Firestone is my go to place for all of my auto repairs. They get the work done usually on the same day that I take it in. They are very reliable and professional. I've never had a problem with any of the work they've done and I've been there for brakes. water pump. starter. tires. power steering. They quote the price before they do the work unlike some of the other places I've been. I feel like I'm in good hands with Firestone

I have had some good service in the past but it depends who is on shift. The guy today, December 9th was a tool. We Showed up with my sons’ car and mine; one needed an oil change, set of wipers and the other air in the tires and wiper blades. He told me I would have to leave the car there for several hours, because they were only two mechanics. I understand being shorthanded at work. I just don’t know why 2 sets of wipers and one oil change, is a half day project. Maybe a customer service plan would’ve been calling this morning and just explaining the situation. I would be more than willing to accommodate a change on appointments/days. His attitude was a little too much, so I let him work on my son‘s car that needed an oil change and wipers. It will be several hours before it’s done. And I just canceled my car appointment. I will look somewhere else for repairs. I am also going to cancel out my Firestone credit card as well. No sense in going back.

Professional. Fast. Kind. Nothing else you could ask for in an auto service company. Had a nail in a tire on Alamo rental vehicle and after a long and terrible ordeal with the rental car company, I learned that they have a contract with Firestone. The team here had me in, patched, and out the door in no time with a smile on everyone’s face. The lesson: if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of dealing with the Alamo roadside assistance and customer service teams, this Firestone crew is a possible solution that can actually help you out. And based on the other customers that I briefly spoke with while there (Did I mention they were fast?)- they take care of everyone just as well.

Absolutely outrageous prices. This place goes above and beyond to take advantage of consumers. Was quoted over $3000 to repair a cracked radiator and two rear brake pads! I couldn’t believe it. Their response was “well get a credit card” I had my mobile mechanic complete the work with parts for $500. Do not go here unless you are ok with being robbed blind . Truly disgusting. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I was quoted that my ford explorer was 2500 to fix and I took it too another place and they charged me 250. I can’t make this up they just wanted my money. Can’t trust this place 😅 me and the mechanic couldn’t believe the prices.

Man what a great place to get tires or really anything done on your car or truck. They were easy to deal with I got a great quote for tires and had them installed and aligned same day. I’ll use this Firestone location for all my vehicle maintenance.

Nick is the best. Actually the whole team is awesome, nick is my go to guy for anything I don’t source or get done myself. I’m an auto tech at a dealership myself, but without a doubt I’d trust the team at stickney Firestone with my vehicle just as much as if I did the repairs myself.

I have visited this store in the past, and received GREAT service, which made me drive a longer distance from my local store. Once again, they did not disappoint. I appointment was for 10:00, and at 10:00 sharp they pulled it into a bay to check it out. It only took the technician a short time to diagnose it. It turned out to be a battery (under warranty) issue and they corrected it quickly and efficiently. I will continue to take my cars the Stickney Point even though the Venice location is closer.

We have been doing business with this location and others under the Firestone/ Tires Plus company. Today I went in at 9am with a flat repair, I was welcomed by Jason and then asked what brought me into the shop today. Before arriving I knew the tire looked a little feathered on the outside wall and also was aware of needing brake pads on the front. Jason took my information including my concerns and I was 2nd in line and there was a limited staff today. I found some things to look at online and Jason came over and explained about the tire situation, I opted to replace the tire. Jason also told me the pads were pretty thin, which I was aware of from hearing them squeal earlier in the week. I immediately told Jason to replace the pads and he didn't have any other suggestions for this vehicle. I appreciated Jason not trying to upsale my visit and how courteous he was this visit and many times before. I trust Firestone on Stickey Point for all of our tire needs. Kudos Jason for being such a gentleman.

ONLY SUGGESTION, FOR THE COMPLETE CARE CARE INSPECTION SERVICE, ADD THE BRAKE PAD AND ROTOR MEASUREMENTS TO THE FINAL INVOICE AND MENTION IT TO THE CUSTOMER AND ADD MORE DETAIL ON THE INVOICE AS TO WHAT EXACTLY WAS DONE ABOUT THE VARIOUS ITEMS LIKE TOPPING OFF WASHER FLUID ETC. I HAD TO CALL THE NEXT DAY TO GET THAT. THANKS.

WORST experience I’ve ever had at a tire or mechanic shop, and maybe any business ever! Do NOT go here! The “manager“ Jason was one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with in a professional business. There was no accountability or responsibility. There was no way to rectify the situation and he literally denied doing anything wrong to the point of he just does not care what happens to your vehicle! I brought my wife’s Mercedes into have four tires put on and left with the entire air suspension system, broken on my car and the car undrivable , grease all over the dashboard the wheels all put back on the wrong wheel and a broken car with all of the dials and dash system changed. It cost me $1100 for four tires and they broke the car to where it couldn’t even be driven, and then said they didn’t. What kind of tire changing business even know how to lift a car properly that has air suspension and whether to turn it on or off.? Now I am left with a car that cannot be driven and I have to take it to another mechanic to have it fixed for thousands of dollars of damage caused by fire stone, and they literally do not care . When I took it to the mechanic down the street from them to have it fixed, he said that that was usual and they fixed fire stones mistakes all the time and literally have had to replace entire motors and wheels and tires from the shotty work. The people that worked on my wife’s car acted as though they had never changed the tire before and looked like they had not been to sleep in days. I will do everything I can to make sure the management and the employee of this establishment Do not do this to anyone else’s vehicle in the future. I had no idea this is how they treated women that come in to get tires put on their car after they break their car. They just bully them into saying they didn’t do anything wrong and then you’re stuck with a broken car. My wife made the appointment and showed up on time early in the morning like they said with $1100 for four tires. They took an entire day to change four tires with no other customers there left grease everywhere ruined the car broke the air suspension and didn’t even do the alignment. And then want us to come pick up the car and have it repaired somewhere else at our expense. This is the worst business ever. Fire stone is literally living off of their name that they built from the boomer generation. But what fire stone stand for now is a complete rip off and bad work. Take your tires and your car anywhere else in this town other than fire stone
