Had a taillight out and called this Firestone. They were able to fit us in first thing the next morning and had the bulb changed out within 15 minutes of arrival. Gil helped us and was absolutely wonderful.

They have 2 Firestones near each other. One has a 5.0 rating the other was a 4.1 rating. I have been to the one with a 4.1 rating so I decide to go back. I came for oil synthetic oil change and tire rotation and a radiator flush . I have the the Firestone app. Had a $25 coupon for the oil change and a $20 coupon for any service work over $100.00 And a tire rotation for 9.99. I explained to the store manager. I wanted the tires to have 36 p.s.i. after they rotate it. He told me he would have it done by noon. He calls me up around 3:00 and tells me he’s running behind. But he sells me on a filter for the AC so I decide to go with. He later calls me around 5:00 but I couldn’t come. I told him I would pick it up the next morning. I pick it up and the tire gauge system tells me the reading on the tires were 33 and some were 34. So the Manager blames on the air that they use to inflate the tires. Sounds like Mularky to me. So when I pay I bring my coupons in and his assistant says that the coupons are already figured in my bill. The net on my oil change was $89 so that means the oil change was $114.00 I am thinking this Manager is Scamming me. I am reporting the store Federal Trade Commission and the California Bureau of Automobile Repair.. I won’t be back

Was having problems with my car and they were able to get me in quickly. Ryan was very helpful and reassured me about the car. Took care of it quickly and went over the bill and what may be needed for the car at a later date. I will continue to bring my cars here for future repair and service needs. Thanks!

Ryan is very helpful and friendly. He called me an hour after they check my car and keep me posted what needs to be done. Time frame he gave me is accurate. Price is reasonable compare to Lexus dealership. I highly recommend Firestone. Thank you Ryan for superb service.

Superb customer service! My tires were drained of air from a broken air pump at a gas station (to the level of a flat tire) and Firestone was happy to assist me right away. They’re an absolute life-saver. I really appreciate the mechanic’s positive and friendly attitude. Really good people. I highly recommend and will be coming back for my tire needs! Thank you, Firestone!

Useless company I arrived at the appointed meeting waited for an hour and a half they did nothing. I said when it will be ready it will be ready in a few hours and they have not even started changing the tires yet which takes I don't know 20-30 minutes. I highly do not recommend it

From scheduling the appointment on-line to the arrival, start, and completion of my car service, the customer service/service department at this location has consistently been top notch. They inform me of recommended services, but I never pressured like other places I’ve been to. Much appreciated!

Friendly, knowledgeable, professional service at a good price. Minimal wait time to install my tires and do an alignment, and the courtesy checkup was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend them.

Firestone Rancho Bernardo. Great experience with Mike, Armando and Ryan. Always get outstanding customer service. In and out on time (on this occasion I was out early) . Keep me informed about progress of car. Recommend to anyone who feels they might not be getting the best service at your current auto repair location. Thanks Guys.

Mike the manager was rather difficult to deal with. Last year they worked on my car brakes. After i picked it up there was a lot of noise and creaking, it it drove fine. This has been driving me crazy so I finally came in to ask them to fix it or lube it or whatever. As you can expect i got all these questions “wow why did you wait so long?” Trying to imply it wasn’t caused by them etc. I told them I just wanted to get it fixed and the manager got super defensive and we had a squabble and it was unprofessional. Bottom line, they made my truck suspension grind loudly and never fixed it. Also charged me a ton

I am a repeat customer of this Fire Stone… Mostly because it’s next to my office but also because they do exactly what you would expect of them. Most recently I had a really good experience with Ryan K and Armando S. They were both so kind, professional and accommodating to my schedule and reminded me of my gree alignment that came with my tires which I purchased from this same shop.

I left my car for almost 4 hours or more to do tire rotation and alignment come back find the car was not fixed. Asked me do you still want to fix your car I was busey. I said yes then he fix it in about 15 minutes . Even though my coworker told me not to go there he had the same experience

I’d give 0 stars if it was possible. Brought my car in for an oil change a few months back and one of the “technicians”, or ogres if you will, decided not to replace my drain plug gasket and instead torqued it until it became thin as a sheet of paper. Slowly dripped oil for months and now that I had time to take it into the shop, I’m out over a grand for a new oil pan since someone there sucks at their job.

Mike was awesome! He was very polite, helpful, found a nail in my tire, had it repaired quicker than was expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here for my tires, oil change, etc.
