Courteous and expedient service. Steps fully explained. I purchased the car used with 45,000 miles on it. I had no idea of previous service history so I went along with recommended service. Car runs well. Only complaint is no coffee pot...at 7am...need coffee ☺️

Highly recommend for your Tire needs! Tony is always ready to go out his way to source and install any tires that we have needed in the last few months. Dealt with them multiple times from performance tire to the tires on our worl van.

I usually get a same day appointment and I'm in and out quickly. Friendly service with clean waiting room and prices are very reasonable. I never have a problem when I take my car here and this is the only place I go.

Easy to make an appointment online. Arrived at 8 AM on Sunday and service writers were welcoming and tech was ready to work on my van. Have the lifetime rotate/balance and alignment so just had to pay for the oil change. Was surprised by the cost of the oil change, but for all the work I had done I was very happy with what I paid. And Jason commented he had the same van as I did. I asked if he had slippage in the transmission and he said yes. Recommended a local transmission shop and even told me what to expect. Super appreciative of the guidance to someone he said I could trust.

I had a great experience at the Firestone on Bee Ridge in Sarasota this morning. I scheduled a wheel alignment at 9 am on a Monday morning and it was a good session…I showed up at 8.50 am, as the traffic was milder today. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman who simply said they need my keys and they can proceed with the service and asked if I will be returning to pick up my car or wait on site. I said I may just take a walk meanwhile. He said No problem - smiling. I literarily took a walk down the block to grab coffee from Mc Donald’s - which took 15 min - ordered coffee and sat down to relax a bit when o received a call from Firestone that my car was ready for pick up. I was so positively surprised- how fast the service was. Other locations I often waited over an hour and a half. Today was a great , fast service with no argument. ( I prepaid for the lifetime but every time I go to other locations they insist I have to pay again lol). This location is hustle free. Fast and reliable service. I left and driving my car felt like a butterfly ride. The wheel alignment was done very well. I guess my tires needed it. I just wanted to share my experience. Thank you for reading. 😊

I have been coming to this Firestone for a little over a year and it is always a pleasant experience! They get the job done quickly and efficiently and they are super nice! Tony the manager is wonderful and explains everything and always tries to get the best price. The guys are hilarious and always have a good attitude. They play the best music. I say here for 3 hours and they were playing Movie Theme music and singing along and it was a wonderful atmosphere!

Well, that's the third time i've had problems with this particular firestone dealer..... The first time I went in for a squeaky break. I knew it wasn't my breaks. They assured me it was, I spent $800. They switched my brakes did not fix the noise. I fixed it myself.It was the heat shi.... The second time is when they missed the front end of my suspension before I went on vacation and I came back with a broken strut, and yes, I did ask him to check it out..... This time I'm going on vacation tomorrow and I decided to change my own oil. Lucky for me. They air wrenched it on so tight.I need to get the bolt replaced..... I will never step inside a hack. Firestone, transient starter mechanic shop again. I am sick of them. It's always one more thing if you have to go back to have your repair repaired. They're hacks, and they stole from you. That's my opinion.

I went to this place and they told me that I needed an appointment to repair the tire, well, on the day of the appointment he told me that he couldn't repair it, he should have told me that the first day so as not to waste my time.

Service Advisor Jason (4) and Service Tech Jared (26) were very professional and represented the company in an outstanding manor. Service was done quickly & efficiently. No up selling 👍 Making a reservation for an oil change and tune up were easily done online. Very pleased with Firestone Complete Auto Care on Bee Ridge!

This place charged me to fix an a/c compressor that there was nothing wrong with and then attempted to dress me down claiming I authorized the work(no signature on the work order) I told them to "fix what broke the belt" cost me $210.00 just in tow fees.Had to pay a mechanic $150.00 an hour to fix what they broke.This car has a water cooled alternator which they did not repair and did major damage to my electrical system!!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS ...I WOULD!!!!!!

This location is dirty and the two bigger guys that work the counter are lazy and have zero customer service skills. From the phone call to in person, they seem like they hate life and their job. They are very monotone and talk like everyone is a bother to them. I called to schedule an appointment for Wednesday 11/27/24 at 10am. I asked them if they can rotate bigger tires and told them it was 37” tires. They said they could and I asked are you sure??? They said yes. I drove up there, waited 45 mins in the dirty lobby/customer area for them to tell me, “the manager doesn’t want to deal with those size tires and risk it”. Risk what? Because they are heavier and they don’t feel like working? The Regional needs to have a talk with this store manager. Not only does this guy hire lazy, bad attitude front desk guys , he allows this behavior to go on. Also I heard them trying to sell a lady some rear shocks that she didn’t need. They said you can’t see tire cupping but you can feel it and “it’s most likely the shocks causing it” They have no clue. Beware of this location. Lazy bad attitude employees that do not care about taking care of customers. They would of never lasted 5 mins in an interview with me.

