Good service, but I didn't like standing for so long because they understaffed. There are usually 2 people to help when you get there. But only 1 gentleman was trying his best. It's still very overpriced.

Most honest place you can go to. The manager is top notch and a great human being. Been going here to service my Lexus. Great work on my IS300. They do it right here! Come to this Firestone and you will not be disappointed!

As always, Mike and his crew exceeded my expectations. I feel SO blessed to have a auto mechanic shop that is trustworthy AND competent!! They are 40 mins away from where I live; but the drive is WELL worth it!!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Firestone on Culebra Road. I went in to have all four of my car’s wheels replaced, but they did not change the wheels and kept my car for two days without any valid reason. When I finally picked up my car, I was charged $278.00 for a service that was not properly completed. To make matters worse, they did not balance the tires, which is essential after any wheel replacement. When I called to inform them that my tires hadn’t been balanced, they acknowledged their mistake but told me I would have to wait another two days for them to fix it. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Michael, who I dealt with during this process, was extremely insensitive and rude, showing absolutely no regard for customer satisfaction. It was clear that customer service is not a priority at this location. I have been a loyal Firestone customer for several years, but after this experience, I will not be returning. The unprofessionalism, lack of accountability, and disregard for the customer were beyond frustrating. I highly recommend avoiding this location if you value your time, money, and quality service. Choose a different service center that respects their customers and stands by their work.

My niece brought in her car that had already been inspected in another state with a higher cost of living. She told y'all to only do that work and yet, she had other items done and it was more expensive than if we'd done it in one of the highest cost of living areas? You all cheated a young woman because you knew you could. I'm also getting emails about, "more work to be done." Except this "new work" was done and I have the receipt from Firestone.

I needed my car battery replaced and wasn’t having any luck finding a place that carried the right type of battery and that could do it right away. I called Firestone on Culebra and not only did they have it but they were able to do it right away. The employees were very nice & helpful. It took no time at all.

6 Torres is great as a Service Advisor. It’s like I have a great friend that I trust when I walk in. I really hope the name on the paid invoice is correct. Another person checked me out. 26 Bobby has fixed my truck and it drives like new! Brakes are great! Also…He fixed my air conditioner. It’s been YEARS I’ve had a strange high pitched noise. He fixed the that noise. He fixed the dependability of it. The a/c sometimes just wouldn’t come on…it comes on every time. If there’s a recognition program in the store and/or company, these two deserve to be nominated and in my humble opinion should receive the HIGHEST ACCOLADES!!! James “Gordon” Storm

I have to call firestone as they didn't not call or email service done. Then I had let them know prior that I needed the services done before Monday as that is my only car to work and they assured me it would be done but lo and behold I end up calling them and they say they are shutting down and system would be unavailable even though it's still early from shut down time on Sundays. They say they called at 1p.m. but I checked and nothing. Worst service experience ever. I do not recommend and from now on I will be using other services.

On Sunday morning (July 7th at 9am), I visited this location to repair a flat tire, but they informed me that I could only schedule an appointment for Tuesday. Frustrated by the delay, I drove to Express Tire Shop down the street, where they promptly fixed my tire in just 15 minutes. It’s disheartening that this location didn’t put in more effort to address the issue, especially considering I had purchased road hazard protection. Sidenote, this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this issue at this location, and that's why I am writing this review.

Spent almost 1000$ on rear tires with them a month back. Took it in for a nail repair 10min after a phone call with Mike regarding wait time which they told me would be quick since bays were open. Asked him if they could check it out to begin with so I wouldn’t have to wait if it was irreparable due to being close to the side wall. He said they’ll check it out and now I’ve waited close to 3 hours for them to just tell me it can’t be repaired. Poor management. Selfish of others people’s time especially with being a past customer. Won’t be coming here again.

Firestone should NOT be the first place you take your vehicle to get assessed. I took my vehicle in due to a nail in the tire, which should be a simple fix. The nail was on the top of the tire and not in the sidewall. They estimated a completion time and assured me they would call when it was done. Luckily, I was able to drop off my vehicle and did not have to wait. I received no phone call and ended up going back to the shop 15 minutes before they closed. It turns out they hadn't even touched my vehicle the entire day it was sitting there. They took my vehicle back only because I showed up, and right away told me the tire was unrepairable and I would need a new tire. They wanted to charge me $230 for one single tire. I quickly left. I went to a different tire shop, and they were able to fix my tire at no charge. They were thorough, very friendly, and professional, unlike Firestone. Sadly, as we were waiting in the room, another individual came in with the same issue and was charged for an overpriced tire as well. This is not an isolated incident. The same thing happened to my husband. He went in to get a nail in the tire assessed, and they also told him it was unrepairable and he would need to pay an outrageous amount of money to replace it. Luckily, he was able to fix his tire at the dealership, which turned out to be repairable, unlike what Firestone claimed. In summary, Firestone is unprofessional and unethical. They seem to push unnecessary new tire sales instead of providing honest repairs. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reputable and honest tire service provider.

I had an excellent experience at the Culebra rd and loop 1604 location. your service experts who go by Rocky and Mike were very professional and helpful explaining everything. Thank you for your great experience Rocky, if that is your real name. you made my experience absolutely incredible; I will be going back. I forgot to mention another member who goes by Nick, he was very helpful explaining what they did to my truck and recommended some work needed to my truck. Thank you all!

More and worse problems with my car than when I originally came here for! If you must go to a Firestone due to lifetime warranty you already bought, you are better off going to Firestone at Bandera than going here. Came here to replace 4 tires and wheel alignment. I had to come back 3x to have them fix EVERYTHING they did but still were not fixed, if not worse...so I went to Firestone at 6901 Bandera Rd to have them fix it instead. This place were bragging that they usually fix issues that customers complained from going to Firestone at Marbach and Lackland, but the quality of their work is also sub-par! It was evident that my safety as a driver and the level of my satisfaction as a customer are not a priority in this location! I will never return to this location and I highly DO NOT Recommend this place for any of your vehicle maintenance or service.

The service provided is not what it used to be months ago. Very poor time management and technician that work at my truck does not seem to care. He left my driver side window open while it was raining. Incorrect tire pressure. With appointment, they took them 2.5 hours before they even start getting my truck at the parking lot. I was in the shop waiting the whole time. The service was not like it was before.

Made an appointment to get my tire repaired and my vehicle didn’t get seen until an hour later. There was a gentleman that walked in to get the same repair service done without an appointment that was seen before me and left before my truck was even finished. He walked in later than me. They’re so “busy” but yet have time to joke around with each. Terrible service

Mike is Great! I drive 35 minutes past 6 or more Firestones to get to Mike's Store. I am not alone. Please feel free to fact check me. The number of customers that used to go to the Firestone on Fort Sam went down. He is down to earth, knowledgeable, courteous, and a people's person.

I would not recommend this shop. They take twice as long as the estimated time they give you to do anything and then upcharge you and add extra unnecessary services to your vehicle. The only reason they charge what they do for labor is because it takes them twice as long as any other shop to do anything. It’s absolutely ridiculous. And their staff is absolutely ridiculous to deal with. They will have your keys waiting and it still takes them another 30 minutes to get your car back to you. I would skip this and go anywhere else. They recommend work be done that you got done at a different shop that’s just been completed just to add extra money to their estimates. They are absolute liars.
