Once again (as always) Brandon comes through and earns a 10 out of 10 Gold Stars rating. Brandon has taken care of our cars for several years and we've never had a complaint. He is the main reason we take our cars to Firestone. It started several years ago when Brandon and I were talking about our 2014 Nissan Rogue. Brandon recommended various mechanical maintenance options based on what problems had surfaced with his own car's maintenance. Worked like a charm. So ever since then, we always ask WWBD (what would Brandon do?) and follow his advice. Many thanks, Brandon!!

Another shop messed up my alignment and and insisted I would need a new steering rack to fix it. I came to this shop and they aligned my car perfectly and didnt try to upsell me.

Called one Firestone location and the guy on the phone was rude and unhelpful. Decided to try another location and ended up at 4161 Convoy St. location. So much better! The customer service and the support were awesome. Brandon, Store Manager and Jericho, Service Manager got me in the next day, checked out what I requested and was done within the hour. They were both friendly, helpful and funny! Made the visit so easy and stress free. My tire is doing great 😊 Thank you

Brought my car in twice and was turned away twice due to a engine maintenance notification on my dashboard. The first time I was turned away because they swore it was just needing a oil change even though I repeatedly told them I’m not due, so I took it to valvoline just to be sure which come to find out my oil was good. So I decided to make another appointment and Google what may be the problem, which I found was the coolant bypass valve needing to be replaced so I made the change appointment to replace it. Upon arriving to my second appointment the employee, different from the first visit, states again that the problem is a oil change. After I explain to him the situation several times and he turns me away and says he would not feel comfortable with his mechanics taking the car as it says to take it to the dealer. Both times they never even bothered to take a look at it or do a inspection on my car. So I take it to a dealership only to find out the problem was needing to change my coolant bypass valve which I mentioned to them various times and they responded to me as if I was dumb and didn’t know what I was taking about. Replacing the coolant bypass valve is a service they offer but for some reason they did not bother to provide me service or do their due diligence and even take a look at my car. I will not be going to Firestone again for any service.

Needed an alignment post haste after hubby did the ball joints on the truck. We usually frequent a Firestone closer to our house but took a chance on the way home from an appointment to visit this convoy location. Upon entering to finish, Jericho took care of us. With grandma and child in tow I thought we could camp out for a bit and then Uber to a place to eat while they worked on the car, which was possibly up to two hours; no problem I said. By the time we mobilized, it was done. Jericho went over the problems and suggestions needed on the vehicle and we were on our way. Thank you Jericho for the stellar service. We will pass up our normal Firestone to come here because of you!

I came there for an emergency tire situation. I only needed 1 tire, and I was in a hurry because I needed to get back to work. They took my car back within 10 minutes of me arriving, and from that point on it took 2 1/2 almost 3 hours. They did a bunch of things I didn't ask for and tried to sell me on getting other maintenance done. The person changing my tire looked like he didn't know what he was doing. He dropped lug nuts, was walking around talking to other workers, and needed help multiple times. I've been to plenty of mechanics over the years and I've never seen anyone struggling to take off or put on a tire. This should have taken 30 minutes max. I would have understood if they were busy but that wasn't the case.

When I asked him about the cost multiple times, he assured me not to worry about it. His top-quality service and generosity truly exceeded my expectations. I brought my car here from Discount Tire for a second opinion on my TPMS light (Discount Tire told me I needed a full set of new tires). I had a courtesy check which was very thorough and identified the problem as a faulty sensor. Will be coming here in the future for my tires.

Took our car in for service when we got it back we found new problems and when they said oh we told you it’s in the notes… it wasn’t in the notes nor did they tell us. Definitely not going back.

Very friendly and skilled staff. It took a couple of visits to correct the steering wheel alignment issue, but they were very accommodating to reschedule appointments and were able to fix the issue at the last visit.

Came in fairly early for an oil change, one of them named Don helped me and worked on it quick and I was in and out within an hour and half. Was very nice and helpful . Will come back for sure. Highly recommend to see Don.

Went in for a tire patch and which was told it would take 20 minutes.(9am arrival, an they took my car within 10 mins of arriving) After waiting 2 hrs!! (11am) and i having to ask about the service being made, they finally take me to the tire they removed only to tell me i needed to buy a new one. I was late for my other days appointments and was upset that it took 2 hrs on a 20 minute (maybe) 40 min with a new tire change. WHAT THE HELL WERE THEY DOING THAT WHOLE TIME THE TIRE WAS OFF?? would never go back to that location. Totally ruined my day and other appointments and created unneeded stresses.
