Firestone Complete Auto Care Miramar always provides great customer service and is quick. On multiple occasions, they have gotten me in on the same day or the next and provided a fast turnaround on my cars, allowing me to pick them up within a few hours of drop-off.

TLDR high trust. Ask for Dave. I've been working with Dave for over three years and receive top-notch service that I can trust every single time. He levels with me about what work could be done, should be done, and NEEDS to be done. This allows me to make an informed decision, and he will even take time to help me understand the problem. Ive cross checked Daves recommendations with old mechanics I trust and theyve all verified his professional opinions. Through this, I now have significant trust in Dave and the Firestone Miramar Team and go no where else in the San Diego area.

The staff did a great job of tracking down the tire I needed and getting it there the same day. Additionally, they were over $100 cheaper than Discount Tire. I really appreciate their efforts.

The technicians at the store took time to be thorough with the alignment results with me even as we were near closing time for this location. They took a lot of time and effort in ensuring the best results for my alignment and displayed that they were not in a hurry to get me out the door for closing time. Great customer service. This is one of the best Firestone locations I have been to.

I bought tires here. Since then, the service rotating my tires every 6 months and fixing multiple nails in my tires has been great! Tynia and the other workers have been super accommodating and friendly!

Firestone website indicated this was the closest shop, so I made an appointment for the next day after having to enter my car information five times which didn't actually make a booking. Instead, I was told I would receive confirmation. Four hours later and no confirmation. So, I called the shop. After waiting on hold I learned that now they were booked until the next day. So I agreed and made the appointment. Over the phone I only had to give my details once. However, once my appointment was made they asked me if I had base clearance. What? Why? Really? This wasn't information on the website. Although with the look and feel as if it was made by the CEO's nephew in junior high because 'he's good at computers', this shouldn't be too surprising... however given this is clearly a known problem at this store given other reviews here, this might be something that should be incorporated into employee training and be a question introduced earlier in the appointment reservation process along with showing them how to transfer the call to another store so customers don't have to return to that wretched site to try and find the next closest shop. Firestone has a good reputation for doing alignments and I finally was able to get an appointment over a day and a half later than the initial one never confirmed for a shop I wasn't unable to access anyways. All I can say is that I am paying in cash because I have serious doubts as to Firestone's ability to meet PCI data security standards.

My concerns were listened to, and even let me work in a loose tire I brought with me. Helped me pick out a new tire, and said to let him know when I'm ready to replace the other 3 tires on my project so he can have the matching set available

Tynia was really helpful to get me in same day. Also to give me the best deal. I purchased (4) new Firestone tires and got an alignment done. I’ve been coming to Firestone since June 2015 and have NEVER had any issues!! I live that I can “drive a Firestone” in my ‘08 Silverado.

Convenient location since I worked on base and access is not an issue. Called on a Sat to make an appt for a diagnostic and was given a Thurs appt at 7:30a.(today). Arrived on time, checked in with no issues and left my vehicle there..... .2 hours later, I notice my vehicle is parked in the back lot, so I inquire the status and answer from Debra was the diagnostic tech doesn't work until 9am. I asked why I was given a 7:30a appt and she had no idea, even though she made the appointment.... I left, did a quick Google search for diagnostic service near MCAS Miramar and fortunately found a car repair shop, right on Miramar road. No appointment necessary, easy breezy. Dropped my vehicle off, the diagnostic was $95 bucks as compared to Firestone $115,. Got my vehicle problem resolved and out the door in 90 minutes. I always had nothing but great service and experience with Firestone, in several states. This location does not meet that standard in my objective opinion. Would not recommend. The off base competition does a much better job and more reasonable.

Would have been nice if they let me know they are in a military base... I'm a civilian so obviously can't take my car there! They called me to reschedule my appointment and didn't bother letting me know.
