a tire patched. Person of the counter was very pleasant was very knowledgeable. He could not patch my tire due to fix a flat being in the tire. It was firestone's company policy. Understandable. Offered a replacement tire. I did go to another shop which took the fixed flat out and fix my tire for $35. It is a very clean and organized shop everybody is very personable and professional
