I’ve never been a fan of fire stone. I did stop there in a pinch to get two batteries for my diesel truck. The customer service was great and I was in and out of there in no time.

Went to get a battery replaced on my truck. When I arrived to pick it up I was told the cost was 25 dollars. I was shocked I thought it would be about 125 dollars. Javier the manager told me the battery was under warranty still. Javier researched it on his own.That to me shows integrity and honesty not found much in the Automotive repair industry. They have earned my business and I would recommend this location Thank you Javier and team.

On Monday I went to the store around 6 pm I spoke to the store manager about what was going on with my vehicle he recommended me to go to the Cibolo location why they don't do that type of work at this location I said ok fine the next day I went to the location 2 miles from there they told me that they would do the work but that they were going to charge me 60 dollars just to check what the problem is. I understand that you are probably tired and want to go home early but it is not fair that you want to send me so far away for an oil leak check.

I bought an older car the other day and was nervous to get it inspected, Carlos and Matthew helped me out and from the second I walked in they assured not only I got a solid car but the minor things I should have done to it they gave me an incredible price and I decided to just take care of everything right then and there. They couldn’t have been more helpful and so down to earth by far the best Firestone I’ve ever been too will be taking my car there for any of my car needs in then future.

The tech who worked on my car completely floored it multiple times when taking my car for a test drive which I found super unprofessional. Then he left my car idling with the A/C on full blast for about an hour while doing the alignment. I don’t think that’s necessary& isn’t great for my car. I told the man at the front desk & he was vary understanding & professional, so I think it was just that one technician that was bad. I will make sure to schedule my next alignment with a different technician next time or go to a different FireStone. Also, now my steering feels messed up…

I came in yesterday for a oil change and an alignment. I requested for my vehicle to be looked at it with their car care package as well since my vehicle is up in mileage. I was given a report with details and pictures, which I thought was great because the location on Nacogdoches never does that. However, I was told the price of everything needed and recommended would be $1,018 without “coupons and discounts” applied so I figured why not. Well, I come to find that when I go to pick up my vehicle the price was $1,724. Basically the price quoted was for parts and Javier did not include the labor cost. I also come to find this morning as I am headed to church they did not add windshield wiper fluid, which I believe is part of the package. I would recommend letting the customer know the total cost of everything before they agree to add additional work.