Great service at the front desk. Ease of scheduling an appointment. Work done in a very timely manner. Highly recommend the lifetime alignment package, given the condition of the roads in the county.

I hit a water filled pothole, not know it was there. The impact felt massive, but the tire did not deflate and on the highway, the car had no noticeable difference. 12 hours later, there was a strange rattling sound. My brother suggested Firestone on Bee Ridge Road in Sarasota. Aiden and Michael came out immediately to diagnose it and after putting it on the lift realized there was a small handful of pebbles that had lodged and then loosened inside the wheel (the rattling sound - I watched them remove the pebbles) the steel rim was dented equally on each side and there was a tear in the inner sidewall down to the metal within the tire. Both men were customer focused, friendly, prompt and professional. They immediately helped assess and figure out what was wrong with my wheel and tire. They are very good at their jobs. Tony and Bob (I think it was Bob) helped me the following day when the tires came in. They did all of the work (fixed the rim, new tires, alignment, and determined no other damage) quickly and efficiently. The car rides like new at all speeds. I am very pleased with my entire experience from beginning to end. I appreciate you four for all of your help! Thank you!

I was very impressed, I was under promised and they over delivered in customer service and satisfaction. Wes was very helpful and very upfront with his pricing. He did not try to pressure me into buying more than what I needed or could afford. I will definitely be back for my car needs.

Being new to the Sarasota Area, I had asked a few new neighbors I met where would be a good trustworthy auto repair shop with a great track record of fixing your car.. Both neighbors agreed that Firestone on Bee ridge Road was the place to go Wow, we're they spot on about this automotive repair shop. My family and I moved from Venice FL to Sarasota..I had some front end repairs made to my Wife and Daughters 2004 Classic PT Cruiser at another independent shop in Venice whom we did business with for a number of years. We bought some almost like new tires ( with only 2000 miles) put on, but did not have time to align front end before the move..So moving forward, I ended up at the Firestone store on Bee Ridge in Sarasota. What a great shop experience this was...Not only did they take care of my alignment, but did some extra tweaks to new front end parts at no additional cost, AND they told me about the Benefits of having a Firestone Card and all the discounts and extras you get...well it was a no Brainer...was approved in less than 5 mins. And they treated me like I'd been a regular for years. All and all I can tell you they gained a new customer for a long time to come..I'd totally recommend this shop any day of the week. Now I'd like to give a Special Shout out to Tony (shop manager) Charles and Wess (front desk crew) and Mike the Technician who worked on our car.. Thanks to all of you for a job well done. I'll definitely be seeing you all again for our automotive needs!

Great service, the staff, mechanics and managers go the extra mile for customers. Wes, Aiden, Tony, Bob all of them and the others are skilled, knowledgeable and adept at the trade. And even though tires at a fair price is their main thing they are known for, the other aspects of keeping my cars functioning are always handled properly.

Lists transmission service on the business listing, but when calling there, was told they don't touch clutches. Misleading service listings lead me to not trust them in general.

Tony was able to give me an immediate appointment after the check engine light was diagnosed by an auto parts store. The entire crew was a pleasure to work with, especially Tony, who gave me an upfront estimate for the thermostat. And, Michael who did the thermostat replacement. Other repair shops could or would not give an upfront estimate for replacing only the thermostat, and this is why I chose this Firestone shop. I appreciated their professionalism and honesty.

Had to have a new alternator put in and car still didn’t start needed new battery as well and those guys were great. They don’t have one in stock and went to pick one up for me at Autozone at 6:30 at night!! They were great!! Thank you!!

I had a horrendous sound coming out from the back-right side of the tire on my minivan. The mechanic from Firestone raised the vehicle to take a better look and within 5 minutes the issue was resolved. The black plastic cover/mud-guard somehow shifted and was scraping on the tire making the sound. Thank you guys for the service!

The staff at the Firestone on Bee Ridge Rd are awesome ! Wesley keeps me up to date on my Jeep and explains everything to me. They really have gone above and beyond in trying to repair my vehicle and I'm always pleased with their service when I leave. They have proven to be trustworthy which is really important since I'm getting older and need people that aren't going to take advantage of situations like that. You won't be disappointed ...just ask for Wesley. Fantastic young man !

I went in there for tires, alignment and all that goes with putting on new tires. I came to pick up my car and my front tow cover was missing. I went back in there to ask where it was. The young man that performed the work came out shaking his head before he even seen what I was referring to. I showed him and immediately got defensive. He said that he never touched it. I was like it was there when I dropped the car off. Then he went and got the manager (Tony, I believe) he over talked me and made me feel like I didn't know what i was talking about. Never once tried to resolve the issue. He said do you have a video of your car from when you dropped it off. I was like did not know that I could not trust you with my car. Very argumentative and said I guess it is your word against ours. Very unprofessional and just rude. No customer service there what so ever. I will never go in there again. I have reached out to Corporate.
