Giovanni is definitely a scam artist. He tried to charge me for something that was unrelated. I when I questioned it, he said you don't trust me. I don't have to service your vehicle here. Maybe other stores are better, but don't visit this one!

I brought my car into my regular Firestone by my home to fix a tire and left with my ABS lights on. Not realizing it’s not something you turn on and off and being in a hurry to get to an appointment I dove off thinking little of it. After the appointment I returned to the shop and was told it would be hours before they could get to it. Needing to get moving asap I visited this location as they had immediate availability. After looking at it to my surprise it was something that would require a diagnostic and repair. That was frustrating considering the light wasn’t on until I left the original Firestone location. Being that it was possible the issue happened while under the care of the shop I was told to take it back to have it assessed and fixed under warranty. Unfortunately, the original location informed me they were too busy to help me and had limited availability in the next coming days in addition to being a little dismissive about the issue and even suggesting that I caused the damage. At that point I was frustrated as I needed to get back on the road for a trip out of town. When I called this location to explain my frustration, Giovani made no hesitation in getting my car in and comping the diagnostic fee to see that Firestone made right by me. By doing that he immediately put my mind at ease and reminded me why I take my car to Firestone in the first place. I’m grateful for his excellent customer service skills and highly recommend this location.

If there is one person working the desk, pre-pay. They value customers calling in versus those trying to pay. I waited 30 minutes waiting to pay while this clown juggled 5 different phone calls.

My girlfriend brought in her car to get her brake cylinder replaced. What most would consider a 3 hour job took them over a week to complete. Every-time she called asking about the progress she was told it was actively being worked on, happened three times. I drove by to check and it was just parked in the back next to the dumpster where it was left. Just after getting the car back evidence of a mice infestation to appeared. For context the car had been left for a week on an unshaded 6 story roof of a concrete building during the heat wave of triple digits the week before. So with almost certainty, the mouse is from the dumpsters and woods behind this establishments building where the car was left for a week. To me lying about the work, and a rodent infestation yells do not conduct business with this establishment.

Terrible place!!! When you make an appointment to wait for your vehicle be prepared to wait for hours as this place is not considerate of its customers. It just wants to make money.

I recently took my car to Firestone for a brake inspection and was extremely impressed with the service I received. The staff was honest and fair, and I appreciated that they didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. They thoroughly inspected my brakes and provided me with a detailed explanation of their findings. I left feeling confident in the work they did and grateful for their transparency. I will definitely be returning to Firestone for all of my future automotive needs. Thank you for the excellent service!

Honestly, do not get an oil change here. They caused 2 oil leaks on my car when they did an oil change, my car is in otherwise perfect condition. I took it back complaining of the new leaks. They fixed one of them, but claimed there was nothing else leaking. My car continued to leak oil though so I finally just took it elsewhere to be properly resolved. Sure enough the leak was EASILY found and resolved elsewhere (leak located @ drain plug, photo attached). I wasted time & money by having simple routine maintenance done poorly here. Would not recommend this Firestone location for oil change service.

I went here in 2014, i think. I have never been treated more rudely. If you run into a manager there with a bald head and fat like he wears diapers, just turn away. These people are the lowest form of humans on the planet. they are devoid of intellect and critical thinking. they will literally attack you personally because they are such pieces of human waste. If you know who I'm talking about please tell me. I want revenge. I want to purify myself because of this place. Edit: I may have been a bit intoxicated while writing this, however the truth is still there.

In December of 2023, my Chrysler Pacifica was at 48k miles. I brought it in to Firestone with the specific intention to check on the brakes. I asked the staff to check them and to let us know if the brake pads need to be changed, we wanted to avoid rotor damage. Staff member told us to bring it back in 5k miles. In March of 2024 with 50k miles on it (2k miles later), I brought the Pacifica back and staff told us the rotors are warped, which is a more expensive fix that we were trying to avoid. This was poor technical advice. Further - when I had made the 4pm appointment, I was told that it was highly unlikely that my car would need to stay overnight to have the brake pads replaced. I still hadn’t been updated by 6.30pm so I called Firestone, only to be told that they are still looking at it and would update me soon. This is extremely poor customer service. They called back before 7 and told me that the work can be done by lunch time the next day. Also, they lost the cover for my armrest hardware and still haven’t found a solution for the damage.

Mis-diagnosed our brake wear over 2 appointments 3 months apart causing us to spend way more to replace brake pads. While car was in for brake inspection they lost a screw cover for the passenger seat arm rest- not sure why they would have been messing with this for a brake check. Very disappointed and will not be back.

Horrible communication. Started the job knowing full well they weren't going to complete it and had no awareness about time management. Also got different answers depending on who you spoke too. Just not an intelligent location.

Paid 100 to get my headlights fixed and not even 3 days later they were not working again I called and said it would be another 190 just for them to "fix it again" I just want my headlights fixed that's all

Ricardo and Mark were very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. There was a small issue with the tax-exempt for the non-profit I work for. They were patient and were able to get it rectified. The service was fast also. I was in and out of there in less time than I had anticipated.I had spoken with Ricardo over the phone the day before and he remembered me when I walked in. Mark worked at a previous location and remembered the company as he had sold us tires previously. This shows how much we are valued as patrons of your company.

Went in for new tires. The guy informed me of an ongoing discount promotion, which I really appreciated. However he did not specify that our agreed upon price did not include tax so the final price ended up being almost $40 more. He also tried to charge me $110 for a tire alignment that they had already done without my approval. The total experience was 3.5 hours, however he originally told me to expect a 1.5-2 hour visit. I appreciate the work that was done and that the guy worked with me to find discounts, however I don’t appreciate how much I had to advocate to get a charge close to our original price agreement, and that the job took almost 2 times as long as expected. Will likely go somewhere else in the future.
