I recently had my oil changed and the location I had gone to did not secure the undercarriage piece .. I brought my Infiniti at 8am to this location and they fixed the issue at no charge . The staff was so nice I would recommend.this location for any of your auto service needs ..

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I have to say that I was impressed today with the customer service that I received as a first time customer at firestone here in Rancho Bernardo. I work in healthcare, and this was definitely a wow experience. The manager and front desk clerk took great care of my time restraints, and I didn’t feel pressured to purchase the most expensive products. Thank you, I will be coming back!

Dropped car off early, early one morning because of a terrible noise in the tire area. Called the afternoon before and talked to a gentleman who explained what they do when cars are dropped off without an appointment. He was professional and thorough. Was called twice about the car and the progress being done. Walked in after work and the car was ready. Very professional in every aspect. Damn good experience on my end.

They were able to fit me in immediately when Costco was going to make me wait all day. Attempted to see if the tire was salvageable before moving forward with tire purchase. Even made me coffee because I had such a long morning. I cannot express how wonderful the customer service was here. Both front desk gentlemen deserve a raise. They walked me through the whole process and were empathetic to the nail I found in my tire at 8pm Saturday night. Almost no places are open on Sunday! This location saved me today!

Busy place...getting my tire installed. I guess when you buy a tire from ebay you can pick which tire place you want to get it installed for $24.99 per tire. Dropped my 2 front tires on August 5 at 10 am Aug 11 still no call from Fireatone. Busy or not enough help?

My vehicle started acting up on way out of town on Friday. Before we could find Firestone on my phone, we saw the sign and pulled in. Jay took care of us and checked the vehicle’s history while we took an Uber home with our luggage. Before returning on Sunday, they had the car serviced and ready for us to pick up. The repair was under warranty and my ride is back to normal. Thanks to Jay and the crew in the garage.

Excellent experience getting 4 new tires and alignment for my daughter’s car. We had used this shop previously for getting a tire repaired. Jay at the front desk was able to price match our quote from another shop. Also, they are open on Sundays. Friendly, good value, delivered as promised.

My car battery terminal needs to be tightened so I called Firestone because most auto shops don’t open on Sundays. It’s my first time visiting and staff was very friendly and transparent about how they will proceed with ordering the parts and letting me know how long it might take. They fixed my issue in a relatively timely manner and figured that I did not need to switch out the terminal but just needed another part to tighten it. Staff explained the process to me clearly. Great customer service, will come again!

My husband wants to get his oil change the customer service was very rude to him. We got the lifetime alignment and he still want to charge him even my husband told him we done it so many times without charging. He didn’t even check the records. When we pick up his car the car key was broken into pieces and my husband was upset and told them he couldn’t accept the key until they fix it. That’s the only time they put it together. Yes those customers service are so bad and rude except Sandy. We will not ever go back here in this place. @Bernardo Center Drive

I had a tire/valve stem break on my son’s car on his way back to college. I stopped in 10 minutes before close and Ryan was more than helpful and fixed it quickly even though about to close. He was super friendly and helpful. I found my new tire shop!
