I paid a about 384 dollars to have my car diagnosed because two check engine codes came up. When I got my car pack I still had the original 2 check engine codes plus another two check engine codes. I stayed about an hour and fifteen longer so they could fix it. Still have the same check engine codes and from every “test drive” they did they said they “forgot” to do something which is why the codes were coming up. I’m usually understanding but they took it for a test drive three times and came up with a reason every time. I usually do car work myself but decided to trust someone else with fixing it. Never again. Not to mention when I opened the hood to inspect things myself I found 3 clips that were broken off.the customer service is great, but the actual service is not. Also another Firestone scratched my wheel when replacing it and refused to admit fault even though I had proof. Ladies and gentlemen please steer clear from any firestone and find yourself a reputable mechanic or learn to do it yourself even if you mess up and add more check engine codes to your car it’s the same as if u took it to fire stone only you didn’t have to pay 384 dollars for them to do that. EDIT: steer clear from this place I thought the contact below would help even a little, but after emailing them I received no reply after 10 days. This company will break your vehicle and ignore you after. The store itself repaired what they did wrong but I continue to have check engine light. Very disappointed in my first time there.

I purchased the lifetime alignment . The 1st time they service my alignment was the only time I can actually see the difference on my vehicles tires , ever since every alignment service , seems they don't do anything to my wheels . I can literally see my vehicles tires facing opposite directions . There's always and excuse that "jeeps are supposed to be that way ". Ive done research and jeep wheels are supposed to be aligned like any other vehicle. Plus i know that because I have 2 jeeps and the other jeep wheels are straight .

Very Unsatisfied 😡 what's your so-called warranty policy Good For Just To Sell You The The Tires Because they don't want to do nothing and everything is not covered by the Warranty Something is always Wrong Not Covered So you need to buy it New it's not worth it, Warranty is not even worth it!!! You really don't have any, Twice I bought tires for the truck all around and a warranty it's always something that's wrong and didn't cover nothing Not Going There Again 😡 and Tell You One Thing and The Bill Shows Something Else😕 NOT GOOD AT ALL ...

Slow and inefficient. They put the wrong filter on. Avoid them unless you want to wait a LONG time and damage your vehicle. The manager, Paul, didn't care that the incorrect filter was installed. He is incompetent and runs a poor operation.

I dropped my truck off for an oil change and inspection they told me it would be an hour and a half they called me 3 hours later and informed me i would need wiper blades to pass inspection without mentioning the cost when I went to pick my truck up the bill had gone from 90 to 170 I know that they are trained to upset but wiper blades do not cost the same as an oil change if 0 stars was an option they would deserve it

Took my car two weekends in a row, was charged each time. Issues were still not resolved. Had to take it to another auto shop this weekend where the issue was actually resolved. Will not be a returning customer.

I recommend Firestone . I made a appointment to get my A/c fixed i had been driving with no air in this San Antonio heat. The A/C mechanic was wonderful he knew just what i needed they ordered a fan and got there the same day in no time and fixed it in a timely manner .

I was very please with there service and professionalism for a last minute flat tire and and almost closing time. We first went to Midas were they told us they couldn't fix a flat they were out of patches, they didn't even bother to look at the tire.We purchase the tires with them but at a different location. Firestone came threw told us the tire was not patchable and we needed a new tire, he showed me very pleased with the fast turn around at a last minute thank you firestone.

Don't take your cars there. I had problems with the start and I had no other option at this time and I decided to take it to Firestone but it was definitely my worst decision. When they checked the car they also told me that it didn't have any oil, which surprised me a lot because it hadn't been changed for even a month. Well, it turns out that the car had an oil leak which they told me they had to fix and well I said yes because I needed my car as soon as possible. A week later I took my car to Valvoline because I wanted to make sure the oil was good and it turns out that they check it and tell me that "it is leaking", that really bothered me 🤬 because Firestone was supposed to have solved the problem but they didn't really do anything and They charged me an exaggerated amount that I paid with pain in my heart. I do not recommend this place at all, the prices are very expensive. DON'T GO TO FIRESTONE!!!

Had inspection done at another place it passed.. They were closed for me to get copy.. came to Firestone they said the wiperblade was bad which really barely any water. (Smudge)second wipe clear)

Lied about the tent in my smart for 2 car said the brake lights weren't working and windshield wipers where streaking . Don't get your vehicle inspected here . Save your money

Hi everyone who is in need of ac work. Moises, my mechanic specialist is awesome. He was very through with the diagnostics and the time dedicated was only 1.5 hours. He went over and beyond. Thanks Moises😊☺️ Now a message to Firestone, The weather in San Antonio is brutal. My thoughts are either to put up awnings in front of all of the bays or a more expensive option would be to extend your work areas out 20-30 feet to allow for a more efficient work environment to all of your expensive and experienced employees. I would think the awning option would be the less expensive option and save you on the cost of sun poisoning, heat stroke or even the heat exhaustion to all. What do you say,???

I was very happy with the service they provided to me. The mechanics and inspectors were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and very understanding. The receptionist/ cashier was extremely friendly and knowledgeable as well, she made my 2 yr. old daughter's day by making her smile! Definitely recommend a visit here for your car repairs and inspections!

This place has horrible reviews for a good reason. The worst customer service I have encountered in a while. Will lie to get you in and say they aren't busy. But when you arrive will say they have had soo many cars show up within 10 minutes and now there will be a long wait time. 😂 laters guys. Enjoy the review

Went in for a alignment and for my a/c to get fixed because it was only blowing out hot air . With in 2 hrs it was fixed and ready to go . An the price was Reasonable.

The service advisor made a conscious decision not to sell me parts that I did not need, showing consideration for my budget and demonstrating their commitment to honesty and transparency. My only recommendation would be to renovate the showroom and waiting room spaces. A modernization of these areas would greatly improve the overall customer experience.

I take VERY good care of my vehicle, but it seems every time I come here, EVERYTHING needs to be worked on. I don’t drive recklessly or neglect my car, so it’s funny that every time I come here, my car is in terrible shape. They seem nice, but I just don’t trust this place. On top of that, they charge so much for something you can do at home and learn from youtube. I won’t be coming back.

I’d give no stars if able. Came with a flat tire and they said they wouldn’t be able to take care of it because they only have 1 technician available. They referred me to another business down the road, but honestly, I expected better service from a Firestone. Why even advertise the service? Also, another red flag is that they barely have any space for customers to sit & wait, despite the large area. Avoid!
