I’ve should’ve read reviews first before choosing this location. I called to get a quote on my catalytic converter, was placed on hold and then a girl answered, explained to her the same thing and then another guy answered, didn’t catch his name but he sounded rude/annoyed from the question I asked. I asked my husband to call and take my car in because of the encounter on the phone, I wasn’t comfortable. He calls & the girl that answered told us my catalytic converter was going to be $213 and some change. Fast forward to the day we brought in my car, days has gone by so I asked my husband to call them to get an update. He calls and asked and they told us the total was over $2,000+ I am so confused as to where the communication have gone wrong. There was no consent/confirmation of them asking us if that was okay or not. Didn’t sign anything. We asked to take it off but they said it was still be over $1,000 for labor work. We didn’t consent this at all. Now we’re stuck with that pricing while I am not working because I’m a sahm, we could’ve looked elsewhere. Be aware if you go to this location. UPDATE: when I got my car back, someone broke my window & stole my car documents, phone mount & whatever I had in my middle console. Leaving behind broken glasses & a missing bar from the air vent!! PLEASE SAFE YOURSELF FROM THE TROUBLES AT THIS LOCATION

Went for a leak in my tire. Paid $18 My vehicle was done at 9:00 a.m. we picked it up at 1:00p.m. My vehicle WAS LEFT ON AND UNLOCKED THE WHOLE ENTIRE TIME. I WENT THROUGH A WHOLE QUARTER TANK OF FUEL! I still paid my $18 for the flat repair. But I paid more for a waste of fill than my tire repair and unsecured vehicle. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

Great service from Brian or Branden (im bad at names)and the staff. I was hating my jeep and he showed me what tires would improve the ride. I came in for alignment and replace tie rod and steering dampner. They did excellent work on my jeep, it rides better then it ever has. They even gave me a lift home since I added additional service. Great service, nice facility, professional staff. Will definitely be my new go to for auto service.

Scheduled an appointment for 1100 for an alignment. It’s 2:00 and they haven’t even pulled my vehicle in yet! What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if I’m still gonna have to wait 3 hours past my appointment time??

I called to get a quote for a new tire since mine was recently popped while driving. I purchased 4 tires from this location 2 years ago, so I wanted to see about the warranty. The price is prorated based on the amount of tread left on the tire, cool, but the lady who answered wasn’t friendly at all. “You can come by, but not today.” It was a little before 6 when I called and they close at 7. I have used this location for 3 years. Customer service was excellent as always. However, you have thieves among you. Someone rifled through my center console. They apparently didn’t have time to put everything back. I didn’t notice until I looked on the passenger side. There were chargers hanging out and other items strewn around that was usually inside. Not sure if anything was taken, I’ve never itemized my console.

Went in for an oil change and alignment check.  Told it would be 1.5 hours while I waited.  Actually took 4 hours! And they didn't think that unreasonable. Just said, "well, you didn't have an appointment. 4 hours for an oil change and alignment check...

Called one day for a appointment. The gentleman that answered the phone explained that I did not need an appointment for an oil change. Suggested that I showed up and that they will take care of it.I Showed up the next morning to drop-off. The front desk asked if I made an appointment, I said that the gentleman that answered the phone explained to me that I didn't need one. He proceeded to tell me that its best to make an appointment. I was already there so, I said I would wait. After waiting for two hours the front desk attendant said it would take hours. I made arrangements to get picked up and wait for a phone call instead. My car was ready at 3:30. It was inconvenient and will definitely think twice about bringing my vehicles to this Firestone location. There is a different employee at the front desk. The previous employee was very knowledgeable and made sure our service wait didn't take all day.

I recommended this location to my daughter even after I had small issues in the past. They did a terrible job on my daughter's alignment. Called to speak to the manager all he did was make excuses. Took the vehicle to the culebra location and much better service and fixed the issues with the alignment that the other place said it was Unfixable

Went by to get a quote for the replacement of the dual cooling radiator fan. Quote was around $765.00. $265.00 was for one hour of labor and $500.00 was for the fan. I asked why so much for the fan and mentioned they're normally around $250.00 at the auto parts stores, which is where they get them from. The response was, if we would charge customers the actual price of the part, we would go bankrupt. So basically, the prices for parts are marked up to double the amount they actually cost. My suggestion to anyone needing any service done to their vehicle is, do your homework before committing to this place. Unless you don't mind paying double the price for parts.

I salute Rico and his staff for having Integrity. Had some issues with another competitor, A/C wasn't working after they performed an oil change. They tried to convince me that it was the fan belt and gave me a qoute for $1,500.00. I had a feeling they were at fault, just didn't know exactly how they screwed up. After further discussion with my wife, she recommended I get a second opinion before we spend an obnoxious amount of money. I drove to Firestone AutoCare on Potranco. I was greeted right away by Rico. He took the vehicle into garage for an A/C inspection. Come to find out, when competitor changed out oil filter, they accidentally disconnected compressor. Simple fix, and it only cost me $19.99. Many thanks to Rico and his crew for their Honesty and Integrity. 5 STARS *****

I was very satisfied with the excellent service they provided. I was there for a vehicle inspection so I could get my registration sticker, as a walk-in. They were quick in doing the inspection and I was in and out less than 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend the Firestone store to all my family and friends. Thank you.

There was an accident near this location and my tire was affected, I approached this place as quickly as possible because I saw that it was open, they refused to receive me even though they had free spaces, I was with two children in my vehicle and desperate for help but they refused, they said I could only leave the vehicle and they would see it maybe tomorrow

They were extremely helpful and nice! While I hoped it would be a quick trip, they fully resolved my needs. I needed to make a claim with my warranty/car plan. They did that and helped make sure everything needed was 100% covered! My vehicle needed to stay but on of the employees gave me a ride home! Above and beyond service!!!! Truly appreciate it and will come back for my future vehicle needs!!!

Today: Daniel and Rico (manager) are phenomenal. They have exceptional customer service and got my car situated in a reasonable time. I will the time to drive to this location. Their service is unmatched. 3 years ago:The place was clean and open for waiting. I came in for an oil change and air filter replacement. Usually, when I go in for services (in general and based off experience) I am spoken to as if I'm not knowledgeable with cars, unfortunately. When I went in I spoke with Donald . He was very polite and very patient with our transaction. He explained what recommendations were needed. Ryan (trainee) was very polite as well. I had asked a few questions and he was able to address them appropriately. I dread getting my vehicle serviced as it usually means I'm spending a lot of time and money. But when you partner it with exceptional customer service, the wait does not come off bad (the price is reasonable for the services that were done). If you want to go to a place that offers customer service that you deserve, this is the place.

Great service from the intake to its completion! Efficient and effective ! My Vehicle was well serviced. The technicians/mechanics were informative and detailed on the maintenance performed; great communication! Advised on recommendations for a later time. The attendant, Christian, was very informative having great customer service! He had contacted me regarding my online appointment and recommended other time slots and availability. Fortunately, there was time for my vehicle to be worked on the day of, especially being it on a Sunday! He was helpful, informative, and incredibly patient; highly recommended, thank you everyone!

Made a same day appointment request for 3pm at noon. The online system does say it's a request and not a guaranteed appointment but when I wasn't told not to come I showed up at 3pm. Was informed at arrival they were just about to call and let me know they couldn't get me in. I seriously doubt they were completely unaware they couldn't fit me in until the exact time of my appointment and didn't give me the courtesy of calling 15 minutes prior to save me the drive.

This location is bad and they have bad customer services . I walked in to get state car inspection and they guy at the front desk told me it will take 45 minutes and i should’ve left but i said ok i can wait but it took more than one hour !! and a lady walked just while i was waiting and and she got her inspection before me and she didn’t even wait an hour like he told her . They have one person working in the shop and the rest 3 employees just chilling in the lobby .. it’s ridicules to wait this long for stare car inspection and this is just happened to me today i went on august 15 2024 around 3:15 and i waited an hour and 15 minutes which was longer than 45 minutes , their excuses is the inspection guy didn’t get there until 4 pm so why the hell you tell customers to wait if you don’t have inspection guy available in the shop . Waste of time and money i don’t recommend this shop at all and you can tell by the reviews they have here . Avoid this shop and go somewhere else .

Bought a headlight bulb to put in my car, and didn't want to change it myself but it's pretty straight-forward. Bought the part for $12. Come here "we can't put it in unless you buy it from us" okay fair, how much is it? $50. +$75 for labor to take two clips out and swap out bulbs. It doesn't help that the girl at the desk has a stank attitude and looks like she doesn't want to be there. Too bad, that's why you're stuck working there. I went to O-Reilly's and bought the part for $15 and they installed it for free in 5 minutes. Don't come here.

Jesse Rico is amazingly professional gentleman. From the time I walk through the door he greeted and took care of me. He explained the issues thoroughly, ensured that I knew what repairs I'd be charged for and that I wanted each one done.
